Nicolette made everything extremely easy for the sit and was very responsive. She had Sadie's food portioned out with everything labeled so it was super simple. Her place is tidy, comfortable, and in a great location close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and highway access. The canyon walking path nearby is such a great trail for walking Sadie. Her pets - Amazing and so cute! You will love them. Sadie warms up to you very quickly especially if you throw her ball for her. She will chase it as long as you are willing to throw it and is in amazing shape for her age. Ophelia is such a sweet, cuddly cat that will take all the pets you want to give out. She loves to be outside on the deck which is nice as well. We hope to have the opportunity to visit these furry friends next time we are in Las Vegas. Thank you, Nicolette!
Nina and Randy are super kind and easygoing. Their home is both cozy and artistic. Really unique location – literally minutes from excellent hiking trails, a sanctuary tucked into the trees yet surround by beautiful desert vistas, all close to conveniences. Had lots of opportunity to enjoy both snowboarding at Powderhorn and the mild valley temps for hiking. Ruby and Elmer are wonderful companions to have around. Elmer does require some extra verbal and leash guidance to help navigate more technical trails, but he's surprisingly self-sufficient around the house and areas that he's already familiar. I've done about 20 housesits on TH now and this was one of my favorites :) First, Evie was a fantastic host. She was very kind and easy to talk to, made sure I had everything I needed to feel at home and quickly responded to all of my questions. Her home is beautiful, spacious, clean and full of all of the creature comforts you'd want. I loved working from the screened in deck, hearing the wind blowing through the trees and seeing the natural scenery change throughout the day. They're in a gorgeous neighborhood that's very quiet and tucked away in nature while also being close to all of the great restaurants and nightlife in downtown Asheville and Black Mountain and lots of beautiful places to hike. And Georgia and Myrtle were super sweet :) They were very well-behaved, were content to just chill most of the time and were fun to take outside to run around and go for walks. There's a big open field right across from Evie's house that's perfect for bathroom breaks and playing fetch. Going out there with the dogs throughout the day was a perfect way to break up the day while I was working remotely. CJ & the fish were also fun to care for. Generally very low-maintenance and we enjoyed watching them eat after feeding them. If you're looking for a housesit that has a great mix of comfort, immersion into nature, sweet, well-behaved dogs and proximity to lots of fun things to do, it doesn't get any better than this!
I had a lovely few days looking after Margo and the fish. Margo is a very sweet and gentle cat, who is playful, affectionate and adorable. She really is a gorgeous cat who I thoroughly enjoyed her company. If cats had manners Margo is very polite 😊. Jen and Paul had a call with me before hand to go through things. Paul showed me everything I needed to know once I arrived. Jen kept in touch throughout. I had a comfortable stay in their home with a nice guest room. The location is easy to access Bristol city centre and I had nice walk through Arnos court park nearby. Supermarkets and other stores are walking distance which was an asset. I love Bristol so was happy to be there. The fish are easy to feed and Margo was the star of the stay and she is a cute lovely little furry friend who made the stay easygoing 😀.
What a great stay in Santa Fe :-) Jill was easy to communicate with and extremely kind. Her house is fabulous and in a great location to get around the city. Suki was a little treat to hang out with — so much personality and really just a fun little girl. She is easy to care for and also a good companion for WFH. I had a great time and would love to sit here again if the opportunity arises!
Sarah and Max were very welcoming. We had great communication before and during the sit. Fluffy Gingko was ever present and happy to hang with us. Squid warmed up after a few days and would even check on us during the night. Kazul flashed by us a couple of times but stayed mostly hidden during our short sit. Sarah is an amazing artist and her art was everywhere in the house.

I had just rescued 2 small dogs with PTSD, but had a trip planned a year in advance. Avery at Best Friends invited us to come visit and see if a stay would be possible. Avery was amazing at communicating and understanding our situation. The staff were very gentle and loving with our dogs, including carrying the more scared dog to our car. I am confident they were well cared for and am relieved we have a safe place for our dogs when they need boarding.

