Melissa is a wonderful pet and house sitter! What a joy to come home to happy pets and a house so well taken care of. Melissa might be the best pet sitter we have ever had. We received daily updates and photos of the pets and their activities. Melissa was extremely responsive to communication with text and email. She was totally game to learn how to live in the wilderness with woodstove and snow. Melissa left the house cleaner than we left it! Auttie and Milo were totally spoiled going on multiple walks daily and for miles and miles of uphill woodland roads. Their expectations have been raised to a new bar. Melissa is a lovely human being and we hope we get to have her stay with our family again sometime. Melissa is the best!

This was Bridgette's second time as our sitter and once again, we are blown away by her with skills with pets. Our sweet dog is very nervous and HATES it when we are away. Bridgette gave so much love and attention to our dog that he managed our absence calmly and pleasantly. Bridgette sent many pics to let us know how he was doing. We returned to a sparkling clean home which is another reason why Bridgette is 5 stars! She is terrific!
Lindsay was a strong communicator. Her home, located in a brownstone subdivision, was filled with interesting furniture & floral artwork. She has an affinity for stained glass. The location was less than 10 miles from McKay's Used Books and Music... and, relatively close to, the Harpeth River hiking spots: Hidden Lake and The Narrows. There was Alexa in the kitchen with Amazon Music. In the driveway, there was an adjustable basketball hoop. On the way in, 2 blocks from the house, there was a half court with a rim at regulation height. I found 2 basketballs in the garage and Lindsay had an air pump. Together, we were able to reposition items in the garage, which allowed me to park my car inside during my stay. I cleaned off a mountain bike & inflated the tires – bike riding was limited in the immediate area. The cats made me laugh and smile, every day, with their antics. They would chase, spar, wrestle, cuddle and lick one another. Initially, Johnny was outgoing & June was reserved. Johnny “StringBean” was a rebel child and JuneBug “Buggy” was the follower. Within a few days, June warmed up and was regularly approaching for pets. She engaged with the dangling toy & leapt high in the air. Johnny hung around like a dog: he responded to treats; even begged for people-food. Putting them in the catio helped to break up the day. In the heat of summer, morning time was best. Leave them in there long enough and they'll sing a duet: “Jackson,” anyone? Be careful moving through the house; they can be underfoot. June liked her belly rubbed and Johnny liked his bum. I suspect Johnny wants to be an outdoor cat – he was frequently asking to go out. In addition to the catio, I found a cat backpack at the top of the garage. I put Johnny in it many times to go outside. They went through a phase where they wanted to go in the garage; in addition to various other phases of interest. The cat area was mostly automated. I added a scoop of litter every 2 or 3 days. The biscuits were bagged and the collection was emptied once a week. I topped off the food tower 3 times in 5 weeks. The litter area required sweeping once or twice per day, and a deeper cleaning once per week. There was no problem confining them, overnight, in the primary bathroom. I briefly met the dog, Purdy. She was super friendly. She loved to eat and jump-up. I always appreciate a dog that eats veggies. She played a little rough, though. When she lay across my lap, it was as if she was unaware of her size. There were no indoor plants, and cleaning was pretty easy – Lindsay had a vacuum & a battery-operated leaf blower for the exterior. She arranged for a house cleaner to come near the end of my stay. The summer drought required regular watering of outdoor plants, 2 – 3 times per week. The hydrangeas on the north side of the house were the most sensitive. When it went from bad to worse, I watered the front lawn. The neighbors, who approached to introduce themselves, told me the grass wasn't drought-resistant. All in all, I'm eternally grateful to Lindsay for selecting me as her pet-sitter.

I appreciate the initial screening and vaccine documentation requirements to ensure health and safety. The camper cams give me peace of mind. I can check in any time and see how my little guy is doing. I could see for myself that the dogs are under constant supervision. The counselors are good with the dogs, playing with them and cleaning up after them. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating, making drop off and pick up very easy.
My newfie Georgie has been going to camp since she was 6 months old. She really looks forward to seeing her doggy and human friends once or twice a week. Everyone who works there is caring, friendly and knowledgeable. It's a great place to be a dog!

