Brian is a 7 stars sitter and I am weighing my words. He went beyond what was asked to make things tidy and he was very caring and communicative, with a lot of updates. Everything was clear all the time. We are also newly taking car of a semi-feral cat in the backyard and he was gentle enough to not scare him and I came home to very happy cats that seemed to have a perfect routine followed. We have another sitting coming up with him this summer while I'll be in the wild without much access to communication, and I feel blessed he can come back. I won't worry a second. If you are lucky enough to have Brian apply for a sitting at your place, I recommend him over anybody else in a heartbeat.
Elizabeth was just lovely; we couldn't have been happier with how she cared for our home and pets. She was independent and self-sufficient. She loved on our 2 yo staffie when he was frightened during storms, and when he was missing us. She gave our indoor/outdoor cat room to wander and affection when he desired it. We arrived home to a clean and tidy home. Elizabeth even washed the sheets and towels, and remade the guest bed. I highly recommend her for future sits. We would love to have her return!
Jen was here for 4 weeks. She went above and beyond, handled a major irrigation leak and helped in the repair. I came home to many outside projects done. Pool, "she shed" clean and organized - such a great surprise. Not to mention happy dogs and chickens. Happy to have her sit anytime. Safe, fun travels Jen.
Betty White and the bunnies were a joy to spend time with! Betty is energetic and spunky and will want to be by your side the entire time you're there. And she loves food :). The bunny habitat is impressive, and the bunnies have a cute dynamic that is fun to watch. The house is comfortable and in a nice neighborhood with local conveniences (and trails!) nearby. Lana was communicative and kind. I'd love to sit for her again.
