Laura and her daughter Maddie sat for Dash again this holiday. This time we were able to meet them in person and had a lovely few hours. Moreover, Laura stepped into the breach as Dash just had a surgery to remove a growth. He had to be given medicine and watched so that his incision would heal properly. Laura and Maddie were an excellent team and cared for him wonderfully. Laura also agreed without hesitation to the change in plans as the vet recommended Dash have surgery as soon as possible. All in all, we were able to visit with family and celebrate the holidays without worries. Laura brought Dash toys and treats and he remembered them from last Christmas! If I could award them 10 stars I would! They went above and beyond with their care of Dash and our home washing the linens and caring for the house just the way I would. Do not hesitate to accept Laura 's application! I am hoping she will return to care for Dash again, as I am grateful for her kindnesses and thoughtfulness.
What a wonderful housesit! Janice and Stephen were so incredibly kind and welcoming - making me feel immediately at home! Brad, Bailey and Cleo were so easy to care for a great company. They are calm and friendly, and will slowly win you over with their lap sits. South West Rocks is such a picturesque beachside location. It has a choice of beaches to stroll (just walking distance from the house), wonderful national parks to walk and friendly local cafes to visit. Janice and Stephen’s home is really comfortable with everything you could need and they went out of their way to make sure I felt at home. You wouldn’t need to ask me twice to housesit here again - I loved it!
Shanthini and her family were very welcoming and Scooby and Barney are so loveable and sweet. It was a joy to wake up to them every morning. A lot of fun and play times in the garden, ball is life! They have a beautiful home in a great neighbourhood with nice pubs and parks nearby. Shanthini was quick to answer any questions we had and we enjoyed our exchange of photos on WhatsApp. Would very happily sit again.
I had a wonderful first sit at Jim and Colleen's beautiful home. They are laid back and welcoming. They are both very responsive and know their pups well giving me great tips on how to manage any issues. The valley is stunning with amazing hikes within minutes from the home. Last but not least the pups; Annie is older but still loves her walks and her treats, she is sweet and gentle, Ollie is younger, more high energy and loves to play. Once he adapts to a new face he will follow you around and be your best friend. The pups are happy, and it was very easy to adhere to their routine. It was a great housesit, I already miss Annie and Ollie!
Thank you Jeanne for your warm welcome. I enjoyed staying with Pip and Leo in your cosy flat. They were a bit shy but it was a pleasure watching them moving around. They made me having this constant smile on my face. Everything was made easy thanks to Jeanne’s instructions, and I recommend taking care of her 2 beautiful souls without hesitation! 🌻❤️🌻

Tina and Bob extended a warm invitation to us for a month-long housesit at their home in Texas. Tina and I shared several email conversations back and forth prior to our stay and I found her communications to be very personable and friendly. Upon our arrival, they had prepared a wonderful dinner (Bob is quite the cook!) and also started us out with fruit and homemade bread the next morning. Instructions were thorough, organized and printed out for convenient reference. Tina was well-organized and took time to walk us through the routine the day before. The dogs kept us on our toes with lots of energy, but they warmed to us quickly. Razzyl and the cats don't mix, so we were diligent to keep them separated and everyone fell into a comfortable routine. Their home is lovely, bright and spacious. If you are looking for the opportunity to explore the unique hill country with its wineries, breweries and historic German towns, this is a great spot from which to launch day trips. Austin is within easy range (just know there is growing traffic congestion on the roads in due to its booming popularity) and there are delightful stops in Fredericksburg, Wimberley, New Braunfels, Greune and Georgetown all within an hour's drive. Thank you Tina and Bob for opening your doors to us and giving us the chance to visit this unique part of the country.