This is a wonderful place. My dog, Yako, really enjoyed himself for his "interview"/first visit and stay at a doggie day camp facility. He especially like Matt, who was totally gentle with him and really made him (and all the other dogs) feel comfortable and safe. It is a big, clean doggie day care/boarding facility and they keep the dogs entertained all day long. When I brought Yako home, he drank some water and went to sleep. Perfect. I am very comfortable leaving my dog for boarding and it is easy to get to from Manhattan or the Bronx. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow Rockland County, NY. A++
I had a last minute change in travel plans and Camp Bow wow was amazingly supportive and very welcoming to me and my pup Mango! I felt safe being able to log in and see him at play having the best time with his friends. Staff took excellent care of him and I’m so grateful for you all!! Highly recommend! This was his first time away from home and from me and we were both very nervous but camp bow wow made this experience so seem less and for that I am blessed. Wonderful people! I have a very anxious dog who often takes a long time to trust new people let alone trust them enough to let them walk him. But Scott made a connection with our dog right away and could get him outside from the get go. A second shoutout for his flexibility with our constantly changing schedules!! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience with Dancing Paws when we went away for 10 days this summer. Alisha from Dancing Paws stayed in our home and took amazing care of our dog, cat, guinea pigs, bearded dragon and saltwater fish. Paw Pals provided excellent care for Nala while I was away! Given that she's a working line German Shepherd, I was worried about meeting her mental and physical activity needs during boarding. However, Paw Pals kept her active, engaged, and stimulated with walks, puzzles, and playtime. Brittanie was incredibly responsive and reassuring when I checked in, even sending extra photos for my peace of mind. They continuously refine and improve their practices to be inclusive of all types of dogs, from their daycare program and individual enrichment activities to on-site training and even micro groups for selective dogs. I can not thank the Paw Pals team enough. We got our puppy in the middle of winter, so it was challenging to find ways to help him socialize with other dogs and people. I am so happy we found Paw Pals! Jet was nervous the first time he walked in, but after that, he always walked in with a smile and a wagging tail! They are very accommodating when we send him (3-4 times a month). We don’t send him often, but the few times he has attended daycare shows that it helped him feel comfortable around new dogs and people. We feel at ease knowing he is with kind professionals, exercising and socializing, and the pictures they send us make our day. I can tell the owner is diligent with whom she hires and is a kind and caring professional. Their website is straightforward and easy to navigate. Paw Pals is the best - our dogs love to go there. The last time we boarded them, Paw Pals literally saved our summer vacation - one of our dogs needed a visit to the vet while we were away (non serious but needed to go) and the owner took her for us so we didn’t have to disappoint our kids and cut our trip short. They always take great care of our babies and go above and beyond.

Paw pals exceeded our expectations! This was our first experience boarding our extremely nervous dog and the entire staff took such good care of our dog and our family! We recently moved to the area and needed a trustworthy boarding place for our pup. Mike and staff at Dog Rock are absolutely phenomenal. At our prior boarding place, our dog would come home fairly dirty and have a few behaviors that were atypical. Here, she came home SO happy and just had such positive happy energy. The staff threw her a birthday party during her stay as well, which was the cutest thing ever. We got daily pictures. They were very good about updates and I truly trust them with everything. Highly recommend 11/10.
Great place. Dogs are well cared for and they love coming here for day care and overnight boarding. One of my dogs does not like playing with other dogs. Instead he stays in his room and staff come and play with him throughout the day. My other dog loves playing with other dogs and enjoys playtime and visits with his brother. Great place, very clean. For most people, their pets are a party of the family. Finding a place to leave your pet for the day, or board for an extended time, is not an easy decision. It is sometimes made harder when there are other considerations. We have a fairly timid dog that has high energy when playing with other dogs. Although he is still a puppy, he is 60 lbs. In addition to that, he is not neutered yet at 1 year, which means he is not allowed to play with the other dogs. When he was a bit younger, we kept him with a woman that boards in her house, but he proved to be too much for her and the other dogs there. After that we spent a bit of time looking for other facilities to use while we were away on a trip. Mike and the staff at Dog Rock were very understanding of our situation and accomodated a number of visits, emails and phone calls to help make us, including our dog, feel comfortable. Of all the boarding facilities in the area, Dog Rock has the highest amount of one on one time for a dog mostly confined to an enclosure. In addition to that, Dog Rock has has the biggest enclosures. You may so, “So what? My dog won’t be in an enclosure all day”. Well, it is so much more than that. While we were away, we got many email and text updates from the team letting us know how our pup was doing. They made us feel very comfortable about our decision. They are a top notch facilities with a very caring staff. Not to mention, the facility is beautiful and clean.
Dog Rock Resorts is like no other doggie day care/boarding place that I have been to.... and we have been to a few in the area. I was excited watching the place being built and seeing the design and detail difference from all the others. When you walk in it seems like a very well thought out upscale hotel. My dog Rusty is a great dog that does has some health issues with his hind legs. I have to say that the staff gave him such special care and kindness which made me so very relieved. They even sent some photos which indicated how happy he was. As an extra added bonus it is conveniently located right across from his vet. I could not recommend Dog Rock Resort more!!
