We had a lovely time staying at Alexis and Darrin’s home with cuddly Sebastian. Alexis and Darrin were very welcoming, communicative, and responsive to updates and questions. They made us feel at home as soon as we arrived, and they expressed appreciation when they returned. Their home is beautiful, the bed is comfy, and the neighborhood is very walkable, with friendly neighbors. The house is near the beach, restaurants, and several supermarkets. We enjoyed cooking in their kitchen and eating out on the patio. Sebastian is a beautiful, laidback sweetie pie. He loves walks, is good around other people and dogs, enjoys cuddling on the couch (and the bed), but he can also be self-entertaining. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
We had an absolutely perfect stay with Ruby in Victoria! Sue and David were very clear with their care instructions and also provided many local tips for hiking, restaurants, etc. We were very fortunate to have an evening together for us to become comfortable with Ruby's routine and the lovely home. Sue and David also prepared a yummy vegetarian meal for us and gave us tickets to the museum! A good fit for Ruby is an active couple. We walked and hiked Ruby 2.5 hours per day minimum and also included some Chuck It fetch in the backyard. The Victoria area is a paradise for hiking and there are ample parks where Ruby can run off-leash. The following walks and hikes are locations Ruby enjoyed: Mount Douglas, Thetis Lake, Mill Hill, Goldstream Falls, Sooke Potholes, Gowlland Tod, Beacon Hill Park, East Sooke Coast Trail, Gorge walkway on many mornings and of course the very local park next door. We found she was happiest hiking for at least a couple hours off-leash each day. She's an excellent hiking partner. She will not leave you behind, stays on or close to the trail, always returns when called and never runs off. She's very well-behaved with other dogs and always wants to meet the other dogs and people on the trail. Ruby is also a very good sleeper and enjoys cuddles and kisses. She's the most affectionate dog we have cared for and is truly an outstanding companion in all ways. We are so happy to have met Sue, David and Ruby. We couldn't have asked for a better month in Victoria with Ruby. We highly recommend this sit and would gladly return if given the opportunity in the future.
I had such a wonderful time staying at Giulia's home! The place is clean and comfortable it's very close to centre and the subway. Baba has boundless energy and is always up for a game and cudles. She is sweet, loving and funny. Definitely recommend this home for any short or long stay in Prague!
A great house sit in a very well presented town house on a quiet residential estate. Great communication from Aine from the outset with a very useful household manual available outlining what to do, where to go etc. Ava is very easy to manage and an absolute dote. She’s a gentle cat who can also be playful and affectionate, if given the chance to come around at her own pace. She’s not demanding of attention but is able to quietly voice her opinion about what she wants. This frequently involved excursions into the garden where she sat on the neighbour’s shed watching the world go by, occasionally nipping back to check that someone is still around, or at the sound of a bag of Dreamies! There’s lots of shops in Rathcoole and a visit to Avoca is worthwhile to stock up on some fancy food, although it is a bit on the pricey side. Aine made me feel very welcome throughout my stay and Ava was great company. I highly recommend this house sit.
I enjoyed my time watching over Lena in Boise. She is the sweetest dog, very well behaved and loving. She is a great companion and obviously prefers company over solitude. We enjoyed neighborhood walks together, looking out the window or sitting on the patio, watching as bikers and hikers passed by on the Greenbelt trail, mostly hanging out in their lovely home. The City of Trees lived up to it's reputation in the Fall, it was beautiful. James even provided a bike so I was able to get out and enjoy the Boise sunshine on the bike path as well. There are plenty of groceries, coffee shops, etc nearby should you need any supplies, although Deborah and Jim do have plenty of homegrown tomatoes! The area is safe and secure. I would recommend.
5 stars all around! Talking and coordinating with Christine & Emily was a pleasure. Plus, their Welcome Guide was thorough and supremely helpful! Their gorgeous home speaks for itself--I especially enjoyed the view of the St. Louis skyline in the distance. But the real star of the show is Hawk! What a lovable, funny, affectionate guy :) I always laughed when I'd find him flopped in front of me asking for a belly rub. This sit was a pleasure, start to finish--highly recommend!