We booked a few night boarding stay for our German Shepard here after we moved and needed a closer spot. Our pup was well cared for and came home happy. We also had him groomed before coming home and it was one of the best grooms he's ever gotten!
After shopping for a good hotel for my dog I finally found one that she enjoys. She was pampered and loved by the staff. When I picked her up she was happy to see me and appeared that she enjoyed her stay. The staff and groomer were very professional the called me to let me know she was ready and had her bath and nails trimmed. Facility is very clean and temperature was great. No smell odor free. 🐩👍
Best Friends Pet Hotel was very nice for my 2 dogs while we were away on vacation. Since we had older dogs (rescues) who had never been socialized when young, they were kind enough to place our dogs in a part of the facility which was more quiet and would take both dogs outside without other dogs around as they don't get along with other dogs. The place was very clean, and the people who work there are very kind and considerate. I would definitely recommend them for day care, camp, or staying.
My baby has been going here for 4 years. He loves the play group as well as boarding. He has stayed there sometimes just for the day, sometimes a weekend and sometimes for longer stays. They are great and make each fur baby feel like they are the most special.
The team has always taken such great care of my dogs and I would especially recommend for the 1 on 1 option for those dogs that prefer more individual attention to group play. I'm happy I found this place and always use it for my boarding needs!
The environment is fantastic, clean, and welcoming. The staff is friendly and informed. May dog enjoys going to play. I only wish they had an outside cam for pet-parents to view the yard area.
I feel the need to leave a review of my sad experience. This was the second time I had left Teddy at a pet hotel and this experience was not good. There was one lady that complained about Teddy misbehaving while under the dryer and heard my dog barking in distress. After asking to see my dog and bringing him home he was very withdrawn from us. He also did not look well physically and would not stop licking his back paw. I am glad Christine the manager called me back to let me know they would pay for him to get checked at a vet, and that is exactly what she did for us. Teddy is on an antibiotic for his paw and feeling better now that he is home with his family.
Beyond Pet Care is absolutely the best service I have ever received. Carolyn treats my dog like her own and has been helping care for her since she was a puppy and now feels like a part of the family! She takes outstanding care of my dog, is kind, thoughtful, has a flexible schedule, and is willing to go above and beyond for your pet’s needs. She also gives fantastic updates with photos that are the highlight of my day when I am at work. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Regal Paws was incredible and they'll be my go to for when I need my dog boarded. I was in a pinch because my dog's sitter suddenly cancelled just 3 days before I was going out of town. Monica made the process extremely easy. We were able to visit the facility beforehand and even though I was nervous about leaving my pup she made me feel comfortable with my decision. She was extremely kind and patient with my dog and has 20 years of experience under her belt. Her and her brother Chris made sure my dog got plenty of 1 on 1 attention, even staying late to make sure Harley was comfortable for the evening. It is very clear that Monica and her family genuinely love animals and care for their well being and that care is what is at the heart of this business. I would 100% recommend Regal Paws to anyone that needs boarding or daycare for their pets.
The entire team is very friendly, helpful, and caring with animals. I received pictures of my Dog while he was playing and also received pictures the next day. Had a billing question and received a call from the owner while she was on vacation in Virginia. My dog had a great time and I highly recommend Regal Paws!!