Dog Rock takes doggie care to a whole new level. I just scoped it out yesterday to see if I could trust them with my shih tzu, and I was completely wowed. This is true puppy luxury. The boarding "suites", and they really are "suites", are awesome, and the amount of human interaction the staff provides for the dogs is better than any other option I have ever seen. They even send you texts with pictures and videos of your dog throughout the stay. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Karen is an amazing professional caring kind sensitive pet sitter. She took care of our cat Jade who was very shy but she was able to find her each day and made sure she was safe healthy and happy. We are so lucky to have found Karen to care for our three cats! We were out of the country for a month, during which Karen sent us photos and videos daily, keeping us updated and informed. Our eldest kitty has special needs and requires multiple medications twice a day; Karen handled her beautifully, with genuine care and affection. This was my first time leaving my dog at Gracelane. The experience was flawless. The office staff was very polite and professional. The establishment is clean. They offer a video component to view your pet while you are away. I didn't feel a need to get it, because the moment I walked into this establishment I knew my pet was in good hands.
The only kennel I would entrust my beloved dog with!! He can be fearful, yet he never returns from a stay at Gracelane stressed out! The staff are all courteous and helpful.
I tried their dog grooming services. By the time she left she made friends with the staff and owner Chris, and her coat looked beautiful! The grounds are lovely and they have a little dog park which my dog didn’t want to leave. I would definitely recommend them and if my dog could talk so would she!

After my first time boarding, all I can say is WOW. After countless attempts to take a peaceful vacation without any worries for my fur baby, Gracelane (my now holy grail) came to the rescue.My family and I have spent so much money on trainers, at home rehabilitation camps and other facilities to provide care and security of our aggressive Akita & Shepard mix. On top of the fact that many facilities will and have turned her away, ( therefore vacations cancelled ) Gracelane welcomed her with open arms. To there clean and well kept facilities, to the loving, well mannered and well informed front desk ladies.I couldn’t have ask for more. But then, my baby came home CLEAN, happy and a completely different dog. Her barking and aggressive tendencies diminished and she now is super playful. I just want to thank all the beautiful ladies who took care of my girl and Chris and Jeff for their hospitality and kindness during the busy 4th of July week who made an accommodation for my Ellie (despite her aggressive tendencies). You guys are the best and Ellie misses Marina ( the groomer) very very much. Thanks to her I can now brush my dog after years of not letting anyone else bathe or brush her. She looks so cute and smells amazing to this day (also added the cutest little pink bandanna!) I have and still will recommend Gracelane everywhere I go. Thank you for such a peaceful experience and Ellie will definitely be returning 😊
I looked at a lot of places for my boys before finding Grace Lane. I was appalled at what was out there. Stinky, small places where big dogs like mine are kept in a crate all day. The staff here are lovely, kind to my pups and the spaces are super clean and organized (check out the kitchen!). They are constantly cleaning, hosing down and keeping the areas safe. The boys are together and have both an inside and outside area. They take a nice walk twice a day and they happily hop in the car when I say "Let's go to Grace Lane!"
The place is immaculate and does not have any of the kennel smell. It is easy to see that everyone that works there loves pets . My 7 month old pup was all excited about being there when I dropped him off. I thoroughly trust the care that he received during his stay . Thank you Gracelane
We have been consistently happy using Gracelane Kennels. They are extremely reliable, which means a lot when someone is caring for your pets. Our dogs have been and are always cared for as per our instructions, without injury, and with good common sense by the employees. It’s worry-free pet care, and we are so grateful for Gracelane.
We bought our dog here for the first time in September, 2024. The facility looks new and is veryclean. Gracelane was very communicative by text and helpful when their were issues with my credit card. Upon pickup, my dog went running straight to the girls at the front deskfor treats - he was very comfortable there. Their prices are also competitive and we will definitely use Gracelane again.
Stephanie is amazing at taking care of animals. I have had others watch my cats with some issues. Not Stephanie! She was able to find my senior cat and hand pill him 2 times a day. She visited 3 times a day, giving him lots of pets and attention. She ran my tub faucet for him. She misted our hermit crab too! She sent us frequent updates on our trip that put our mind at ease. Our 15 year old cat was in the best hands with her! We highly recommend Stephanie for pet care. She is the best!
I am so relieved to have found Stefanie to care for my 2 cats when I am away. She is very attentive to them. She keeps me updated on her visits with adorable photos. My cats aren't stressed when I come home either, so I know that she is doing a great job!
