Wonderful home and pups! Gemma and Molly are such great companions, easy going and happy ladies. The chickens provided delicious eggs and caring for them was a breeze. Lisa and her daughter were accessible if any questions came up and took the time to meet with me beforehand to go over the house logistics. The neighborhood was fantastic and having bikes to bop around made it fun to explore the area. Highly recommend!
We had a super time looking after Jenna in Helen and Michael's lovely house. Although she was a little shy of us at first she was happy to have us brush her daily in no time at all and then join us on the sofa. The house has enviable views down the River Fowey and I loved watching the ships coming into port aswell as the many birds using the bird feeders in the garden. It really is a special location and we loved it's remotrness but within spitting distance of the ferry to Fowey. Highly reccommended.
We really enjoyed getting to know Knight and Noir! Neither are lap kitties but they were happy to play with us and get petted. They’re indoor/outdoor and even came back to the house when called! We had a recording of Anita calling them in but never needed it. Anita was very welcoming and generous! She fed us a nice meal and invited us to avail ourselves of things in the fridge. She also gave a thorough walk through and clear instructions. Anita’s house is comfortable and well located and we enjoyed our time both in the house and in the area. We’d happily take care of these two sweet kitties again :-)
Had such a nice time with Morry and Mycroft. Morry when in the park is so good with other dogs and people, loves playing there’s Epping Forest at the end of the street and had fun exploring it with Morry. Mycroft took a little while to warm up but once he did he was super affectionate and sweet. The house is in a nice neighbourhood and there’s a community vibe around. I do hope I get the opportunity to sit for Becky again, really had a wonderful time.
Giulia is a lovely host, kind and welcoming! Elvira and Camillo were so much fun to hang with and so low maintenance- would absolutely reccomend and stay again!
This was such a great house sitting experience! Rufus is the cutest dog ever and so well trained. I enjoyed walking with him, playing fetch, or just hanging out it with him at Jeff's beautiful home. Rufus is so well mannered and I missed his adorable face the moment I left. Jeff was very welcoming and easy to work with. Jeff's home is gorgeous with beautiful views and located near the river, foothills, and all sorts of nearby recreation to take Rufus out to play. Sitters stay in a beautiful guest room with lots of space and natural light. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend anyone apply that wants to stay in a beautiful home and hangout with Rufus, an adorable & well-mannered dog!