Our pups love HH! Our oldest pup is 11 and is treated with love and care. Our younger pup is 3 and has the continual zoomies in the fenced yard. We are so greatful for a place near home that treats both dogs like they are family members! I highly recommend Harstine Hounds! We used Linn to watch our two cats while we away, and she did an amazing job. It was so nice to get to have them stay at home versus being separated for boarding. She administered medicine for one of our cats, tended to the litter box, made sure they got water/food, and played with them! Tremendous value for the price. She even got our mail for us. Would highly recommend!
The business owner is wonderful with pets. If you need to travel away from your feline fur babies for a short time, you can safely leave them in their comfortable home environment and Linn will come visit and feed them so they don't have to stay in a kennel. This service is super valuable to us.
This is the best place for day care and boarding! Linn is flexible to changing schedules, and quick to respond. She monitors the group closely, and makes sure all the dogs get along. Her yard is great for the dogs to run around, and the indoor space is great to keep them dry in the winter. I really like that when our dog boards here, that he is not in a kennel, and treated like family. Couldn't ask for a better place to send our dog to!
Linn is amazing!! She was a life saver! My husband and I have to travel a lot for work, and a lot of the travel is last minute. We gave Linn a set of our house keys, and we were able to call at the last minute and ask her to cat sit for us. When I travelled, I never worried about my little cats, I knew they were in good hands. I like Linn because she is a professional, she is licensed, and knows pet CPR! My cats are very shy, and don't always like strangers, but they loved Linn! I really felt that Linn genuinely cared for my cats. It was also nice to get pictures of my cats while I was on the road. I only wish that we still lived in Tacoma! **UPDATED: My husband and I had to travel for 3 weeks in a row. We didn't know what we should do with our cats. We don't live in Tacoma any more, and we didn't want to try a new cat sitter for that long. So Linn offered to board our cats! I can enjoy my vacation knowing that my cats are being looked after and cared for at Linn's place!
Linn is amazing with our dogs and has been extremely welcoming every time. She's also very accommodating with our needs. We moved further away but will continue to use her.
We take our two germans shepherds to Personal Pet Concierge and have loved them. We love that we get several updates from Linn several times while we are away, and we know that our dogs are being cared for throughout the day, not just left alone in a crate. We have taken our Mini Aussie Roo to stay with Pet Concierge a couple of times and she LOVES it. Lynn takes great care of her for a reasonable price as well. I appreciate that she sends updates with pictures of how Roo was doing while we were out of town which helped us relax knowing she was in great care. Roo always has a comfortable stay with dog beds, room to run and enjoys playing with the other animals that are staying with Lynn. Lynn even went the extra mile and bought us another bag of dog food when we ran out on the last day. Saved us a trip to the store on the way home when we picked up Roo. I love Personal and Pet Concierge. Linn and her team make traveling for work easy and stress free. I never worry about my cat anymore because I know he's in really good hands. While their services are 100% great, I want to highlight a couple areas in which I think P&PC excel. The first is communication. This is an important area for me (I'm a writing teacher) and I find that many petsitting agencies and individuals struggle to maintain adequate communication before an after my travels. P&PC have been wonderful communicators. They reply quickly to my efforts to schedule care for my pet. They send me updates (including images) while I'm away. And they are always clear about billing, visit schedules, etc. I couldn't ask for more. The second area is care. In the past, when I would return from a long trip my cat would be all out of sorts from a lack of TLC. Since I've been working with P&PC, he seems to barely notice that I've been away. This is because they visit him often and they treat him like he matters (like he's their own pet). It's not just about keeping food in his bowl. In sum, I can't recommend these folks any higher. I don't think you'll find better pet care in the area.
AMAZING! Our rescue Border Collie, Quinn, had always been a little apprehensive around other dogs, especially males. He spent a week with Linn & Mark and their bevy of guests. Quinn had the time of his life! He was exhausted and content when he got home. It has now been several months since his stay, and we continue to see the positive after-effects of his visit. He remains confident and more social. As a matter of fact, we had a true test shopping at the hardware store yesterday. Quinn was relaxed and social with a male dog, even sharing a treat! We absolutely love the Muttro Pups! We have been using them for all our boarding needs for our three Italian greyhounds! They get to board in the same room and not in a cramped cage. I have such peace of mind that my dogs will be taken care of and happy! We have been repeat customers for 4 years!