Yesterday was Cooper’s first doggy daycare experience at Regal Paws. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate, Regal Paws is set up to equally accommodate dogs, both indoors & out with ample space, supervision & interaction. The spacious, temperature controlled indoor areas & easily accessible outdoor areas were set up to provide a healthy, comfortable & safe environment conducive to play, exercise & relaxation. Finally, Regal Paws is in my area providing quality daycare/boarding where I can confidently leave my little guy, knowing he’s safe & having a great time! This is a place where the owners/staff are sensitive & knowledgeable in meeting the individual needs of each pup (& parent). I had searched for a place like Regal Paws, & no other establishment came close to meeting my expectations & high standards. Normally Cooper is shy & hesitant in new environments, but he just blended in like the rest of the dogs & acted as if he were home. No tucked in tail, no bent back ears and no whimpering when I left him! In fact, he had already found a new dog friend & didn’t even look back when I said, “Bye”. He seemed confident, comfortable, & at home. Chris was very sensitive to Cooper’s needs & set a calm atmosphere. I got in my car & felt good as I left. Throughout the course of a few days, including 2 visits/tours prior to daycare, Monica, Chris & Dad Chris patiently answered my questions & no matter what I asked, they never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. They were so reassuring & ready to accommodate my every need or request. I can see how committed they are to provide a special model of service that is a step above all others while pooling their knowledge, expertise, business acumen & years of experience together. They are great listeners & eager to implement ideas their customers share. When I picked Cooper up, he looked so happy amongst the other dogs. He ran to me & while I was talking to Chris, he jumped up high with all fours in the air & landed right into Chris’s arms. He stayed in Chris’s arms while Chris filled me in about Cooper‘s first day – even sharing how many poops he had! (Any Moms out there must know that) & Chris was right on top of it before I even asked! Cooper was so comfortable & confident in this environment. I’ve already signed him up to be a “regular“ & also booked him for an overnight stay in a few weeks. Finally, I’ve found a home away from home that I can trust!

Had my dog Bandit boarded here. Very friendly staff and clean facilities with tons of space. I don’t know exactly what they do, but my dog practically drags me out the door when I mention regal paws, so it’s got his paw of approval. My go to place for dog boarding going forward.

While I am not big in writing reviews, and this is quite possibly my first ever - I felt the need after Leann went out of her way to accommodate and help out. While traveling in the area from up North, I had lined up a sitter for a a few hours a day over the course of two days for my 6 month old Malinois. After the sitter plans fell through I took to google to find a local kennel with a hope and a prayer. And Leann made that prayer come true. Extremely pleasant on the phone and very welcoming - she said to come on in and her staff would help out. Dropping Kacey off, Karen instantly met me and was extremely inviting and energetically pleasant. Karen took me to were Kacey was going to be housed for a few hours and I took note on how clean the entire place was. It wouldn’t surprise me if my Kacey - being in a new environment for the very first time - was a disruption to their normal operating schedule - but they never let on. This place checks all the boxes - Professional, Friendly, Experienced and a pleasure to deal with.
I am so thankful Nightwatch Kennel was recommended to me for my Bernese Mountain Dog, Lucky. I don't have to board him very often, but when I do it is such a relief to know he is in good hands. Lucky is always happy when we arrive at Nightwatch and when I pick him up it is always clear he has been well taken care of. We have taken our German Shepard to another kennel and when we picked him up he was a hot mess. I was nervous this time to kennel him again but the staff at Nightwatch was amazing. When we got him THIS TIME, he hardly wanted to come home he had so much fun. Thank you to the staff! 100% would send our Shepherd to you guys again!
Had a great first experience with them and had to wait 3 weeks past his groom time because they were so busy. Finally the day came and I drove there at 8 AM only to get a phone call the groomer had car trouble and was canceling. No back up or we will squeeze you in somewhere. She just said she’d call me in a few days to re-schedule. I am coming from a half hour away with a dog that is very nervous in the car and was freaking out the whole way home. Very disappointed and not sure if I will go back.
Lynn was wonderful with Arthur! She was so nice with my wife on the phone and cut Arthur just like we wanted. We are so happy with the results and will definitely be back. It’s safe to say we found our new groomer.
This is a wonderful place for dogs to stay when they have to be away from home. The staff is extremely loving and our dogs come home exhausted from all the fun they have. Every time we return, our puppies can not wait to get inside. We highly recommend NightWatch!!!
The girls that work there, are great with the dogs, and are friendly and polite with the clients. The prices are reasonable. They do very nice clip jobs, and your dogs comes out smelling great.
I cannot say enough good things about this place!!! We no longer live in the area and we still bring our dog to board here whenever we are away. Our puppy was incredibly nervous around people when we first got her. Instead of turning her away the staff took the time to sit with her and give her time to warm up. Now she loves it there and is comfortable with the staff. The hours are amazing and the price is the best around. It is family owned and they really get to know you and your pet. They always answer the phone or call you right back. Highly recommend!
Wonderful experience, first time boarding my pups while on vacation. They were there Saturday to Saturday, three English Bulldogs, one with visual impairment and incontinent issues. I felt at ease while on vacation knowing they were safe and well taken care of. They shared an area and were kept together, fed regularly and were out to relieve them self. I would recommend this business. The owner has a heart of gold and you can always find her on the premises, hands on taking care of the dogs.
They are wonderful! My dog loves going and always comes home exhausted from playing with his friends. They love them and take great care of them! Each room feels like home with couches, beds, TV's.