We recently had our dog board with The Doggie Lodge for the first time. Tanya and her family took such wonderful care of our dog while we were away! The Doggie Lodge was amazing. My friend had a stroke and had no one to take care of his Pitbull. They accommodated us last minute and took care of my friends Pitbull as if he was their own. I would highly recommend them. They were friendly, courteous and they took very good care of my friends Pitbull till we found a good home for him. I highly recommend Doggie Lodge. They are professional and caring. Our dog walker, Karolina is amazing! We have had a wonderful experience so far. She comes to the house two times a day to take care of our Black Labrador Retriever and he loves her! Doggie Lodge leaves detailed notes on when they were there and what they did, as well as text messages and pictures! I highly recommend Tanya Reznik and the Doggie Lodge! She is very professional and accommodating. Our dog is 6 years old and had never been boarded overnight, so I was nervous if she would do well. This service is amazing. I have a bit of a difficult dog and they took care of her so well. I was able to go away and be at peace while I was away. They took care of her at my house which kept my dog in the environment she knows. They sent me pictures and update at every visit. We have been using Mike as our dog walker. He is the best!! He is great with our 2 dogs. They absolutely love him!! He gives me daily updates on how they did on their walks. We also have a few cats and one had surgery and when Mike came to walk our dogs he would also give a little extra love to him and also let me know how he was doing when he was there. I have used Fetch in Boise, Idaho and Burbank, California and was very impressed with the quality of the pet sitters in each city. Then I used Fetch in Ridgewood and was not disappointed! The pet sitters were easy to work with but, most of all, they treated my dog like their own. When I picked up my dog, Buddy, from an overnight with Amy, I knew she passed the test with flying colors because as I held my dog and was saying goodbye, he leaned over and licked Amy right on the nose. Fetch really is the best. We've used them for almost 2 years now and I'm so glad that our neighbor recommended them to us. They are always there when we need them, even when it has been last minute. I'm always amazed at how quickly they respond to emails and texts when I need a last minute walk or visit. Our primary sitter is amazing with our dog and on the very rare occasion when she is not available they have a backup team (who our dog got to know in advance) that is equally fantastic. Can't say enough nice things and I honestly don't know what we'd do without them.

Dealing with Janice at Fetch and Debbie our sitter/walker that was assigned to us was one of the more enjoyable encounters we've had with outside contractors. And when it comes to leaving your dog's care in the hands of others, its not always the best experience. Dealing with Fetch was the exception, they were Super Great!

The staff here are very nice and welcoming. We have left our dog here on multiple occasions and even overnight stays. Our dog always gets excited when we pull in because he knows he'll be able to play with all the dogs. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a doggie daycare or board.
Absolutely the best! We have been boarding our dogs here for a few years when we are away on vacation. They are always so well taken care of. Such caring people who truly love the animals they care for. Both Matt and Allison were so great with our lab, Drew, who had some anxiety and stomach issues during his recent stay. Matt kept me updated daily with how he was doing and even took him to the vet himself when he noticed Drew wasn’t improving. The vet prescribed some medications and Drew was back to his old self with the help of Matt and staff! They went above and beyond for him and we are so grateful!
My dogs love the Madison Dog Resort in Hawthorne! They are excited when they get there and exhausted when they leave! It has been so helpful since returning to work. The facility is very clean and the staff are all awesome! So happy to have a reliable place in the area to bring my dogs to when needed.
The compound is very nice. However, what makes this place really shine is it's staff. They are very courteous and helpful. They are attentive to the dogs and communicate any issues they have throughout the day. It helped me understand my new puppy to know what behaviours he exhibited. My dog, Gideon, also loves going.
We drop our dog off at The Madison nearly every week for day care. They take excellent care of her, provide cameras so that you can watch her play all day and are always happy to see her. She has been amazingly excited to get there and play each and every week. I cannot say enough good about their services. They've also gone above and beyond whats necessary on a few occasions.
Love The Madison and their staff. They are very caring and patient. We needed to board our 12 yr. old Lab, who we recently rescued. We were concerned that we wouldn't find the right place for him. Then a friend recommended The Madison and our worries were over. Knowing that Johnny was a rescue the staff took the time to earn his trust and took great care of him. If you love your pet I would highly recommend not to have them spend any amount of time at this place. My dog was covered in his own feces right before I picked him up. I asked the when was the last time he was taken out and I was told at 9am, I was there at 1:30pm. So expect you dog to be allowed out there cage twice a day here. My pup had swollen lips and was gaunt when we took him home, and we took him to the vet to make sure he was ok. Plus the staff is incredibly unprofessional and when I voiced my displeasure I was told that they would stop doing business with me.
