Sally was fantastic! During our walk thru, you could tell she was a cat-person right away. The kitties took to her immediately. She was attentive and responsive to our detailed description of how we care for our kitties and our home. She has an Airbnb of her own and it was obvious during our walkthrough and at the conclusion of her stay that she appreciates the homeowner’s perspective and knows what’s required to clean up after a guest (in this case, herself) and prepare for the next (for this vacation we had lined up multiple sitters to cover the whole time away). Her communications with us while we were away were ideal … not too little, not too much … and always accompanied with cute kitty pics that showed how much she was enjoying them and how comfortable they were with her. The photos were enough to make us just a tiny bit jealous…in a good way! She went WAY out of her way to improve the organization of our hefty printed Welcome Guide, adding section tabs and making a formal 3-ring binder out of the whole collection of various materials we left behind, as well as notes for the upcoming sitters and valuable feedback to us. We really appreciated her time, resources and educator-&-Airbnb-host skills to make improvements for future sitters and sits. We highly recommend Sally to any members looking for a competent, kind and super solid sitter! We would have her back in a heartbeat…and plan to!!
Tasha and Rodney were great with the dogs. They had good energy and yet patient with our aged dogs. The dogs were happy, Tasha & Rodney were happy and therefore we are happy.
Joe was a great sitter. I appreciated his daily photos and reports. He took care of a tomato plant and it was doing well. He was easy to communicate with and the house was beautiful when we got back. All the things you hope for in a sitter? That’s Joe.
