Pet Sitters in Hartwell

It is not easy looking after a large house and animals in the blistering summer heat in Cyprus. However Joey and Samuel proved to be reliable, sensible, very trustworthy and confidently cared for our rescue gang. They are two very interesting decent “gentlemen”. We can highly recommend them and would not hesitate to have them housesit for us again. The house was left in excellent condition. =

What brilliant house sitters! We had a very last minute change of plan and Stephen and Lucy accommodated this with ease. They were great with Luna and the house was very tidy and clean on our return. Stephen and Lucy were also self-sufficient which helped me feel extremely confident in their ability to look after Luna and the house. I would 100% recommend them.

Kate and Simon took good care of our two Whippets for a week over Easter. We found them at very short notice and were glad we did! The boys took to them straight away (both Kate and Simon have a gentle, friendly manner that put them at ease) and we felt confident leaving our home in their care. As they live relatively locally, Kate agreed to come and meet the dogs the day before the sit began, which made the hand-over itself easier and quicker. A week later, we arrived home to two happy, healthy doggies (and a tidy house). I have no hesitation in recommending Kate and Simon.

Bella had a wonderful time in the capable hands of Oliver & Veera - we went away for a relaxing weeks holiday with no worries. They took great care of our home and was spotless upon our return. We certainly would not hesitate to invite them back to look after Bella again. A huge 'thank you' to you both.

Corinne and Jack are a delightful couple. We had plenty of communication before and during our time away. They arrived on the afternoon of our departure so we were able to answer any questions they had about our home and pets. They kept us regularly informed on how the two cats were doing and also gave our elderly cat Lola her medication. I think Lola and Misty were very happy in Corinne and Jack's company. Unfortunately during their stay there was infestation of fleas for which we felt very embarrassed and sorry to have to leave Corinne and Jack to deal with. But they took it in their stride and managed to get the situation under control for which we were truly grateful. I hope that in spite of this they enjoyed their stay in our home. They left us with a little thank you note and a box of chocolates which were much appreciated. If you are looking for a caring and resourceful couple I can highly recommend Corinne and Jack to look after your home and pets.

Stephen was a good communicator leading up to the housesit. He arrived the day before we left and was able to settle in and get to know Minnie. He took everything in his stride and was easy to get along with. We arrived back to a happy Minnie and clean and tidy house. Would welcome Stephen back to housesit again.

Ia had a fantastic experience with Ruby and Will. They were reliable, caring, and attentive to all our pet’s needs. All our fur babies were well-fed, exercised, and clearly enjoyed their time with Ruby and Will. Communication was smooth, with regular updates and photos. I highly recommend Ruby and Will for anyone looking for a trustworthy and dedicated pet sitter.

Debbie was housesitting locally so it was great she could pop-over and meet us and our dog before the sit. It's great she wanted to get confident with us and him beforehand. We had one concern over her bringing her cat with her (smell, damage, dog vs cat issues) but as it turned out you wouldn't have known the cat was ever here - the house was fresh smelling and uncatty. Likewise the rest of the house when Debbie left was super spotless and she did a great job caring for the dog and my greenhouse! It's worth adding that Debbie is a proper 'digital-nomad' ie she has no home of her own, so understandably wants to go from one sit to another. That lead to an awkward exchange of msgs on holiday when she wanted to change the time she'd leave here but we resolved that in the end. Something worth exploring and firmly buttoning down beforehand. All in all, especially if you're a cat owner!, then I'd recommend Debbie as a house-sitter.

Celia and her lovely family stayed with us at Easter and we invited them back this summer as they'd been such great sitters. Our dog Stan had recently been very ill with pancreatitis so needing extra attention and a special diet, and she couldn't have been more caring, communicative and proactive. We also had some horrendously noisy building work going on next door which they were very understanding about! They sent us regular photos of Stan and the house was left spotless for us. Such a joy to be able to go on holiday knowing that our pets and home were in such safe hands, I really can't recommend Celia enough, we'll certainly be inviting them to sit again!

A superstar sitter! Great communications before the sit, and Basil and Pixie liked Geraldine straight away. We came back to happy cats and a spotless house!