I LOVE this place!! My dog is always happy to go in, everyone is so kind and Kelly makes her look so fluffy and pretty when she’s done grooming. They are always there for me if I’m in need of help with my fur baby. I can’t say enough amazing things about the Maddison dog resort!!
Priscilla absolutely loves going to Camp BowWow. Everyone there is amazing. I love when she does her extra activities that I get pictures of her having fun. It’s a nice little surprise while I am at work. She also has started her training and I was given great instructions on how to reinforce everything at home. This is a great way to keep my high energy pup happy and busy while I am work. I highly recommend.
We love Camp Bowow! My dog only goes once a month but the staff always remember her. They are incredibly kind because she is so skittish. We have used them for overnight care and they are great! I never worry leaving my dog with them. The facility is clean and welcoming!
The facility was nice and large and clean. Cool inside. The cabins were very large for the dogs to stay in. I was pleased with the tour and the transparency. I love the fact that they have cameras to take a look at if you want to check on your dog. I like the options for indoor and outdoor activities and the extracurricular activities. The staff was very informative and friendly. I will be boarding my husky there this coming week Very excited He came home very tired! I liked the report card as well. It made me feel secure that he was in good hands and the staff wasn't afraid of a big dog. Huskys are mouthy players and I get nervous that it can be confused for aggression. They were great with him and I 10/10 recommend.
I brought two dogs here including a 10 month old puppy who weighs only ten pounds. I told them one of my dogs is 11 years old and the puppy is scared of big dogs. They advised she would be kept separate with small dogs however I saw multiple large dogs in the same area on the cameras. I was never made aware that my dogs would only get 2 hours in the entire day to be walked on Christmas Day. This means they got to go potty twice and that's all. I was checking the cameras and never saw them even be let out a second time. Only allowing a puppy two potty breaks is terrible!! I also noticed my puppy's towel was soaking wet and recently washed meaning she was probably forced to soil herself in her crate since no one was caring for her. When I called the staff to discuss they had no idea of anything that happened. There is absolutely no care for the dogs. I spend half this at a place in FL and they assign overnight counselors that literally pet the dogs to sleep and send us photos and report cards after. I will never bring my animals back here. They do not care. The place is also filthy and my dogs STINK. They could not wait to get out of that place
I love how staff get to know your dog and really care. They send photos and videos during special play sessions. We feel comfortable knowing that our boy is with friends at Camp Bow Wow and he is always super happy to go back.
Didn’t last two days here, first day picked him up early because a dog in the room was relentless wouldn’t leave him alone (they claimed he just wanted to play) second day he was picked up early because there were about 16 dogs in the “room” with him of all sizes up to 40 lbs about 20 when I got there. He’s a 8 month old puppy (the man who worked there kept saying sorry we don’t have a room for teacups hello he’s 14 lbs and claimed there were 2 workers in the room well the camera should have showed 2) Your dog will come home wet and dirty each day and today my puppy smelled like a dog urinated all over him and now I have to bathe him. All I wanted was fun positive environment for my puppy to play and socialize. Thank goodness for cameras this was a nightmare.
Our dog Callie is super energetic and a lot to handle but the employee's at Camp Bow Wow are extremely patient with her and take great care of her. If youre looking to board your dog this is the place!

We love bringing our chocolate lab here. The staff are always courteous, kind and treat all the dogs with the utmost love. Thank you for all that you do and continue to do to make it a safe and gratifying experience for all the dogs.
Penny had a great day during her first visit at camp bow wow. I enjoyed the tour. I like how each pup has their own cubby to keep their food and leashes organized. I loved watching the dogs play on the puppy cam. Camp bow wow was very accommodating. I appreciated having a choice of keeping penny in the play area all day or getting a lunch break for a couple of hours. We will definitely be back.
The staff was incredibly friendly. Watching the cameras, I could see them interacting warmly with the dogs and showing genuine care. I really appreciate that the dogs have access to outdoor play areas, and the spacious sleeping cots ensure they’ll be comfortable. It’s also fantastic that grooming services are available!
