Jeanne and Michael were terrific! I came home to a clean house and happy kitties. While I was travelling they sent daily updates and seemed to enjoy the unique personalities of my cats. And they texted with questions when necessary. They even got my stand-offish little one to come to them for pets. Not only did they leave the house in the shape they found it, they stocked my fridge with some starter groceries which was a great help. They also left some people treats which was generous and not expected. Michael and Jeanne are animal lovers and responsible and thoughtful sitters. I unreservedly recommend them and hope to have them sit for me again.
Looking after Frida was so pleasant! She is so lovely and nice. The house is very well located and there is a park and beautiful walks around. Sue and her husband were very kind and we really enjoyed looking after Frida.
We had a lovely time in North Iceland. Lava is the best dog you could ever sit for! He’s adorable, playful, very smart, and knows his commands, a bit quirky and he is well-known around the village :) he was really easy to take care of. Nicole and Remy are really nice and welcoming people, communication was smooth. The village is really small but the people are friendly and there are towns not so far away. The area is breathtakingly beautiful. The apartment was very neat and modern with everything that you’d need. Overall, I’d recommend sitting for Lava to anyone, you won't regret it. You can even take him with you to explore the area and he’ll be over the moon :)
Irene’s place is soo beautiful, super clean, comfortable, and cozy. Really a special home. Momo the cat is very cute, she didn’t want to cuddle or come too close or get many pets but she liked to rub against my ankles a lot on her own terms or be nearby staring :) I think she appreciated company anyway. She was very well behaved for us and easy to take care of. All communication, welcome guide, and instructions were very clear and organized. The area is really nice and well-connected. Such a great sitting experience and highly recommend, we would love to care for Momo again!
Anne and Steve were friendly, warm, gracious and generous hosts. Their holiday plans changed unexpectedly so we ended up spending a bit more time with them at home than originally planned. We ate meals together and did dog walks together in between their times away and we felt like family by the time our 2 1/2 weeks with them was over. Anne picked us up and dropped us off at the train station, showed us the dog walks, the bus stops and the local shops and restaurants, all making it easier for us to be in Hilperton without a car when they were away. The dogs, Ella and Lottie, were a delight to care for - well behaved on the lead and off, making it fun to take them on walks in the fields nearby - where we met neighbors and friends with whom the dogs were acquainted. They were great dogs and easy to sit for - although Lottie is still a pup and a very rambunctious and a bundle of energy - but so cute and lovable. Ella, Lottie’s dog-auntie, was a calm easy ‘mature’ lovable lady. The house was great, with the new conservatory extension to the kitchen that was a great place to relax. All the amenities needed to enjoy our stay were provided. We would easily recommend sitting for Anne and Steve and those two lovely dogs. We miss those sweeties and would enjoy going back to sit for them again if the opportunity arises. 5 thumbs up!
Kelly, Michael, Kodi, and Grizzy are all absolutely amazing! Where to begin... the pups are so sweet. They're big, sweet babies. Both are well behaved - even Grizzy who is still a puppy really at 11 months. They didn't have problems with their parents leaving, and took to Blake and me very quickly. It really was a pleasure to spend 10 days with them. We had no problems really and only good times playing with them and enjoying their quirks. On top of the dogs being great, Kelly and Michael were so kind and generous. They went out of their way to pick us up from the airport, had treats and gifts available for the dogs AND for us, and made us feel incredibly welcome in their home. The house itself was incredibly clean and well-equipped with anything we could have wanted to use for ourselves, or to take care of the dogs. Finally, we felt safe and secure and knew there were neighbors we could go to if we needed anything, plus really great parks in the area to go walk in. I'd love to come pet sit for Grizzy and Kodi in the future and feel like I have 4 new friends in Denver that I can visit the next time I'm in town. I'd recommend anyone to come pet and house sit for this family!
Can't believe we missed writing a review. Just checking on TH site and noticed. Sincere apologies. It was a pleasure staying in Joan's comfortable home with beautiful Coco whom we both adored. It was like being in the middle of the country although there were ample facilities within the locality and great places to eat. Weather did not really permit being outside for too long - it would be wonderful in the summer. Information and communication were very thorough. Recommended.

Laura is a fantastic dog walker, I trust her blindly with the safety of my rescue dog Milly. She is attentive, knowledgeable, caring and above all has a true calling for working with dogs. Milly adores her, so much so that when Laura comes to pick her up she can barely contain herself and starts barking and jumping around with excitement. After a walk with Laura, Milly always comes home happy with a big smile on her face. Since going out with Laura, Milly has dramatically improved her social skills and is a lot more confident around other dogs. Personally, I've found Laura very friendly, helpful and responsive. She's always organised and does her best to accommodate her clients' needs. I can't recommend Laura and Pawprints for Miles enough!
We are very happy (and lucky) to have found Laura to look after Loki. Laura started looking after Loki when he was around 10 weeks old. He is a Samoyed - so generally a handful. Laura started with house visits, then 1-to-1 walks and now we are planning the group walks already. She taught Loki to sit, paw, spin and is working on his recall. Finally, she introduces Loki to the other dogs she has with her to make sure he is a well socialized doggo. Oh, and most of all - Loki is always happy to see her. Thank you Laura!
Laura started walking our puppy Willow when she was around 12 weeks old. She really lacked confidence and Laura carefully picked the most suitable dogs for her to walk with and the difference was immediate. Laura truly cares about the dogs she cares for and their wellbeing is top of her priorities. Willow is beyond excited whenever Laura comes to visit, to have a friendly reliable service like this is a Godsend.
When our previous dog walker moved away, I was so worried that we wouldn’t find anyone as good to walk our baby, Doris. But I remembered chatting to Laura on a dog walk months ago and contacted her. I am sooooooo pleased I did - Laura is super lovely but best of all she LOVES dogs. She adores the dogs she looks after, and they clearly adore her back! Doris is so excited on the days that Laura is walking her, and she waits (im)patiently for her at the door!
Excellent, reliable dog sitting service. Laura treats every dog as if it was her own. She was very thorough in getting to know our dog before she took him on. She also sends lovely update photos to show how your dog is getting on.

