We had a very warm and friendly welcome from Margo when we met before the house-sit and GB the cat was a pleasure to look after - very independent but he enjoyed his daily brush and cuddles on the sofa in the evening! Margo's house was well placed for public transport into Sheffield and also an easy drive out to the Peak District. We have no hesitation in recommending this sit to others and thank Margo for making us feel so welcome.
It was a pleasure to look after Jessie and Jamie in Margaret and Steve’s lovely home. They left comprehensive instructions, contacts details and information and were always contactable. Gracious hosts and delightful dogs, highly recommended if you get the chance to sit for them.
This house/pet sit in Del Mar worked out really well for all. All pretty simple. Coco is really easy, basic needs and very loving. Rosie is easy to communicate with and had clear instructions and information. Super location, hiking, golf, and beaches nearby. Mtn and road biking out the door. I'd do it again, can't beat the weather. Great neighborhood.
I had a very nice time at Hoa and Roberto's place. They were very welcoming, we had a dinner together and they showed me everything and explained all about Sheila's medicine. Also even though they were in a different time zone they reply quickly. Sheila and Chilli are so adorable, cute and very cuddly. The calmest kitties I've ever met I really enjoyed theit company. Sheila is used to taking medicine so it was not a problem at all. Höchst is a nice neighborhood.
It was an absolute joy to care for Benicio over Christmas. Beni is a loving and attentive creature. He always wants to be in your presence and could be pet and brushed all day. A lover of treats, Beni performed his many tricks (including fist bumps) to earn a snack. I greatly appreciated the warm welcome that Sandra provided - from her thoughtful post-it’s directing me to the essentials in her apartment, to the goody bag of welcome snacks that she crafted for me. We communicated smoothly and swiftly throughout the sit. Sandra’s place is located in East Austin next to downtown. I had a great time frolicking to the many nearby cafes and restaurants in the area. I hope to spend more time with Beni during a future visit to Austin!