There are not enough superlatives to say how much we love Camp Bow Wow, Elmwood Park. We trust them 100% with our boy Primo and have been bringing him there for nearly 12 years now. The facility is one of the cleanest, best run and caring places to bring your dog. They greet you by name when you arrive, are very friendly, and always attentive to all your dogs needs. You have the ability to watch your beloved pooch on one of their many web cams so you will always know what's happening. They do a great job of having the dogs grouped by size, so that none of the little ones get smushed by all the affection from the bigger ones.
If Missy could drive she would steal my keys to come everyday of week! It feels good to know your pouch is in good hands. Kudos to the staff for making them feel like home
Check-in staff for our interview and first (free) half day of day care was very helpful. They were able to walk us through the interview process and provided information on how we could check in with our dog throughout the day with their facility cameras. Upon pickup, they also offered us a tour of the facility and described a typical day of daycare and boarding at Camp Bow Wow. The transparency was very reassuring and gave us the confidence to know that our dog would have a safe and fun time with the staff at this facility.
I love how they get to know my dogs and watch out for them and bring any issues or observations to our attention. My dog Baxter has been coming to Camp Bow Wow for 3 years now and he loves it there. He is thriving and we always have impeccable service, especially from Roman and Rose.We also recently brought Baxter's sister Willow to join him at Camp Bow Wow as well and she loves it too. She gets so excited when she knows she is going to daycare. We could not be happier with their level of service and will stay loyal customers!
My Schnoodle, Clara, is 5 months old and went to 1/2 a day for daycare for the first time last week. She had a little anxiety when I left, but then relaxed as time went on and she passed her interview. I also added some playtime which she had fun with. I brought her back on 5/04/24 for a full day. She had a friend there this time which I was happy she had some company. She played and the lady, forgot her name, also spent time and played with the puppies and Clara had so much fun. You can see the care they give to our furbabies. I also treated my Clara to a bath, teeth cleaning and ear cleaning and she came back to me smelling so good. She was tired, but, she had alot of fun and was happy to see me. I highly reccomend EP Camp BowWow for your furbaby care. The staff is wonderful, prices very fair, they keep it very, very clean throughout the day and the care they show the furbabies is priceless. Happy FurMom snd FurBaby 👧🏼🐶🐾🐾
My furry baby has been going to Camp Bow Wow for over a year now. I can’t express how much we love this place. Starting with the great staff who always welcomes everyone with smiles and great kindness. Very clean facility, no yucky dog smell. Most importantly I know my furry baby is safe and having an amazing time . As soon as my baby gets into the car after a long day with his furry friends and camp counselor, he falls asleep the whole car ride home. I recommend camp bow wow to all my friends and family. Camp Bow Wow Elmwood Park is amazing! The staff is so friendly and they truly love your fur babies as their own. Tachi loves it here and loves everyone who works at camp too. I thank everyone on staff for always being so welcoming and always having a smile on their face!

Have had a good experience here , the groomers appear friendly and my dog always seems happy when she comes out. We always discuss the look prior to getting her haircut. Only taking 1 star off because my poodle was not really given the haircut agreed upon prior to the groom. Usually they’re pretty good, but this time around, they trimmed all the hair off the ears. Just hope next time they let me know if the decision was made because she was too matted or needed the trim. I also don’t like that they don’t brush their teeth. Overall good experience with these groomers and seem like they care to treat the dogs well.
Madison Dog Resort is amazing! The staff is so caring, and the facility is spotless and thoughtfully designed. Our French Bulldog loves it here and always comes home happy. We especially appreciate the updates and photos they send. Highly recommend for top-notch pet care!
Picked up my dog from this place and he was dirty and had a mark on his face didn’t think much of it until after we washed him we noticed he had a bite mark on his face that looked like they had cleaned up well. After bringing the dog to the vet it turned out to be a dog bite and the spa never said anything about it but definitely knew about it . Needless to say I won’t be using there facility . again after barely being able to stand how bad the smell is inside and not disclosing my dog was injured and felt like they were waiting for us to notice if we saw the bite but it didn’t start to show until we cleaned him .
My dog loves going to the Madison (or the "bark bark" as he knows it). Whenever I mention that we're going to the bark bark, he gets so excited and is ready to bolt out the door. I know he plays hard and has a great time because he takes a big nap on the ride home. The humans at the Madison are great, too! They also do grooming, which is so convenient and my little guy gets to have some playtime before he gets his haircut. Definitely recommend!
