Sandra was so very wonderful and accomodating. She took great care of our house and plants (she was attentive to one i had forgotten about on my deck and watered it back into flowering health:) and my cat! he was happy and well adjusted upon our return. I appreciated that she was willing to accomodate and help with some remaining construction people coming in to complete a job. She kept in touch as needed, was responsive when i reached out and i felt good being able to relax in trust with her being there for the10 weeks we were away! The stay at Theresa's was a wonderful experience. Right from the outset Theresa was friendly and invited us into her house a night before the sit was scheduled to start where she cooked us a delicious meal. She offered us information on her part of the world; a part of the world which is simply stunning. Larry was a character....only long pats please; but he was super easy to look after. He came in in the afternoons and ate his food and then settled for the evening. Theresa's house was fantastic. Everything was organized, clean and comfortable. We loved Theresa's collections of things such as old matchboxes....clearly a passion of hers which comes through strongly throughout the house. Overall, an easy sit, with a wonderful cat in a superb location. We would not hesitate in recommending anyone to sit for Theresa, Larry and Toby if he's there.
We met Sam, Emily and the boys on the day of the stay so it was great to meet them all and be able to go through all the 'necessities' before they left for their holiday. Sadie was a real pleasure to be with and has the loveliest of temperaments. We received a warm welcome from her, though I would say It took her a day for her to get used to us .. Sadie has this great move of slinking by you to get from one area to another. (Obvs thinking unseen 😄) By day 2 Sadie was very comfortable with us and more than happy for us to encourage her into the lounge for cuddles on the sofa. There are some great walks direct from the cottage, and Sadie was always up for a walk at any time of the day. Hingham is a really interesting town with lots of Georgian architecture, a good range of shops, including a wonderful bakery and a couple of coffee shops. We would definitely recommend this sit. There's plenty to do with the delightful Sadie *I do hope the Sea Monkeys survived 🤞
This was by FAR my favorite house sit so far. The accommodations were incredible comfortable and Trooper was the perfect gentleman. He really enjoyed our daily walks and snack time. Playing ball was his favorite passtime and honestly mine too. If given the opportunity I would definitely pet sit here again. Thank you for being very gracious hosts with very clear communication. I was so fortunate to care for Cleo (and Janet’s lovely home) this past week! Prior to the sit I was able to meet with Janet and Cleo, which made me feel so comfortable. Janet is very welcoming , kind, and a great communicator. She made me feel right at home and provided thorough instructions. Janet’s home is beautiful, spacious and clean. It is also in the most lovely neighborhood—gorgeous walks! Cleo is the sweetest girl!! I loved getting to know her personality and routine. She is so well behaved and just adorable with the way she communicates. We enjoyed lots of walks, sunbathing together and cuddle time! I would love to return! :)
Excellent experience all around! From start to finish communication was great and instructions were clear. Ania and Gianni were warm, friendly and informative about their dog Lolek. They gave me all of the details I needed to have a smooth and enjoyable sit. They were also readily available for any questions that might have arisen during my stay. Lolek was very easy to care for. Loved his walks and cuddles, always ready to go for walks or cuddle up. Forgot to mention about a nice surprise of a bottle of wine left as a token of gratitude 😄I had an enjoyable stay and would recommend sitting for Ania & Gianni to anyone.

If your looking for a loving, caring pet sitter Michele is the one you should definitely go with. Michele has been taking wonderful care for our dogs. This was my first time using Michele for my cat, Flynn. She was good with him during my vacation. I appreciated that she sent me pictures of Flynn each day she was with him. She followed my Instructions and left my home in good shape. I'll use Michele again for future trips.
