Denise was a delightful guest. She kindly sat for us even though the visit was shortened to only an overnight stay. She was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed meeting her.

Shelagh and Nat were friendly and communicated well from the start when we chatted online prior to confirming the sit. We were happy to have them come to our home and care for Ceecee as they seemed friendly, approachable and laid back. It was great to have time with them before heading off on holiday going through everything, and it was reassuring that Nat is a vet too. They were good at staying in touch, sending updates and checking in. This is always reassuing as Ceecee can be skitty and unsettled at times. They left the house clean and tidy, and made sure Ceecee was well cared for before heading off. They stayed later than planned to feed Ceecee as we were arriving home very early the following morning. Thanks for doing this guys! We really appreciate it. We have no hestitations in recommending both Shelagh and Nat to sit for other furry friends. We would happily have them back to house it and care for Ceecee if an opportunity arises again. Sarah and Patrick were a lovely, genuine and reliable coupe. They both looked after our house and cat with great care and attention. Sarah particularly had an infinity Jyoti our elderly cat and it felt safe to leave her in their company. I would highly recommend them as house sitters. I hope they come back this way.

Rusty has taken fabulous care of Teddy and Buddy - they have clearly enjoyed having him to stay! Rusty took care to understand details around their routines before the sit including where everything was located in the house etc and we had regular contact before and during the sit. We had some fantastic amusing updates while we were away 😀 The house was immaculate on our return and two calm dogs welcoming us home showed us how comfortable they had been in his care. Thanks again Rusty and Debs! X

Chloe and Sam were dream sitters. Clean, tidy, reliable, communicative and clearly developed a lovely bond with Winter our cat. Would 100% recommend!!!

Jordyn and Jonothan were lovely. They took excellent care of our house and most importantly our young Labrador. She loved them immediately and I think missed them when they left! They left everything immaculate for our return and I would 100% recommend them to others and would love them to stay again.

Debbie was housesitting locally so it was great she could pop-over and meet us and our dog before the sit. It's great she wanted to get confident with us and him beforehand. We had one concern over her bringing her cat with her (smell, damage, dog vs cat issues) but as it turned out you wouldn't have known the cat was ever here - the house was fresh smelling and uncatty. Likewise the rest of the house when Debbie left was super spotless and she did a great job caring for the dog and my greenhouse! It's worth adding that Debbie is a proper 'digital-nomad' ie she has no home of her own, so understandably wants to go from one sit to another. That lead to an awkward exchange of msgs on holiday when she wanted to change the time she'd leave here but we resolved that in the end. Something worth exploring and firmly buttoning down beforehand. All in all, especially if you're a cat owner!, then I'd recommend Debbie as a house-sitter.

Paula, went above and beyond the call of duty with my two adolescent Aussie Doodles. She is an experienced, committed, caring, practical, problem solving and all round great sitter. My two aren’t the easiest (being young)and she handled them brilliantly. I thoroughly recommend her for your house/pet sit.

Joshua and Raquel were just so kind to my dog, Molly. I got the impression that Molly was slightly disappointed to just have me when they left! Joshua was great at getting in touch and actually came over before the house-sit so that I could go over things like how to look after the chickens. While I was away I receiver lots of lovely photos of Molly out on walks or snuggling with Josh and Raquel on the sofa.

We had a lovely initial meeting with Karen and Mark, which put me completely at ease with them looking after our animals and home - from the first point of contact they were reliable, and filled me with confidence of their ability to look after everyone like I do. On returning home, the house was absolutely immaculate the animals were so happy having clearly had an amazing time, and the garden had been watered really well! Karen and Mark kept us posted daily of the goings ons, and left concise notes for us when we got home. I would happily recommend Karen and Mark, and hope they come back to us soon!

It’s always a bit of a gamble when you take on a first time zeewoi but we are very glad we had faith in Tori. We had a video call before confirming the sit and got Tori to come for a night before we left so that we could run through everything. We felt very comfortable with her and she clearly took to the animals immediately (and the feeling was clearly mutual). The animals were all very well cared for and totally happy when we returned. The house was spotless and Tori had kindly taken care of all my plants too (no little undertaking!). She had very clearly enjoyed her time here in the North York Moors and the regular updates she sent showed us how much the dogs enjoyed her walks! I would be very happy to recommend Tori as a great Housesitter!!

Michael arrived on time and took great care of the dogs following all instructions given. All was efficient and clean and tidy when he left. Recommended house sitter
