Daniela was an absolute dream come true! As a first time user myself, I was very nervous about having a pet sitter for 2.5 weeks while we travelled to visit family but Daniela quickly put my mind at ease. From our very first messages back and forth and the video chat we scheduled a few days later, she was professional, friendly and an excellent communicator. It was obvious from the start that her love for animals runs far and deep! Leading up to the pet sitting dates Daniela was always reachable and open to discussing anything and everything about our dogs and their unique needs. While we were away Daniela sent almost daily videos and pictures of our two dogs out on walks and various adventures along with her beautiful dog Cosmo. I was blown away by how well behaved Cosmo was and how well he played with (and tolerated) our grumpy and very nervous Cavapoo and our rambunctious and persistent 1 year old Cavalier King Charles. When we arrived home our house was even cleaner than we’d left it for her! Our dogs were happy, healthy, and they’d also learned some much needed manners! We could not have asked for a better first time experience than we had with Daniela and I hope we can welcome her to our home many times to come in the future. Thank you Daniela for exceeding our expectations and making this experience a truly enjoyable and memorable one!