Michele was great! We needed a pet-sitter for about 5 days to take care of our troubled child-a black, feral cat with anger issues. She braved morning and evening rush hour traffic in order to give him 1/2 hour feedings twice a day, change his litter, and attempt to play with him. Unfortunately, he was often hiding when she'd come. He, also, attempted to bite her a couple of times, and growled quite a bit, but by the third day, her warm ways began to coax him out into the light. She sent us photos, so that we could see his progress. When we arrived back home, the house was in great shape with no destruction, and Batman was just as we left him, and maybe, a little less troubled. If you're looking for an exemplary pet-sitter, Michele at Tailwagger's Pet Sitting Services is the best, and she's beyond trustworthy. We'll definitely be using her again,, if she'll have us. P.S. Michele is an Angel!! We were so nervous to leave our 3 Pomeranian for two weeks but Michele took such great care of them. She notified us every time she went to visit them and when we got home they were clean, healthy and happy! Usually my Lacie (the smallest white Pom) has a rough time when we’re away and doesn’t eat but Michele worked her magic and Lacie had no problem. Jessie is by far and away one of the kindest, most attentive, and passionate dog sitters weve ever met. She took care of our 3 dogs for over a week and we could not be happier. The dogs were well cared for and looked great when we got home. She even saved us with some last minute visits when our old dog walker couldnt handle our new GSD puppy. What's more amazing is how even our neighbors were impressed with how attentive she was with our dogs, playing and training them in our back yard. She would send us updates everyday with pictures and videos. And when we got home we found special treats and gifts for our pups courtesy of jessie. Above and beyond doesnt come close to how we feel about her services. Jessie is just outstanding, best decision Ive made for my pups.
Jessie was amazing with our dog, Jax. He’s usually very anxious when we go away, he won’t eat or play etc but when Jessie watched him none of that happened! When we got home he seemed a bit upset that it was us walking through the door and not Jessie I would highly recommend Jessie to watch your 4 legged fur baby, she’s wonderful!!
Amazing!! I asked a friend at work since she does a lot of pet rescue work, if she knew of anyone who could look after my four legged daughter while on vacation and she gave me Jessie's dogs. Jessie is amazing! She cares so much for all of her four legged children. I say children because she treats them as if they were her own children. From the moment i met her, I knew that maizie would be in best hands and spoiled. Jess knew that this was going to be the first time leaving her for an extended period of time that she sent text messages and videos every day so we would know she was ok and having a great time. You can throw your worries out the window when your loved one is staying with Jess. If you cant tell I would highly recommend Jessie's dogs.
Jessie is absolutely the best . She really knows how to interact and manage all different types of dogs . The amount of time she spends with them and to video and take pictures so she can share is above and beyond . I would only allow Jessie to take care of our Jaxie :)))

Had my adult Siberian Husky, Cascade, stay at joyful acres on two separate occasions this winter, great experience, they took Cascade on a trail walk to visit the farm animals. Very happy with the service, great prices- will go back
We wish we could give more than 5 stars because they absolutely earned more! The owners and staff literally saved our dog's life while she was staying with them! She had become sick very suddenly, the staff noticed right away and sprung into action contacting us and getting her the help that she needed immediately. If they had chosen to observe her symptoms to see if they improved for even 1 hour (which would have been a reasonable course of action had she not vomited right after drinking some water), our dog would not have survived. Joyful Acres owners and staff treat the animals in their care with the same love and attention as they do their own. If anything demonstrates that your pet is in good hands with Joyful Acres, please consider our story as proof.
Sadly, we are going to put our 14 yo chocolate lab down on Monday after he has begun to lose more and more body function. As I was trying to decide what to do to make his last days filled with joy, my number one thought was Joyful Acres. From the time he was a young dog, he would be able to smell that we were getting closer and would work himself up into a shrieking mess until we pulled up and he’d bound out of the car as if he didn’t care if he ever saw us again. This was his happy place. (When he was about two, he jumped out of the car window and was running next to the car, he was so excited to get there.) So last night I fired off a letter to explain my request: could I bring him in for a deep massage shampoo for one last time at his very favorite place on earth and of course they said yes. I originally found joyful acres after a previous dog lost 10 pounds while we were on vacation, and we’ve been happy ever since. So tomorrow Arly will get one last time with the crew he loves with his whole heart. Thanks so much for always taking such good care of our goodest boy, Joyful Acres Crew! We could not have asked for better people to love him as much as we do!!
