Marja & Lawrence

Marja and Lawrence just house sat for us for two weeks. On meeting them we immediately felt confident that they would cope well with our elderly cocker spaniel and cat. Throughout our absence we were sent messages/photos of our animals every few days. On our return we found our home in excellent order, lovely and clean and the animals were well and relaxed. We are very happy indeed to recommend them.

David

David was reliable, courteous and honest from the moment I met him. David messaged me regularly with photos of Aslan and if he was’t sure of anything he asked the question which made me feel at ease. David was kind, clean and tidy and offered to do jobs around the home that was not expected of him. You would be very lucky to secure David to look after your home or your fur babies. I would definitely ask David to come back again to mind Aslan and the property. Good luck David where ever you go.

Ainhoa & Manuel

Manuel sat for our animals. Originally it was three nights and he was really accommodating when we extended for an extra night. He was super clean and tidy, organised and did a fab job at looking after all our animals (dogs, cat, fish and Guinea pigs!). He gave regular updates with photos included and was super polite, helpful and relaxed. I strongly recommend Manuel (in the absence of his partner who was working elsewhere). I’m sure both are fantastic together also. I certainly would try and track them down for future sits. Thank you so much for taking care of our home and pets in such a mature, professional and caring way. Your effort was greatly appreciated!

Carrie

Carrie was an excellent sitter. She was very caring and understanding with my rather old and sometimes anxious dogs. She communicated well. and sent me photos over the month I was away. She was very self sufficient. Carrie was extremely respectful of my house and quite honestly, left it tidier than when I left ! Thank you Carrie. You were a godsend 🙏

Stacey

Stacey was a great sitter. She arrived the night before to go through everything with us and was very attentive. Our dogs were so well taken care of. Before we left, Stacey asked how many updates would we like and we advised her daily updates. We got photos and updates every day without fail. With each photo we could see how happy our dogs were and she was able to get some awesome shots of them! We really couldn't have been happier. We had to slightly change our plan due to weather and personal reasons and Stacey was very flexible! When we returned home, the place was sparkling clean which was very nice! We would highly recommend her and would have her back to mind our dogs/home in a heart beat.

Carla & Alex

It was great to have Carla and Alex as our house sitter. They were our first house sitter and they are a very kind and fun couple who were here for over 6 weeks while we were away in Europe. We had one small issue with the water, not their fault, and we were able to solve the problem over the phone after Carla followed our instructions. It was a very easy house sit as we only had chickens and plants that needed looking after but we came back to very healthy and happy chickens and plants. If we need house sitters again we will reach out to them again.

Holly and Rei were absolutely fantastic pet sitters for Roxy. They exceeded our expectations in every way, taking exceptional care of both her and our home. We received regular updates with pictures and videos, and they kept us informed about any questions or concerns regarding Roxy. They even went the extra mile by preparing chicken for her when she was being a picky eater. When we returned, we found a joyful and healthy dog as well as a spotless home!

Jenny was absolutely amazing with my dog! She took care of him with so much love and attention that I knew he was in great hands while I was away. She also looked after my plants, which was such a thoughtful touch. When I got back, the house was spotless and perfectly tidy, which made coming home even better. Jenny is kind, reliable, caring, knowledgeable, and really knows how to take care of pets. I highly recommend her and will definitely be asking for her help again in the future!

Malina and Massimo went to great lengths to understand my (3) cats’ needs - which were individual and complex. They were helpful and understanding with cat supply delivery issues that occurred. They took care of my house, garden and even the tadpoles! I highly recommend them

Stella and Stephen were AMAZING!  

From the moment we met them we felt comfortable leaving our house and dog with them for a month! They are cheerful, responsible, friendly, trustworthy and organised.   They had done a few sits so were experienced and asked all the right questions, which was handy as we were relatively new to housesits, and made us feel very comfortable.

The house was totally spotless when we came back, and had already washed their sheets & towels all before 8am! They also left us a few essentials (bread, milk, eggs etc) which was kind and thoughtful. 

They looked after our dog beautifully sending regular updates and photos.   I think he was rather sad when they left! 

I would highly recommend them for future sits!

Eileen was a god send. I was so anxious to leave my sick dog with someone I did not know but Eileen cared for Chilli like she was her own pet. I couldn’t be more happier when I returned home to a clean house and a pet that showed no signs of stress and in the same condition as when I left.  The two had created a strong bond which was evident when Chilli continued to favour Eileen when I returned. A positive sign she was comfortable with the care provided.