We boarded our 4 year old dog for the first time over the holidays after an unexpected change in our care plans. The staff was incredibly helpful in getting us the boarding help we needed with only a couple weeks’ notice at such a busy time of the year. I applaud their good communication (including updates and photos during her stay!), deep care for all animals they take in, and the willingness to help us out when we were in a major bind. We will definitely be boarding our dog here again! Highly recommend.
My two dogs, Lemon and Raspberry, have always had someone home to watch them while I go on work trips, and that changed this year after our relocation to Washington. I travel for work 3-8 times a year and I was worried about being able to find a suitable place for them since they have separation anxiety, are on the barkier side, and need prescription food. Muttropolitan found a place for my pups after a last minute Rover cancellation in October, and I took them back for a longer visit this month. These people go above and beyond for my dogs -- even sitting with them while they eat (this is the only way they actually eat when they're stressed). In addition to being reasonably priced, their facility accommodates them being boarded in the same kennel area, walks them multiple times a day, and is extremely punctual with sending updates and pictures upon request. My dogs are their normal silly selves when we get home, which shows me they are getting proper attention and they are minimally stressed while boarded. I am so glad that I found a place for my two babies. I highly recommend the Muttropolitan.
Our sweet Sunny girl has always gone to Leash the Muttro Pups anytime we needed boarding when we have to go out of town. We always come back to a very happy bean! It’s like a mini vacation for her, and we feel better knowing she’s really well cared for. What we appreciate the most is the photo text updates we get on how she’s doing, as well as the accommodations they had for her when she was still a pup and not spayed yet. 5/5 recommend! We've boarded our dog here a couple of times now for extended vacations, and he is always so happy and well cared for. Our dog is somewhat aggressive with other dogs, and we love that the Muttropolitan staff have experience with dogs with behavior issues and know how to handle and care for all the pets staying with them at any given time. It's a lot of extra work, and we appreciate the care and love that goes into his stay.
I have been bringing my dog here for over a year. I highly recommend them. They are so kind and loving to my dog. He can be a bit hyper and other dog daycare places have suggested I give him CBD before bringing him because he’s just “too much“ so I love that leash. The Metro pups takes him as he is. He’s always well cared for and now that they have a bigger space. I’m sure it will be even better.
We absolutely love Emily’s Wood Pack for our two dogs. Our dogs needed some socializing after the pandemic and they were nervous, but they made sure to communicate what days had calmer dogs, and always update with pictures. I would say they are even more affordable with boarding than other locations in the area considering how much love, attention, and space they are given. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. You can tell all the employees love the pets. Honestly amazing!

Emily Wolf Pack has been the best decision we ever made for our dog. Our dog went to day care once a week for a few months and he was the happiest. He was always excited they day he was picked up and came home happy and tired. We never had any trouble with the team working there or with our dog while he was taken care. They are very attentive, Professional, flexible and have great communication. I will for sure recommend this place!!
You will not find a better Doggy Day Care experience than EWP. The Pack Leaders engage with the pups continuously during the day and my two come home happy and tired. This team cares about each dog individually - they are a joy to leave my fur kids with.

I would definitely recommend Emily's Woof Pack to anyone looking for a daycare or boarding for their pups! We adopted our dog about a year-and-a-half ago and he was quite the handful. He didn't do well at a large daycare facility, and I was nervous to try again and leave him with anybody. Emily was willing to work with him and now he loves going over to her house! I love that she does overnight trials and a thorough screening process to make sure all of the dogs will get along before their first day of daycare. 10/10 would recommend 🥰🐾
Emily is a wonderful pet sitter (and human being!) and I trust her to the moon and back to give my pup excellent care. We had a lovely conversation before giving my dog a trial run at her house to figure out if my rescue dog's personality would fit in with the other dogs in the Pack. With my initial concerns about my dog's nervous and anxious behavior put to rest, I was able to leave her with Emily for 24 hours to test the waters. Emily sent photos and gave updates and determined that my dog was ready for a longer stay. Now, I'll leave my dog for her "vacation" with Emily this Christmas while I travel to visit family. <3 Emily came on high recommendation from my rescue, and I'm so glad I heard about her!
As an employee: I would personally board my dog here if I didn’t work here, appropriate accommodations for practically any type or case of dog. Every employee is an animal enthusiast/ pet owner with the mindset of treating your furry family member like they where our own.
We recently boarded our two dogs at Bayside for 4 nights, and grooming. We discussed with them, about picking up our pups, since we were going out of town, we planned on picking them up in the early afternoon. We were told there would be a convenience fee for pick up after 4pm. When we arrived to pick them up at 1:04 pm, they included a charge for an additional night, "because you have to pick them up by noon". This was an additional $84 charge. We were not advised of this policy, and there was nothing posted in the lobby stating this policy, nor on their website. At the moment, and now in hindsight, I believe this information should have been emphasized when we made our reservation. It feels like we were misinformed of a very important aspect of their policy. I don't plan on boarding with them ever again.
We were visiting from pretty far out of town (ga) and needed to board our two dogs for a week while we took a cruise. We were nervous about boarding them as the dogs go everywhere with us, and the little one had never boarded. They were so accommodating, and you could really tell the owner and everyone there were dog lovers. They had a great time. Thank you so much.
We love Bayside. Our dog gets groomed here and has stayed many times. He appears to be happy and comfortable. The staff is great. Definitely recommend.

