Jill’s wonderful family of two cats and three dogs welcomed us into their home so quickly and made our time in Camano a fantastic experience. Great location, peace & quiet, fresh veggies, daily walks and we were in such good company. Credit to Jill for her commitment to the care and love she gives her critters. These fur babies are so well mannered and have very diverse personalities, but all have the sweetest temperaments. We loved our stay at Jill’s!

We had a super sit with Tango and the chickens in James and Maggie's home. Communication with James and Maggie was open and easy from start to finish. When we arrived to James and Maggie's home we were welcomed like old friends rather than people who were meeting for the first time and we felt at home straight away. We had an opportunity to meet Tango and the chickens and go through all the care details which Maggie had prepared. James brought us to see the local area so we would know where to find everything we might need. We had a really relaxed, enjoyable dinner together which Maggie prepared for us. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped both inside and out. There are some restaurants and shops within the urbanisation that you can walk to within 20/40 minutes or a very short drive. We would recommend a car as it is useful for going to the local town and beach. Tango is a gentle giant who is so good natured. He is a joy to be with. He loves his food so even without a watch you'll know when his mealtimes are! The chickens are so entertaining to watch, you could while away hours with their antics. Thanks to Maggie's clear instructions and well organised systems it was effortless to care for these fabulous pets. We wholeheartedly recommend a sit forJames and Maggie if you have the opportunity and we would happily return if the situation arose.
We had a lovely time looking after Lennon. He is a really easy going dog to care for and is great company. Nickie made us very welcome and provided us with all the information we needed. Nickie’s house is cosy and comfortable with a lovely garden. There are beautiful walks nearby amongst the woods and rivers. Would happily go again.