This place has changed they have poop all over there place for us to walk in when you drop off ur pet the staff is not friendly at all I walk in and I’m never greeted just handed the bill which is never what I’m quoted on the phone it’s always more I only used them for 4 days it’s almost 200 dollars and I come home with 2 cans of food I sent 5 one extra in case I can’t get there so they never fed my dog one of those days . I paid for them to take care of her they also charge me for walks and it’s obvious that they don’t walk them they just charge u for it because the dog is extra hyper when you get them so I won’t be using them any more they changed alot from what they used to be which was nice

Our family is so grateful for Joyful Acres Kennel and all of the staff. On Labor Day weekend our Daughter-in-love went into labor. Our regular kennels in Northern NY we’re not available, so we called Joyful Acres which was close to the hospital. Joyful Acres answered the phone even on the holiday weekend! They helped us transfer our Vet records and were thorough which showed us they were professional and concerned the animals in their care. So, we drove our dogs almost 6 hours to Joyful Acres! Dog drop off went smoothly and our dogs seemed happy to go inside for their new adventure. I called multiple times to change pick up time and date and each time everyone was patient and kind. Pick up went smoothly as well. Our 4 dogs looked great and it was evident they enjoyed their stay as they were happy and playful. Thank you for going above and beyond to take care of our best friends, so we could support our loved ones in their time of need.
I boarded my lab mix here for the first time and I was so impressed! I emailed them while I was away checking on my pup and they kindly replied every time. They returned her all brushed and beautiful with trimmed nails (not even the vet can do that!). They took a lot of time to talk to me and ease my anxiety about leaving her which I greatly appreciated. Pup parents have the ability to choose different kinds of walks and 1:1 play times which I took advantage of. All around great experience!! Jen is truly one of the best dog walkers out there. Our dog Oscar is obsessed with her - to the point where she tries to walk quietly by our house if she's going to walk our neighbor's dog so he doesn't hear her! On Oscar's first birthday, I was traveling for work and Jen took Oscar to the store to get him a birthday cake toy. It's the smaller, thoughtful things like this that make her irreplaceable in our pup's life. She also takes super cute pictures (attached) and sends an email about how each walk went. She makes leaving Oscar for work trips less hard because I know that he'll be so excited to see her when she comes for his walk!
Jen and the Shawe's team have been walking my family's dogs for 7 years or so. They have always gone above and beyond to accommodate shifting schedules, schedule or cancel on short notice, and even pick up the phone to talk about any pet concerns we might have (unrelated to them! just for advice!). My pup Ollie loves seeing his walkers and I could not do my job without the peace of mind that someone responsible will come take him out and play with him while I work. I’ve used Jen and her walkers for over 5 years now and I honestly would never use any other dog walking service in Philly. She is trustworthy, reliable, AND LOVES all of her dogs. And my dog absolutely loves her dog walkers, as I’ve been able to see a couple times when my dog will go running toward them, tail wagging if we happen to bump into them on the street. Jen uses an easy-to-use app to schedule walks/pay invoices and to see the daily walk reports which is super convenient. Also Jen makes herself available for every client and will always try her best to accommodate any late requests - I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve had to put in a last minute request for a same-day dog walk or for an overnight stay the week-of and Jen will always make it work. Aside from that, it’s great to get pictures of my dog on her walk while I’m at work - I truly never have to worry Sophie when I’m not at home because I know she’s in such great hands. Jen and her team has been taking care of our dog since he was brought into our family as a puppy! From consistent walks, amazing walkers and just all around dog people to overnight stays, she has been there for us throughout his life (and will be for the many years yet to come)! Jen is understanding and flexible with last minute changes, which for us happen a lot! Her walkers leave a note about their walk every time and even text/call us from time to time with updates. Jen has been in my dog's life for years (even though we've since moved to the suburbs.) She and her staff are flexible, reliable, and they LOVE their charges/pets. They truly understand my quirky, sweet dachshund and he loves them for it. He even got to sleep over Jen's house!! Jen is super responsive and capable and she chooses excellent staff members. we love bow waus so much! we'd never had a dog walker before this, and i was incredibly anxious at the thought of someone else walking my dog, but the meet and greet process really helped ease my nerves. chris was maggie's walker, and he always wrote the sweetest messages and sent over some great pictures. the rest of the team is so kind and thoughtful as well! we come home from work to a very happy maggie. highly recommended :)

Best place for your dogs!! Whether you are boarding them overnight, for a few days or just a day for daycare.. your dogs will leave happy and tired :-) They have so much room to run around... and it's not too many dogs per dog attendants in the yard! Many places we've gone.. there are wayyyy too many dogs to keep track of. This place, not only has lots of room to run around, they always have different enrichment activities to keep your dogs happy. They offer so much for what you are paying for. Lots of different treats and services. My pups Chewy and Pandora are always so excited when we pull up. Love how the attendant know them to as they are pulling us in :-) They have great communication. We were in a different country when they needed to update us one time and getting in touch with them was easy. We highly recommend this place. Your pups will love you!