The staff is amazing. They gush over our Winston. We do doggy daycare where he gets to play with his doggy friends once a week, and board him there when we're out of town.
Staff actively listened to my concerns and addressed them all, making me comfortable that my Kenobi (8 mos kitten) with an irritated paw from surgery was well taken care of. Kristen was especially reassuring and went out of her way to make Kenobi secure AND she addressed his reddened paw (with my permission) with Colloidal Silver and intermittent use of the vet's plastic collar to keep him from licking. Oral meds were also given as prescribed. Kenobi stayed 3 nights and when I picked him up his paw looked 95% improved! I was very surprised and super pleased. ~~ The only downside to Bayside is the noise factor. Daytimes, their grooming business is quite loud and can be disturbing and, of course, some of their boarded dogs will bark, as you would expect. I expect there are cats & dogs used to this and for them it's not a problem, others may be stressed or overwhelmed by the noise. Maybe they adjust quickly, I really don't know. Remediating the noise factor with some soundproofing would be potentially expensive, I would think, but it would provide a much improved and more calm environment. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Overall experience: Really excellent and recommended! Our family have used their grooming and boarding services. My small dog is a timid dog so his baths take longer than normal but the staff is always making sure my dog is comfortable and are always patient with him. My dog isn’t a fan of how loud the blow dryer is so they put an happy hoodie over his ears to make him comfortable. Also they always call me back the same day when I call to set up a boarding reservation . They have a small dog play yard and a big dog play yard and don’t charge extra for playtime like other places do. My sister in law has a chihuahua that does not do well in the kennel and they allowed her to be up at the front with them! Thank you Bayside Animal Lodge for always taking care of our babies.
Have taken our dog three times and he appears to really enjoy. He comes home and rests for a few hours. The staff is extremely pleasant and appears to be concerned with the well being of our dog. Have made new stay dates.
Dropped our dog off for a week while we were out of the country. Happy to find a place that allows him freedom (not stuck in a kennel all day), homelike environment and socialize with other dogs. They said he had a good time. The staffs seem nice. For those who plans to take their dogs here. They do charge 3% + $2 processing fees if you want to pay with a credit card (this would have been good to know beforehand).
We've been bringing our labs here for both kenneling and play, and they absolutely LOVE it. They start whining with excitement as soon as we get close to the facility. A few years ago, our yellow lab escaped from our fenced yard. Since we live nearby and he loves this place so much, I called Mary, the owner, just in case he headed that way. She immediately had her staff driving around the neighborhood looking for him, informed every customer dropping off or picking up their dogs to keep an eye out, and even made laminated flyers for me. It was unexpected and truly amazing. We have both a senior lab and a puppy, and the team here is fantastic with both of them. Our senior dog has a bad knee and isn't very mobile, so they've moved him to the small dog area before and even allowed him inside their home. Justin and Teresa have such great judgment! He also has pancreatitis, which requires carefully mixing his food and waiting 15 minutes for the enzymes to take effect, along with managing a lot of pills and ensuring he gets no other dog food or treats. They handle all of this with such grace, and I appreciate them so much. If I could give 10 stars I would.
Great doggie day care. Very reasonable rates. The staff are really good at taking care of our dog. We mostly do half days but sometimes we leave her for overnights when we travel. We have a high energy mixed breed and she always comes home exhausted.