We absolutely LOVE the Madison! We board our Boxer puppy here when we go away. The owner Ryan went above and beyond for us ..being the first time we were so nervous to leave her. Highly highly recommend the Madison for your pup! Great experience overall!
I am so thrilled to have found the Madison for my dog, Bowie! This was my first time boarding him since rescuing him last year, and I was more nervous than he was! When I picked him up, he was clean from his bath, well cared for, and had an absolute blast playing with his new doggie friends! I can’t recommend this enough for any dog owner. I love the Madison - it has been a Godsend when my dog is full of energy and I don't have time for a long walk, or if I am out for the day - so much nicer for them to be with other dogs and people. They supervise the dogs and give helpful feedback. It is clean and the people who work there are consistently friendly and not a lot of turnover so they are familiar faces and really get to know your dog. Kelly and the grooming staff are also really great - one of my dogs is really difficult to handle for baths but Kelly is always able to do it and never complains about her! Victor who runs The Madison is a really great person - cares very much about the business!

We had a great experience with sending our dog to The Madison in Hawthorne. The staff took great care of him! There is always someone with the dogs and make sure they are playing appropriately. They offer grooming which we took advantage of a few times. We mainly used it for care while both my husband and I were at work. One thing to note is that our dog had issues with his paws getting worn down on the floors causing us to not be able to bring him there as often as we would have liked. Overall I would highly suggest using The Madison for your needs.
We went away for 5 days and were nervous to leave our baby with a pet sitter for the first time ever. We can say now as long as it’s Jaime we will never be nervous again! As you can see our cat loved her lol. We received daily photos, all directions were followed as given in regards to feedings/supplements and litter scooping and she even vacuumed around the box which I didn’t ask of her! Came home to a happy, healthy and loved kitty 😊
Jamie is wonderful! She took such great care of our little guy while we were away for a few days! I was green in the area of pet sitting because I usually take the pets everywhere with me lol. But Jamie exceeded my expectations by far! We also communicated daily while I was away, and she even sent me daily pics of my little guy. It was because of Jamie that I could relax while away! My entire family thanks her for that.
Jaime is amazing. Truly the best pet sitter I have ever had. I struggled to find someone who’d care for my ferret, but she went above and beyond. She’ll love your pets as if they were her own, and you’ll always have peace of mind when you’re away. Trust that your fur babies will be in excellent care here!!!

We hired Jaime to care for our pets in our home while we were away for almost two weeks. We have quite a menagerie - 4 cats and 3 dogs, several of whom have special needs. Jaime was amazing with meeting all of their needs. She kept in touch via text several times during the first few days which gave us great peace of mind. We returned home to happy, healthy pets. If Jaime can handle our handful, she can handle anything! Highly recommend.
We’ve used Jamie now twice with our big boy Archie! Jamie is absolutely amazing and has treated our needy boy pristinely! Our first experience with Jamie found us in a pinch and needing a dog sitter for an unplanned trip. Jamie helped us calm down and made time to make sure we and Archie were comfortable with her. Needless to say we were sold and haven’t looked back since! Jamie thinks about the things most walkers/sitters don’t… she checks the temperature, she pulls in packages if they’re out front, and sends you photos of your furry one without being asked. If you need any of the services Jamie offers, do yourself a favor and book her. You won’t regret it and most importantly, your furry friend(s) will have the best time! We highly recommend Jamie!
Jaime was great with my dog! It was my first time hiring a dog walker but she exceeded the expectation! I received a photo after the walks and he looked so happy. I even noticed his appetite increased which is a great sign that jaime provided much needed exercise.
Jaime takes really good care of our dog Jager. He seems to be happier than when we leave him behind. She’s super nice - super reliable - I recommend Jaime to take care of your pets while you’re away or even while you’re around.
Jamie stayed at our house with our dog Ollie for an extended stay to care for our dog while we were away and she was absolutely fantastic. Ollie is a senior dog, and he needs twice daily shots of insulin for diabetes, and Jamie managed his care beautifully. Jamie was extremely caring , making sure to keep Ollie well socialized during our absence. She was available in real time to update us, and extremely diligent about ensuring that Ollie was always a happy dog. She was also extremely respectful of our home, which she also took great care of while we were away. We really felt like Jamie treated our dog, and us , like we were her family, and we look forward to working with her again in the future.