My pups stayed here for 2 nights in a flying solo penthouse to keep them happy as my one pup is dog reactive. I just picked them up and they are the happiest pups right now. I know they received the best care and were so loved while we were gone. The pickup time was SO well orchestrated. The workers all seem to love what they do and truly care. Thanks for everything!

Fetch is the only place I will board our pup Wyatt. Their care is exceptional! We loved getting tailored report cards and pictures every day while we were away on our vacation to ease our mind. I have been using Fetch for daycare and boarding since we moved to Pitman NJ. I’m so glad we found this place. My dog Buddy gets so excited once he realizes where we are driving to. They are very professional and run a very controlled safe environment. I feel very confident in the care they give my dog , and Buddy is our whole world and we don’t trust just anyone with him. Max had such a great time at his first day! He was knocked out all night from how much fun he had. The staff is so sweet and you can tell they truly care about you and your pup. We had the greatest experience using Kathlyn to watch our two cats while we were away on our honeymoon! We were very nervous at first because we’ve never been away from the cats for so long or left them in the care of anyone but family, but we are so happy we found All Jazzed Up! Kathlyn sent us photos and updates everyday and took such good care of our kitties while we were away. She went above and beyond and the cats loved her! Kathlyn at All Jazzed Up Pet Services is wonderful. She is thorough and professional. I have 3 indoor cats that are pets but I also feed an outdoor stray cat. Everyone has different food and treats and she handles everything perfectly. I highly recommend her for sure!

I would not trust my dogs with anyone else. I have a golden retriever and a black lab. The golden has new person anxiety and the lab has boundless energy. Kathlyn does a great job in managing their respective idiosyncrasies when she comes over to let them out. I even get a text update with a pic or two after her visit. I highly recommend her!

There is no way to thank Nicole and her team. Emma bonded with our baby and treated him like her own. Our English mastiff went to them for a 3 week behavior modification for aggression. We recently moved states and noticed he was struggling with the adjustment. It was becoming a dangerous situation because we have 3 children and he is a very big boy. During training we got daily updates and saw him gaining more and more confidence. When we picked him up we didn’t even recognize him with how well behaved he was. He has been home a few days now and we have our lives back no more counter surfing or resource guarding. Thank you so much bucks dog training for everything you have given our family!
We rescued a dog from an adoption center and he had a very sad past. He was abused and starved by his previous owner. He would not take commands, showed signs of aggression towards anyone other then my husband or I and was not able to be around our other dogs. We made the investment to send him to Bucks Dog Training for their 3 week program and we could not be happier with the results. In 3 short weeks our boy has completely changed for the better. He has learned all the commands has shown zero signs of aggression and after one day of being back home has successfully integrated with our other dogs. If you are looking for a dog trainer then look no further! Nicole and her staff took excellent care of our boy and we loved getting daily videos of his training so we could see his progression.