Always a great experience. When our golden stayed for 10 days overnight he ran out of food. The owner saw the bag & went to MudBay to get the same brand. It was so sweet that he took the time to go above & beyond!
Debbie helped me at a time I had to re home my precious girl Emma. One of the hardest things I ever did. She did what she said she would! She found her a perfect family and she checked on her to see she stayed happy. Debbie is in this for the love of dogs!!! She has an ability to reach dogs that have been terribly abused. I have an anxiety-ridden dog or at least I thought I had because every time we go somewhere he's super nervous and needs CBD. He had no problem from day one coming here. They show such love for the dogs and it shows. He absolutely loves it here and is excited to come. He doesn't use his CBD at all here. I have noticed such a difference in our fur kid and love it hear myself. They make us humans feel loved and accepted too. We have found our second home for our buddy. Thank you Bed Bark! 💞

After a traumatic event at another Gig Harbor cage free pet boarding facility, we decided to board our new dog at Bed Bark & Beyond. We love them, and so does our pup. The staff are very attentive and you can tell they love dogs. Even sent us update photos of our pup while we were away. Highly recommend.
My two doggies love it here. The caring staff knows our dogs very well. They are concerned if they don't eat well and they know both dogs personalities. We are lucky to have BB&B so close to us!
Wonderful experience, will be returning! My dog Charlie was extremely well cared for and I even got updates during his stay. He came home healthy and happy unlike other places where he is stressed out when I pick him up. Really wonderful care for a good price. So glad we found Pawsably Home!

I dont live in the area anymore, but when we lived there and had to leave our dog behind, it was ALWAYS with Tina @ Pawsably Home. The best care, treated like they were her own. Reasonable price. You wont be disappointed.
A warm loving setting where your pets are treated as if they family. Tina is very responsible and conscientious. I would trust even my human kids to her care.
Cooper loves coming here to stay and play with the other dogs. Tina always makes drop off/pick up hassle free. Would highly recommend!

I believe Sophie liked her 1st weekend there. We liked that she was in a home environment with "dog caves" and no aniexty attacks. We will be back.

Awful rude owner. she is a bully with extreme over the top test and vaccine demands. Facility looks super make-shift and dirty. But the paperwork and demands are extremely elaborate. She violated my right to privacy with my vet. Only to find out everything I told her was true. I did everything she asked and then she asked for more. One can only hope she treats the dogs better than their owners but I am not certain. One of her dogs seems very aggressive but she had someone in the yard calming him down to not show his true colors when I was there. I do not think he is safe to be around. I was not allowed to stay and observe for the first time my young pup was to be there. She thinks she is extremely smart because she was once a vet tech... not a vet.. just a vet tech... alas dumb and small minded people think they know it all....and think they have some moral and intellectual superiority. I assure you, none there. Use at your own risk.
Love this lady and she loves dogs so much that they are treated like family. No cages for these pups! There's a large fenced-in yard to play in and a living room-like heated structure to lounge around in, complete with a couch for visitors and bean bag chairs for the pooches. You will not regret leaving your fur-babies with Leslie if you live in the area.
Leslie loves dogs!!! We take Chloe (our chocolate lab) every week. Leslie is so accommodating. Chloe has so much fun. The pictures and video’s tell the story. ♥️🐾 …
Peaceful Paws is truly home away from home for my pup. He gets plenty of exercise with other wonderful dogs and lots of love and care. Room to run, space to chill, "friends" to socialize with. I have used other boarding facilities before but this one is hands down the best!
This is doggie heaven!!!! What a treasure to find a dog lover to watch my dog while I’m at work each day, she runs around with her pals and gets exercise, socialized and I get to love on her in relax time after work. The plus is vacations are a breeze, she is accustom to her doggie day care so overnight is a welcome vacation for her and me. I recommend peaceful paws this loving business owner with a very positive high rating ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