Jaime is the BEST! We recently bought a saltwater reef tank and needed someone to feed our fish and take care of our tank while we were away. Apparently, this is not easy to find! Thankfully, we found Jaime! She is communicative, trust worthy, responsible and always on time. We highly recommend Brookdale Pet Care.
Amazing experience here for our first time boarding our 7 month old puppy The facility was very clean which is something I did not experience at other places I toured The staff is very friendly helpful and energetic . They obviously care about the well being and safety of your pet and all the others as they are very thorough in the pre screening process before you board there. They go above and beyond they sent us a picture of Daisy everyday with an update on how’s she was doing I have never used a daycare with any of my previous dogs, however after boarding her there we are going to have her start doing some day care days there every month, the experience was great for her socialization with both other people and other dogs
Tanner's lives up to the name Canine Resort! I would never take my dog anywhere else. The grounds and Boarding Suites are spotless. The staff is loving and attentive to each dog's needs. They do a wonderful job of communicating with me. I have recommended Tanner's to quite a few people with excellent results.
Tanner’s is my dog’s 2nd home!!! We absolutely love this place!!!! The people here really love and care about all of the dogs and they are trained to work with dogs, unlike many other day care centers for dogs. Tanner’s has a big open yard for the dogs to run and play. They also have separate areas in the yard so that they can separate the dogs by size, temperament, and energy level. I like the fact that I can see the yard when I drop him off and I can see how much fun the dogs are all having! In the summer they have little doggie pools and sprinklers for them, and when it rains they have a spacious garage for the dogs to play in. As much as possible, though, the dogs are OUTSIDE, which I am so grateful for. I was not planning to have to go back to work full time a year after getting our puppy, but thanks to Tanners, my dog gets a lot of stimulation, socialization, and exercise while his family is at work/school. I am SO grateful!! We have also used Tanner’s for boarding when we had to go away for a week in the Spring. Since my dog was already used to Tanner’s for day care, I felt SO comfortable leaving him there as I knew he would be well cared-for and he would have fun. I cannot recommend Tanner’s highly enough!! Do not look anywhere else for daycare or boarding for your precious pup!
Shiloh has been going to Tanner’s for daycare, training and boarding since 2020 — and she still gets SUPER excited every time we arrive! Tanner’s is her “home away from home.” Recently, Shiloh boarded for 11 nights while we were away — and, although we missed her terribly, we had peace of mind the entire time knowing she was receiving the best care and having fun each day with her dog friends and people friends. We have been to several places, but nothing compares to Tanners. The facility is first class with plenty of space for dogs to run and play, and they are segregated by size. It's impeccably clean and a very caring staff. They will take care of all your pets' needs no matter how fussy you are, medicines, treats, foods, just tell them what you want, and they will take care of it down to the smallest detail. The owner is fantastic and on top of her business and really cares. We love Tanners, but more importantly, Ziggy loves going there. We highly recommend them!
Our family LOVES Tanner's Canine Resort and we can't imagine entrusting the care of our precious pup to any other facility. Our dog attended Puppy Kindergarten at four months old. The professional staff was very helpful in working with her and in teaching us the best way to train our dog, always using positive reinforcement. Our dog is now nearly three years old and she attends daycare part time. She runs in every time and is eager to enter the yard to play with her "friends". The staff treats our dog with love and great care. They are also very good at communicating with pet owners when necessary. We feel very lucky that we found Tanner's and so does our lovely Labrador ❤️!!!
Tanner's is Finn's FAVORITE place to be when not at home!! He goes there for daycare and as soon as I turn onto Hopper Ave. he's so anxious to get there that he cry/barks until I get him out of the car at the facility The staff is always friendly, kind and very professional with both the animals and humans. I've had collies for 40 years and have always been very particular regarding their care. When I leave Finn at Tanner's I am confident that he is in the best hands possible (besides mine) and he will be safe and have a great day playing. Teller, the beagle, loves Tanner’s! He’s a bit of an anxious dog, possibly because we adopted him at 8 years old and he likely wasn’t around many people or dogs. But at Tanner’s he really opens up. He has been an overnight guest at Tanner’s while my husband and I are on vacation since the summer of 2020. At first he was apprehensive but the care shown by the staff allows him to relax. These days he trots right in. It’s like he is excited to see his friends. We are so grateful to have a place like Tanner’s where the entire staff clearly loves what they do. We know our best buddy is in good hands.