Lauraine and Buck’s Dog Training of CNJ have completely changed our lives. With four rescue dogs, all with very strong personalities, our life was hectic and often times difficult to manage with dogs who didn’t listen, displayed sometimes aggressive behavior towards each other, were nervous and overall poor behavior. We found that our pack would bark non stop and intimidate visitors to our house, to the point where when people were over we had to put the dogs away in their crates. This has completely changed since the train and board program. Our dogs are all extremely well behaved, rarely bark, never show any aggression at all, are relaxed and a total pleasure to be around both for our family and for our guests. Our dogs can now always be out and are able to now be a complete part of our family all the time. No more putting them away when guests are here. An added bonus is that they are perfect walking on leashes and even in the car. Lauraine and her training completely changed our lives for the better. We would hands down recommend Lauraine, Buck’s Dog Training and the train and board program to anyone without question.

They’ve exceeded our expectations and given us the relationship with Remy we only dreamed of and turned it into reality. Her passion in her approach and being able to deliver is apparent and we just knew Remy would be in good hands. As parents to a Siberian husky, it was important for us to find the right environment for Remy to thrive in and we’re so happy to have found Buck’s Dog Training of Princeton. During the two week training, she kept us updated on his progress and took the time to answer any questions we had. She’s equipped us with the right tools where we feel confident taking him out without fearing that he’ll jump on others or pull when seeing other dogs around. Enlisting Buck's Board and Training for help with my newly rescued dog was the best decision I made. Georgie Girl Is a Blue Staffordshire Bull Terrior that didn't realize her own strength. She did have elemental training but it wasn't what she needed. She became overly excited at the sight of other dogs when we attempted to go on walks. I wasn't able to control her and I needed HELP. She spent 2 weeks away from home with Ed, a trainer at Buck's and he worked wonders with her. I received videos, regularly, updating me about her progress and I was so amazed seeing the connection that was made between Ed and Georgie. Now Georgie Girl is attentive, responds quickly, and no longer fence fights with the neighbors' pets. Her disposition is totally different in a good way. Absolutely love it that when we are out together and I stop walking, she immediately stops and sits. Very pleased with the results of Ed's hard work and his dedication to training dogs in a positive manner. She had her first play date with my neighbor's Great Dane and it was a great experience. Definitely a 5 STAR rating.
I sent my dog, Ronin, to train with Nicole Buck's Dog Training team for two months as a service dog. Finding Bucks Dog Training and sending Ronin was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Ronin has been an anxious dog ever since he was born. I picked him up at seven weeks old, and he has had difficulty adjusting to new environments, dogs, and people (especially children). He is motivated and willing to learn and strongly desires to grow but has had an anxious attachment style. Nicole knew right away that Ronin needed his confidence built up. With training at her Southern Virginia location, trainers Stephanie, Shelby, Maya, etc., could do just that. They trained him well and sent me pictures and video updates multiple times daily, which I was extremely grateful for! After one month of training in Southern Virginia, Ronin went to Philadelphia to train with Julie. Ronin had difficulty adjusting at first, but Julie took it in stride. She kept me updated, and she worked with him. She helped him build his confidence and service skills to learn to manage all types of environments. Ronin was able to build so much confidence and no longer has an anxious attachment to me. He does well in all types of settings. Children come right up to him, and he can handle them coming so close. One thing that stands out in his training is Ronin's outstanding improvement in maintaining impulse control! I still work on this with him. I educate people about service dogs and do my best to be a confident leader for Ronin, just like he helps me with my disability. I am so grateful I found Nicole Buck and her team of qualified behavior trainers to train my dog and for the support I have received for service dog training of my dog, Ronin. Ronin will live his best quality life because of the services he has received in the care of Buck's Dog Training, and as an extension, so will I.
I would highly recommend Bucks Dog Training. We had bite issues and aggression with our 4 year old pit bull. He did not like strangers and was very aggressive to people and other animals and the situations were very scary. We were at the point to surrender him. We sent him to Bucks training and he’s a different dog. He’s calmer and we actually can bring him around other people. He’s a good boy now. Well trained and obedient. They sent us updates with pictures and videos and we were able to watch his progress. They answered questions immediately and were very involved in our situation. It’s actually a game and life changer. We will be sending our other dog with their help so we can function as a family. And we are very grateful for their expertise and their help.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Bucks. Our Rosie came back as a new dog totally under control. Bucks also did a great job training us and turning Rosie over. We couldn’t believe how well she listen to the commands at Bucks and even when she came home. Rosie did the two week boarding training and I would recommend Buck’s to anyone!!!