My daughter has a covid dog. Meaning he is not socialized. We were hesitant to take him, but we needed to board him. When we bought him in the knowledge & comfort of everyone working there, it made us feel at it ease. They helped calm our dog down & were able to take him with no problems. I recently used Stay & Play Pet resort to take care of my 10 months old kitten Ralphie when I was going out of town on vacation. I am so happy I chose this "resort" for my furbaby. The entire staff is very caring and took great care of my kitten. He got his own room and the staff visited him throughout the day to ensure he was well cared for and for some attention. I called daily to check on him and everyone was very kind and gave updates on how Ralphie's day was going. I am definitely going to reserve a stay for all of my vacations because it gave me such peace of mind knowing my lil furbaby was happy and in good hands. Took my 5 month old lab max there, first time ever boarding, let alone doggy day care. He loved it & slept like a champ the night we brought him home. We will definitely be back!

We love Pamper and play! We have used their service for walking our dog and for housesitting. In both cases we found Liz and her team to be reliable, responsible and loving toward our dog. I also love how we can book a dog walk once in a while when we realize we're going to be gone for a long day. Liz is as happy and responsive to do a oner-off walk as to be coming regularly. The folks that housesit for P&P are wonderful. (TJ is great!_ I can tell they really bond with our dog. I highly recommend Pamper & Play. You won't regret it!

Very professional. We had Liz take care of our 2 dogs and 4 cats, in our own home, while away for our summer vacation in Myrtle Beach. They and we loved her!!! She stopped by 3x a day to make sure our furry family members were happy and healthy. Liz even went the extra mile of vacuuming to make sure we didn't come home to extra fluffy carpet due to summer shedding. She loved the animals as if they were her own, and spoiled them as if so. I think they were more upset to see Liz go then us when we left for vacation lol. She also kept us updated daily with how everybody was doing. They didn't seem to miss us one bit 😍
I have two German Shepherds and was dog sitting for a friend when I had a family emergency. I was needed at the hospital ASAP. I was nervous about these dogs being together and I needed someone fast that could handle the job. I had heard about Liz from a friend. I can't express my gratitude enough. She showed up as quickly as she could. She walked them, fed them, managed to have them all tuckered out by the time I got home (not an easy task) AND all three of them were snuggling on the same bed. As far as my experience goes, Liz is a miracle worker! I will definitely be relying on her services from now on.

We love Howls and Meows! Colleen takes care of Harper like she’s one of her own. Harper starts to bark as soon as she’s pulling in the driveway and never has any hesitation when we leave. Colleen is responsive, sends us pics/videos and has a great Instagram account where we see can what’s happening with our pup while we’re away. Best thing is that Harper always has a friend at Howls and Meows like Squeegie and Biggie Paws :-)
We were initially looking for a place to bring our puppy for overnight boarding that didn't seem like 'doggie jail', and we have been so happy with Howls and Meows! Our crazy dog is definitely more comfortable in their home-like environment than she would be in a kennel. The pricing makes sense, and the business owner has consistently taken great care of our girl when we are out of town. Their flexibility for boarding, overnight in-home sitting, and ability to care for our cats when needed makes it an easy choice!
I have two cats Laverne and Shirley. Colleen is absolutely fantastic! She is always available and very professional. Whenever she is pet sitting she always texts me videos and pictures. She also lets me know how my girls are doing. My one cat Vern is very shy and hides when anyone comes over. Colleen was able to build a relationship with Vern so that she is comfortable. My girls love her! I highly recommend using Colleen and her company for your pet sitting needs!