My 11 year old dog just spent 2 nights boarding at Tanner’s and I couldn’t be happier with his stay! I am always hesitant to send my dog anywhere to be boarded, I did extensive research and it is clear why Tanner’s stands out as the best! The staff was so thorough upon dropping our dog Roman off, they closely noted all of his instructions and medication administration, and the items we sent him with. I felt at ease leaving out their door and that is a first for me being that I have an older dog with some health issues to watch out for. Upon picking him up he was so happy, he has been sleeping since he came home! A happy pup is a tired pup! I love how clean the resort is, how professional the owners are, it is obvious all the staff loves these animals and takes great care of them! They get a 10/10 for safety factors and securing the property and I love that there is someone always on site and it is right next to a vet in case anything ever happened. If you are looking for a safe, clean, loving place to send your dog look no further Tanner’s is it! Thank you Tanner’s!
I don’t have enough superlatives in my vocabulary to describe my thoughts in Tanner’s!! My gratitude is HUGE!! I have a now 10 month old French Bulldog (Ellie) who has been a regular at Tanner’s since she was 5 months old. She is at daycare twice a week which just makes me feel like a good dog mom knowing she gets such good clean supervised safe playtime with her friends each week and great exercise. Ellie has now also boarded twice for multiple night stays, and it gives me the most absolute peace of mind knowing she is again in a safe place, with all of her regular friends and people caring for her and her needs when I can’t be with her. The boarding facility is a 10 — total top notch — so clean and spread out and no crates at all, but rather separate little rooms. Suzanne and Tracy have been so incredibly kind and helpful to me since day 1 and quelled every single fear and totally accommodated my helicopter mom’ing as a first time boarder. I was able to FaceTime with Ellie whenever I wanted! Made my heart so happy to see her having a blast with her friends. The entire staff is so kind and accommodating. Sometimes my mom helps me out and picks Ellie up or drops off, and unfortunately she has a bad back and is unable to physically pick her up, the staff always come out to her car to get Ellie or bring her back! Both Ellie and I live Tanner’s!! 🩷
My precious Sadie was soooo taken care of overnight! The minute I walked in, I knew she wouldn’t do well amongst all the other dogs. The owner said no problem and took her in his arms and said she’ll b fine rooming free with me. Than took her home with him over night and sent me the mist adorable pic of him giving her a belly rub which she loves. Thank u again for giving our Sadie a great stay with you.
Besties is the absolute BEST in caring for my baby girl!! It is hard to believe that anyone could love my dog more than me ... but Gloria, Dom, Ryan and everyone at Besties does. From our first visit my Sunny girl has become part of their family! Words don't adequately describe the trust, comfort, and love my Sunny and I get from everyone at Besties!!
Can’t stop talking about how wonderful this facility is !!! From the moment you and your pet walk in everyone is so welcoming. I toured many other daycares and Besties stands out like no other and go above and beyond filling each day with fun activities and each room is colorful and has a jungle gym!! My rescue we just adopted unfortunately was abused and has some issues related to that and they took the time and patience with her to make sure my dog was comfortable with them first which I so appreciated. Will be recommending to everyone I know !! Thank you !!

Gloria and Domingo are phenomenal people. We are new to Besties 4 Paws and I already feel like I'm leaving my little fur baby in the trusted hands of family. Ashley is a doll and we love that our dog was attached to her since day one, but all the employees there are really so great!! As soon as you walk in the door, you can feel the warmth in the air. We needed somewhere for our fur baby to spend some weekdays since we can't always make it home from work to walk her during the day, but we also wanted her brain to be stimulated and for her to get used to being around different people and animals. We couldn't be happier that Besties 4 Paws is right down the road from us, however, now knowing how amazing they are, I would drive a great distance to leave my dog with them. It's a wonderful place. We already notice positive changes in our baby girl!!! The fun crafts and activities Gloria arranges for the pups is just the cherry on top of it all!!! Thank you!!! :)
Our babies Zeus and Athena love Besties 4 Paws 🐾. Gloria is their second mom and we wouldn't leave our babies with anyone else. I.am extremely protective of my babies 🐶. Gloria and Dom are extremely loving and professional. Dogs can sense good vibes. Hands down I wouldn't trust anyone else with my babies and we highly recommend them. ❤️
I worked with Besties 4 Paws in the past when I lived nearby. Now I’m half hour away but there isn’t another place I would trust with my fur babies. I recently went away for a week and left my 2 Poms at Besties 4 Paws. They came back happy & clean (smelled better than when we dropped them off)! We’ll keep taking that extra half hour drive just so we don’t have to worry whenever we are away!! Thank you so much for the great care taken!!

