Michelle and the kitties are so sweet! Her home felt very peaceful. It wasn’t the best for cooking or working remotely. Sarasota has some beautiful nature spots nearby as well.
Jen and Graham were very welcoming, and I felt comfortable making myself at home while they were away. They were very kind to pick me up and drop me off at the train station. This was Tifa's first time being left with a sitter for this long and with someone who wasn't family. She was very stressed at first and kept her distance for the duration of the sit. She was always happy for treats and slept in her bed every night. I have never seen a cat more happy to see their owner return! I learned a lot while taking care of her, and I am glad I came to this house sit. I loved spending a lot of time walking in the Lawrence Grove woods which are very close by and the Angling Spring Woods which have bluebells! Small grocery shops are in walking distance, and a bus to Amersham takes you to a big Tesco. Communication with Jen and Graham was easy and friendly. I recommend this sit as long as you don't expect a lot of company from Tifa! 😊
Oh man! We love Tash! She is such a sweet and unique little soul. We were lucky enough to stay in Alex’s home for three weeks while he was away. It is just as described, super clean, comfortable and in a great location (especially if you love ramen) it was the perfect haven for us when we needed it most. Alex was super friendly and accommodating. And again, we love Tash 💗
We had such a wonderful time watching Kyle & Ali's adorable pups! They were both so sweet and easy to take care of. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet Kyle & Ali before the left but they left perfectly clear instructions on the dogs and lots of recommendations for the neighborhood and getting around. Their home was cozy and located in a great neighborhood. It was our first time in Portland and we had the best time exploring the city and bonding with Chainsaw and Samurai. We'll definitely be back to Portland and can't wait to visit them all again!