Nicole and her team are MIRACLE workers. Our dog is incredibly loving, happy, and free spirited. He’s also smart and stubborn (listens when he wants to). Shortly after he turned two we started noticing aggressive behaviors we’d never seen before. We had no idea what was going on, how to train unwanted/unpredictable behaviors, and we didn’t want to risk losing him if something were to happen. We also didn’t want to make the situation worse. We signed him up for the 3 week board and train program. Nicole answered all of our questions, thoroughly explained what the program would entail, and sent us videos every day. One of our main concerns was that we never wanted to break our dog’s spirit or change his personality. After three weeks of training his personality didn’t change at all. He’s still the same happy, loving, and free spirited boy. However, his aggression isn’t a concern, we can take him in public, we can have him around any animal/human, his anxiety has decreased tremendously, he doesn’t pull on the leash, he is consistent with his commands…I could go on. As owners we learned exactly how to help, support, and train him. It’s the best decision we’ve ever made for our family. I can’t recommend Buck’s Dog Training enough! We are forever grateful!
Nicole and her trainers (Lexi and Ray) took our two crazy dogs and transformed them into new dogs! Before training they wouldn't listen to us, one was scared of everything, and the other was trying to be the "boss." Dogs will be dogs but they now listen to us and have a lot more confidence. We are so happy with the results and would definitely recommend Bucks.

We’ve moved a fair bit up and down the east coast. We always worried about finding reliable, caring, and compassionate pet care. PT’s came highly recommended shortly after we moved to Voorhees, NJ - we never looked back. Kevin and Tracy are kind, caring, compassionate people that have a deep love for animals. Kevin has done countless dog walks and drop-in visits when we were out of town. Oksana (8yr old lab mix) in particular can be a bit wary of new people and he won her over quickly. Maeve (5 yr old hound mix) quickly learned their walk schedule and eagerly would check the windows for his arrival - with Oksana joining in too! As soon as his car would pull into the driveway she would start with her excited hound noises. Unfortunately we lost Oksana quickly after an unexpected illness in July 2024. As part of her remembrance I went through to find videos important to us. Among those was the last time Kevin got to say hi to her - despite her being sick it’s clear how much she adored him and how excited she was to see him. We view PT’s as part of our extended family - it’s not easy to trust others to care for your fur babies as you would. PT’s however has a heart of gold. I can’t thank PT’s Pet Sitting Service enough for their exceptional dog-walking service, and especially Kevin for taking such amazing care of my dogs, Zoose and Zoey! What I love about PT’s Pets is that you always get the same dog-walker with every visit which makes me and my dogs feel very safe and comfortable. Kevin is kind, incredibly reliable, always on time, and treats my dogs as if they were his own. Zoose and Zoey absolutely adore him and always look forward to their walks every week. He is so flexible when my schedule changes and even ready to come out twice in a day if needed to feed and walk Zoose and Zoey. The love, attention, care, and exercise they get have made such a positive difference in their happiness and well-being. Kevin truly treats them like family members and even gave them a stuffed animal gift during the holidays that they love to play fetch with! Some dog walkers spend more time on their phone, taking pictures of the dogs instead of watching, caring and walking them. This worries me because of the close proximity to the animal shelter and the larger dogs that are walked by Volunteers. My dogs love to bark at them and especially Zoey who just wants to run towards them and interact. But not Kevin-he is so attentive and never leaves the dogs out of his sight. I love this about PT’s Pets - Kevin leaves a physical note afterwards on the counter letting me know how Zoose and Zoey did during their walk which gives me peace of mind. PT's Pet Sitting Service is, by far, the best pet sitters we have used! Tracy is very accommodating and Kevin takes great care of our dogs and we wouldn't trust anyone else with our fur babies. Kevin spends time walking them (even though we have a Fence and has told him he could just let them out back), feeding them and making sure they are doing okay. We usually book with plenty of notice but if an emergency comes up, I call tracy or Kevin and they help us out! Jack also helps with our dogs and has been a great dog sitter giving our dogs all the love they need. He also sends us amazing photos of our dogs.