This is our first time using their services while away in Florida for 6 days. The service is first class and amazing! Gloria and Domingo are not good, they are great! The service, attention to detail, their daily picture updates, and all they did with our little Louie made us feel like he was in his own spa. :) We are beyond pleased as for years we were hoping to find a place like this. The dog or cat owners can go on vacation while being assured their dog or cat is in the best hands possible. Great overall experience on Day 1 for my 85lb. Chocolate Lab pup (8 months). Vanessa was lovely upon our arrival and from the doggy meet and greet, to his day at daycare, and their responsiveness when I called to check in I am very please thus far. My only issue is that they do not have an outside space for the dogs to get out. It is a completely indoor facility - very clean, neat, and organized.. spacious too. Knowing that Hudson was a few weeks out of OCD shoulder surgery, they kept an eye on him ensuring he didn't overly exert himself nor did other dogs also push him too much for play. All in all I was pleased with the interaction and loved the "report card" that was provided at the end of the day to summarize his behavior and day. I plan to have Hudson return for daycare and will be giving their boarding a try too. Thank you Vanessa and team for making me feel comfortable leaving my baby.
Folks at Hounds Town were so patient and lovely during our initial consultation. They were patient with our nervous pup and made us all feel at ease. We will definitely set up our first visit soon.
I boarded my elderly dog here for four days. He had never been boarded before, so needless to say I was worried about how he would adjust. I’m happy to say that Hounds Town Bergen exceeded my expectations. The staff was so caring and supportive of both me and my fur elder!! I received a text saying that he was doing well, and the photos on Facebook helped to relieve my anxiety. I highly recommend this establishment!!
Our dog, Zuko, had so much fun in Hounds Town! He got a lot of his energy out and socialized with dogs his size, in a safe environment. The staff are always so friendly and responsive. They posted cute pics of him and he looked so happy! They gave us a report card at the end of daycare, which I thought was a really cute touch. Also, the prices are great, the place is clean and spacious—Highly recommend!
The team at Hounds Town is awesome! They were friendly, engaged with our dogs and made us very comfortable as we left our pooches to be boarded for their first time! We were nervous but they made us feel good and at peace as my husband and I went off for a much needed long weekend!
My dog came out of his 1st day evaluation very happy. This only means he enjoyed his stay there. Excellent and professional staff. The office ambiance was also excellent and very welcoming. Am pretty sure we’ll be back for more of the love and new friends he made today
The team here is phenomenal. They treat my baby like their own. They’re all very friendly and professional. The lobby is always clean and smells good. Tobias enjoys every single minute of the 4 days a week he goes here. I can’t thank the staff enough for their kindness and compassion. I love seeing all of the pictures on social media of how happy the dogs are playing here.
Danielle is AMAZING with our 14yr old baby - she’s been grooming him for years, we have followed her from PetSmart to here. Hounds-town is a more smaller, family, caring and friendly. They offer a lot of services for pet care.
I was totally impressed with the detailed communication. I was hesitate to board again since we had a bad experience, BUT Houndstown definitely changed that! Now I have a place where my dog can stay, and be taken care of! And I have peace of mind!! Thank you!!!
We love Hounds Town Bergen and so does our beagle! After being rejected at a previous doggy daycare because our beagle was too shy and didn't interact much with the staff-- we lost all hope in finding a good place for our beagle until we found Hounds Town. They took her in with open arms and really took the time to gain her trust. She comes home pooped out from all the fun! We also love the photo updates! Hounds town has helped her so much to get over the fear of meeting new dogs and new people. I would absolutely recommend this place to all my dog moms/dads!