Colleen and her business has been such an absolute blessing to our family since we brought our puppy home two months ago. As my father in law says, "She's like the Mary Poppins of dog walkers!" Colleen radiates positivity and kindness and I think she adores our puppy just as much as he loves her. Not only is Colleen always dependable she reliable, she has wonderful communication in updates for our puppy, goes above and beyond by setting up puppy playdates, and has even helped out with little things around the house while she's over (bringing up trashcans, cleaning up after the cat--- she's simply amazing). A couple weeks ago we had a family medical emergency. Colleen was so compassionate and incredible. She came back after her normal hours, packed up our puppy and his things, and boarded him at her place for a few days while we dealt with our emergency. Never did she ask for specifics on when I would be picking up our dog, or bog us and down with questions and demands. We just felt understanding and care from her, and it was such a relief knowing our puppy was in the best hands and we didn't need to worry about a thing. She even sent cute little photo updates on our puppy that were a silver lining in a otherwise very bad time for us! We are so beyond happy with Howls & Meows and can't recommend them enough. Give it a shot and see just how quickly Colleen becomes more than just a dog walker, but a part of your family!
We found Colleen through a Google search, gave her a call, and based on her knowledge, experience, and confidence, we decided to try it out. We went and met with her, saw her home and yard, and were reassured this would be much better than leaving our puppy at a kennel. We were right. She's great, a pack leader so our dog is always safe, and just a nice person. Her rates are reasonable and our dog always comes home happy and tired.
Colleen has gone above and beyond taking care of our Frenchie while we were away. She truly treats these dogs as if they were her own. This was our first time leaving our pup and she checked in everyday, communicated about necessary things, and just gave our dog so much love. Can’t recommend her enough!!

Colleen is professional, communicative, super reliable, flexible, honest, and LOVES pets, especially our dog. We work and our dog is often home alone during the day. It's a huge relief to know that our dog will get some TLC during the day. I love that Colleen sends a note after every visit. Hire her! Colleen is great. She's really in tune with reading dog body language and genuinely loves dogs. She will set up a meet and greet with your dog and hers to make sure everyone will get along. I ended up really appreciating this part, as it made me feel a lot better about leaving my 10 month old puppy for a week. My puppy was actually excited to be dropped off afterwards, because she was excited to play with her new friend Squeegee. She was really responsive and the rates were reasonable. I would definitely take my dog here again.

Steven is wonderful. Puts me at ease when I'm away. Extremely reliable even came extra times since my dog was a little anxious the first 2 days we were gone. He truly loves animals and my dog absolutely loves him. His prices are very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend.
Me and my husband used Steven’s doggy services to look after our 3 cats while we had a vacation in Italy for a week. He went above and beyond everyday and even sent photos and videos to us. Unfortunately he’s moving to a new area so we will have to find a new sitter in the future. But whoever has the opportunity to work with Steven will not have to worry about anything at all. I can’t say enough good things about Steven! He is kind, trustworthy and reliable! All the other reviews are true. He took amazing care of my 12 year old pup while we vacationed for two weeks. Steven provided updates the whole time to ensure we knew that our dog was well cared for. Knowing he was in such good hands really allowed us to enjoy our time away, guilt free! I would definitely recommend Steven and certainly plan on using him again.
We have used Steven's services a few times with our beloved cat Georgie. Being that George has severe separation anxiety, we worry about him on the frequent business trips we must take. Steven's care seems to do something a little extra to make our boy seem happier then when we left him. Prior to his service, asking family members or friends to tend for him, he seemed very distressed and a bit "destructive" when we returned. Since using Stevens, he has seemed much happier when we returned, has greatly reduced his destructive "incidents", and overall seems like a happier cat. Steve is the best pet sitter ever! Very professional and highly educated on obedience training and has helped us out greatly with his training methods! BEST DOG WALKER/SITTER EVER!!!! Steve is so great with my puppy and 14 year old dog, he knows them better then me and they love him so much. When I am at work I am secure my dogs get a good walk and attention they need, Steve sends pics and videos of them playing and , running around. Steve is reliable and very educated in dog training and behaviors.