I've been using Indigo Pet Services for several years for my rescue dog, Penny. This is a family-run company and everyone is wonderful - they are so caring for our dog and they are the friendliest of people! Penny goes to day-care twice a week and is picked up from our house in Witley - it's the most excited she gets when the van arrives and it's great to see the bond she has developed with everyone at Indigo, and how much she enjoys the experience. What's more, in these times of Covid they are going above and beyond in making sure everything is hygienic and sanitised, and I have 100% confidence in them. Fabulous service and we'd be lost without them! thank you!
Looks after Stella when we take her for her holidays. She is always pleased to go there and mix with the other dogs. Is great for us when away knowing she's in safe hands with plenty of safe space for play and exercise

Utterly brilliant service. Right from the initial meeting, it was so clear that so much genuine love with professionalism goes into this business. For the first time ever, our boys were so happy, active and energised when we came home. The fact photos were sent when we were away just showed us how happy they were, and made us miss them lots, but reassured us that they were ok. Our boys are very picky and can be shy but they were acting as if we were home and handling them - a clear indication of how good and experienced Henry and Laura are. Cannot recommend enough.
I was really impressed with the professionalism and communication of the Home and Pet Visit Company. Henry took great care of my rat and two guinea pigs while we were away and I felt really confident that they were being well cared for. Plus he sent me great, detailed updates to let me know everything was okay with my babies. I cannot recommend Henry highly enough. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure our cats are well cared for whenever he comes. His attention to detail, proper love, care, patience and clear passion for animals makes him just brilliant at the job. Communication is always immediate, he sends us a message after every visit, often with photos - which has been such an important thing for us, as one of our cats isn't very well and incredibly picky with her food! He is incredibly experienced at giving medicine, both pills and liquid and always spends proper time with the cats, giving them cuddles and love. He also takes very good care of the house and often closes curtains, turns on lights for us if we’re not there. I would give more stars if I could!
Henry has been fantastic looking after our cat and guinea pigs, for a week, whilst we were away. His daily updates and pictures were so reassuring and he did such a thorough job, for instance calling and checking on the whereabouts of our cat and playing with her etc. I really felt we were in safe and professional hands. I highly recommend Henry - the dog whisperer! He has taken care of our big labrador several times at short notice. I was a bit anxious initially as he is sometimes unsure of people he doesn't know and wasn't used to people coming into his space. Henry made time to meet him beforehand and he warmed to him immediately, like I've never seen him do with anyone before! It was so reassuring to see and he's always very happy to see Henry! He is a genuine animal lover and a total natural with dogs. He is professional, personable, flexible, and it is so lovely to be able to relax whilst away, knowing that our dog is in excellent hands. Jules is amazing 🤩 she takes such good care of our cats while we are away. Jules does so much more than just the basics of making sure they are fed and watered and the litter tray is kept clean. She takes the time for cuddles and play and brushing too and provides regular pictures and updates on what they have been up to, which is so reassuring. Highly recommended :)
Jules is lovely - she took great care looking after my two British Shorthair cats whilst I was on holiday. She went in twice a day and kept me updated with photos. She went the extra mile, keeping their food area clean and obviously I could see she had used the hoover to keep on top of the cat litter that gets walked around the floor! My boys seemed perfectly happy when I arrived home late last night. I’ve already asked to be booked in for another few visits - no hesitation in asking Jules to come again 😻
We went away for a week and needed someone to feed our 1 year old cat, Figgy. We were so nervous as this was our first time leaving her, and were worried as she is a rescue. I stumbled across Jules when searching for a cat sitter, and I am SO glad we chose her! Sarah is an absolute godsend for us and our puppy Maisie! We loved her on our very first visit just for her obvious delight in all the gorgeous dogs she looks after. When we arrived she was busy organising a doggy chill out room in the enormous garden!!! ❤️❤️ Sarah is so calm and confident, always communicative and completely reliable. Maisie adores her - racing to the door when she hears her on the path and launching herself into Sarah’s arms. Days with Sarah have given Maisie an amazing experience with other dogs and an active home - and helped turn our slightly nervous pup into a confident and well mannered young lady! Could not be happier that Sarah is looking after our little Lab! The setup is basically a doggie heaven with a huge garden (which is more like a field) and a dedicated barn for inside time. Our puppy is so excited when Sarah walks up the drive - she always puts our dog's welfare first and is sensitive/flexible to our young pup's needs. Thank you!

I am not very happy with this business. They never call me back when I leave a message once I managed to talk with them they were very cold to me on the phone when what I was looking for in doggy daycare didn't fit to their conditions. I think the people who are doing it didn't think of themselves as offering a service for the community but what suits best to their rigid terms.
Amazing business, my little dachshund is always happy to be picked up by sarah, and always comes home absolutely shattered from playing all day. Could not recommend more.
