Hannah
It was a real pleasure to help out Hannah by looking after her 2 rescue cats in Bristol. Although nervous, the cats really warmed to me and were very curious. Pelham was happy to sit on my lap and be stroked and they were both a pleasure to be around.

Hannah was very easy to communicate with and left a very thorough guide including lots of info about the local area. Her house is well equipped and very well situated to enjoy all the great things that Bristol has to offer! I would thoroughly recommend this sit!

Virginia is a lovely person and she has a beautiful home. We even had our own apartment within the house. Looking after the 2 dogs and 2 elderly cats was so easy. Even the neighbours were so friendly and helpful. We couldn't have felt more at home. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend
house and pet sitting for Virginia.

Sabiné
Grateful for my short but sweet sit for Sabiné and her three kitties. They are an adorable friendly bunch and were overall easy breezy to take care of. Home is spacious yet cozy (heavenly comfy bed!) in lovely convenient location next to a state park with awesome walks. Sabiné was warm, kind and accommodating. I recommend this sit!

Jayne & Roger were so hospitable, we stayed the night before they headed away and had a wonderful BBQ dinner. Watson was the perfect gentleman, typical spaniel as in loves his exercise and food. Had some amazing walks. Highly recommend.

Shonagh
Lula and Woody were so very lovely and easy to look after. Lula is outgoing and walks really well on the lead, we had very muddy walks due to the rain! and she didn't mind having to have her tummy and feet hosed off afterwards. It is a beautiful area to walk but some of it just not passable due to copious amounts of mud. Lula liked to lie on my leg and go to sleep which I thought was quite amazing. She is very affectionate and good natured. Woody, unfortunately, did not not go on a long walk with us because he was apprehensive about the lead and, although we did manage after some days to go round the field. However, he was happy to sit by me to be stroked and to lick my hand when we were sitting in the afternoon and evening. He is a lovely dog with beautiful eyes. Lula and Woody play so well together and they are both just a delight to look after. The house is extremely comfortable and Shonagh was kind enough to provide me lunch on arrival day as well as leave some other very thoughtful items. ~We had great communication at all times. I would highly recommend this sit

Kim
We stayed at Kim and David’s comfortable home for two and a half wonderful weeks. Lizzie is very friendly and we enjoyed her snuggles. We do miss her.

The screen in porch is a great place to hang out and have a cup of tea. As someone else mentioned, all the quilts Kim has made are amazing, I really wanted to sneak one in my suitcase (smile). They are beautiful.

We usually cook at home, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The grocery store and other shops were easy to get too, but you do need a car. There are also many interesting places to explore close by including the C & O Canal.

This was our 95 housesit, and it worked out well for all of us. Would certainly recommend housesitting for Kim and David.