Kevin has taken care of of my two dogs since they were pups! He currently comes everyday while I’m at work to let them out. If you could see how excited they are to see him- tails wagging! Going over to him for some petting! My girls both love him so much! And I trust him! He does extra things like brings in the garbage cans. Such a wonderful person!

Kristie and Dave have been incredible. They specialize in group walks which I wasn't sure if my dog was a good fit. But after careful consideration, and the fact that I have always wanted my dog to become more social, they have added her right into their group walks in the neighborhood and it has been so great & fun for her! I also needed someone who would be able to accommodate my part-time and sometimes last minute changed schedule and they have been so responsive, flexible and accommodating. They are organized, communicate clearly and are genuinely passionate about what they do. Their approach truly makes you feel like they care as much as you do. Highly recommend!
I have been using Philly Pet Care for cat care for about a year now and am very satisfied! I foster, so I have relied on them to take care of a few different cats so far, with different needs and personalities. Reliable and good communication. Price is reasonable, especially considering the good service provided. Most recently Dave took care of my family's 16-year-old cat, who required 2 visits a day and a very particular feeding routine, for 10 days, and everything went great! Dave and Kristie have been walking my pitbull every week for the past few months, and I could not be more happy with their service. She, along with Dave and Kristie, have generously offered us puppy care advice and feedback (as they are the ones who see our dog during off hours of the day); to us, this makes them simply invaluable. - Overnight Care: We are eternally grateful that Kristie and Dave offer this extended service. For the convenience of their clients, they arrange to both pick up and drop off your dog from daycare/sleepovers in their own home. During our puppy's last overnight stay, Kristie texted us daily updates and pictures, and was completely accessible if we had questions. - Accessibility: Kristie and Dave seem to be "always on." We've called and emailed them out of the blue with questions beyond care/walking, and if they do not pick up/respond right away, they've reached out to let us know they would do so asap. No matter the time of day, I trust that we can be in touch with both of them with ease. - Dog Knowledge: We are new dog owners (of a very young puppy) and have had endless questions, desires for second opinions, etc. -- from food and treats to crate advice to medical questions and more. Kristie/Dave have offered us an incredible amount of honest and detailed information and resources. They've taught us so much since we first met them a few months ago. Kristie and Dave are true dog lovers, loyal to their clients (humans and dogs alike), and lift us up whenever we feel strapped for resources or information. We HIGHLY recommend their team!
Don't know what we would do without them! Dave and Kristie have cared for our special needs dog for about four years. They are reliable, trustworthy, and responsible. On top of that, we know that they treat our dog as if she's their own - which is especially comforting given her health concerns. Kristie and Dave have taken care of my dog for the last 4 years and they are amazing. They make my life 1000% times easier in so many ways. They treat my dog as if she were their own and they've come to our rescue every time we decide to go away at the last minute. Karlin took care of our dogs while we were away and she was awesome!! She sent us updates every day with the BEST PICTURES and a report that included if they went to the bathroom, what they ate, and what they did at play time. Barbara was fantastic at handling our two dogs. She transported our dogs to and from our wedding. Barb went above and beyond to ensure the dogs were comfortable the entire time (blanket, water, treats and toys). She knew just when to jump in and help out during the ceremony. Barbara came out to our house to meet Roger and do an initial assessment. She took notes about Roger's feeding routine, litter box needs, etc. She informed us about the app they use, "Time to Pet" and gave us instructions on scheduling visits. Roger had two different pet sitters, Amber and Michele, who were both excellent. After each visit, we were provided a brief summary and some photographs in the app. When we returned home from our vacation, Roger was a happy cat and our house was in great shape. Barbara and her team do a great job with my little Leo. They are reliable, trustworthy, and have made themselves available even when I made a last-minute call to them. They always leave a personal note after each visit and I really appreciate that! Sometimes Barb even snaps a photo of her playtime with Leo, and again, I appreciate that so much.