Fabulous, loving, fun, generous, and so many more wonderful words come to mind when describing the experience we have had with Stephanie. Max, our now 12 year old Wheaton terrier has boarded with Stephanie and her family many short and long stays over the past few years. He has always been treated as if it were his own home and came back to us happy and healthy. Stephanie sends pics and videos everyday of max playing with her adorable and sweet French bulldog Lucy in the house, in the backyard, taking walks, and just relaxing. She is incredibly caring and careful about food and medicine, allergies, picky eating habits etc. And Stephanie has always been very flexible about drop off, pick up and last minute timing changes. We feel so calm and comfortable that max is happy and safe and are thrilled that we found this wonderful second home for him.
My husband and I have 3 cats and have been using Stefanie and Creature Comforts for over 2 years almost exclusively. She’s incredibly responsive, sends updates and pictures after each visit, and really cares about our pets. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone in the area.
Stef is the best, and has been walking our dog for over 4 years. She is trustworthy, dependable and flexible. We also use her dog boarding services and it definitely gives us peace of mind when we go on vacation. She’s always sending us photos and videos to let us know our dog is safe and happy. I highly recommend her services.
Stefanie was wonderful and took amazing care of our kitty Bella! Vacation was so the better knowing Bella was in good hands!
Georgie loves going to Pleasant Paws. He comes home after a day at the "inn", happy, healthy and exhausted from playing! This is a family run clean daycare and they love and care for my boy! The pictures are Georgie hanging in the backyard where the dogs play !
Great place to leave your dog for a day or board for longer stays. My boy Blue absolutely loves this place, sometimes I think more than home with us. He gets a great workout with his buddies and is exhausted when I pick him up. Billy knows dogs and I trust him immensely with our pup.
Our dog Hudson loves going to Pleasant Paws Inn. Julie and Joe are terrific! They take good care of our pup. We feel very comfortable bringing Hudson there for daycare and boarding overnight. Great family-run place!
I cannot speak highly enough of Julie and the team at Pleasant Paws Inn. I left my dog Meadow at Pleasant Paws Inn for over a week and was so impressed with the care, love, and attention that she received. Super-responsive, excellent customer service and, after picking my dog up this morning I could tell she had an absolute blast! I will be recommending Pleasant Paws Inn to all of my friends and family going forward. Thank you to Julie and the team for taking such great care of my Meadow!
I would give them 20 stars, if I could. I only wish I had found Pleasant Paws Inn sooner! My dog is a bit on the anxious side and I have never been comfortable with the idea of boarding him in a typical kennel environment. It is clear that everyone at Pleasant Paws has a genuine love for the animals in their care and importantly, they are fantastic about communicating with me while my pup is there. The best thing I can say is that every time I have brought Finnegan there, he is happy to go and every time I pick him up, he is happy to come home. Perfect <3 !
Pleasant Paws has been our dog Fiona’s home away from home for a little over a year now. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are clean and well- maintained and the outdoor play area is spacious and allows the dogs to run, play and exercise together. Most importantly, Julie and her staff are kind, caring and attentive - they are tuned in to each dog’s personality and make a real effort to accommodate their needs and behaviors. Fiona loves being there, and I love being able to look on FB on the days that she is there and see pictures of her throughout the day! We are always confident that she is well taken care of when we leave her at Pleasant Paws, and that has given us enormous peace of mind.
Wonderful, dependable, and friendly staff and clean, spacious indoor/outdoor crate-free facility with lots of room for the pups to run and play. My dog Elliot runs up to the gate every time I drop him off! I highly recommend Pleasant Paws Inn for boarding or daycare.
Our dog Clover has gone to Julie and Pleasant Paws Inn for nearly 3 years now. Clover loves it there, whether for daycare or boarding. She can't wait to get out of the car and be with them for the day or the weekend. In particular, it has been such a relief for us to know they're available whenever there has been a family emergency. They're so responsive and ready to take Clover on short notice. We never have to worry.
Julie and the staff at Pleasant Paws are the best in the business. Our boxer puppy Cooper spends two days a week at daycare there. When I pick him up after work he is exhausted and happy from playing all day long! Just this past weekend Cooper spent Friday through Monday at PPI while we were away on a weekend trip. Cooper did GREAT! We got to see pictures of him playing with his friends on Facebook while we were away. When I picked him up on Monday I couldn't even get him out of the car he was snoring so loud! It was so nice to know that even though we missed Cooper while we were away he was well taken care of and didn't seem to miss us too much! Thank you Julie and everyone at Pleasant Paws for taking such good care of him!!! You have a friend and client for life!!!

When I leave my baby here I leave 100% confident and relaxed that he is in the best care. The owner can’t be more professional, knowledgeable, and caring towards the dogs. My dog loves coming here and we are very blessed to have found a doggie paradise ♥️
We received regular photo and video updates, and they were in touch with us regularly from the beginning. Honey had a lot of fun with them and their dogs, and he was returned to us happy and healthy! They were fantastic and we will definitely use them again.
