We had a wonderful time watching Carma and carrying for Lynn and Blayne's wonderful home! Carma's super easy and sweet. They let us know she'd be like velcro, and she was indeed our little Visla shadow everywhere we went. Which is a great thing, because she's a great cuddler and a well behaved dog! We enjoyed taking her for walks at the arboretum, which is just a block from the house and has an amazing amount of options for exploration. Also within a block's walk are two coffee shops - this is a really great location within Seattle! Carma got along well with our two pups, and was seriously easy to care for. Lynn and Blayne were great hosts, really good at communicating and prepared us with everything we needed. We got to meet their family before they all headed out on a back packing trip, and they're a really fun crew :) Their home is fantastic, has everything you'd need including a newly remodeled kitchen, nice back yard, and even a massage chair and sauna! A resort in the city :) We'd for sure come back again, and would encourage anyone to care for Carma and take this sit!
Tokyo is such a sweet and precious pup. We were having a snuggle on the couch immediately after I walked in. Ali was very communicative and welcoming. I throughly enjoyed staying at her charming bungalow home, and would love to return soon!
I enjoyed my sit with Marco. Marco is affectionate. He can demand a lot of attention but after a few days we got on a great schedule with each other. He is easy to take care of. Everything needed to keep his space clean is close by. Madeline and Hugh's home is nice, tidy and well kept. Parking is very tight on the street but if you're comfortable with the train it is about .5 mile walk away. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware. Madeline was great at communicating everything with me. We had to make a few changes and no one was bothered by it. We always seemed to be on the same page. It was was like sitting for dear friends.
Elizabeth and Matthew were the perfect hosts. Flaca, Carlos and Penny, the perfect dogs. I would definitely recommend anyone applying to sit here: it was a magical experience. Firstly, the doggies were absolutely adorable and I loved spending time with them. Penny and Carlos were specially such good companions, who were around me at all times, always checking on how I was. Flaca, more independent, was also a great girl and I much enjoyed playing with her and her broken volleyballs (she prefers them this way!). All three are buckets of fun. The house is incredibly comfortable, spacious and remote working- friendly. It is 20/25 minutes from the city center on foot, but you can also reach it by going down to the Malecón and enjoying great views along the way. Maybe the walks with the dogs were a bit more challenging, specially on the very first minutes, so I preferred to walk them in two groups. Despite this, want to insist on how appreciative, kind and lovely Elizabeth and Matthew were. The dogs are a blast. I'm deeply grateful for this experience and I truly hope you can meet all of them too. Thank you so much again 😻🐾
Great sit - Lucy and Will were very nice, organised and all was very clear and easy to follow. Pablo is so sweet, already well trained and great company. The cottage is lovely and also very clean and organised. Very nice village with nice walks in a lovely area. We’re already hoping to go back next year. We would recommend the sit to anyone! A very positive experience. Francesca and Francesco are very friendly and accommodating and provided us with good tips for visiting the city. Communication before and during the sit was smooth and fast. We have understood each other well. Maurice is a wonderful bunny who is very affectionate. The care was quite simple. The neighborhood is quiet and has a quick connection to the center of Milan by bus or metro. A large supermarket has everything you need (3 minutes walk). If the opportunity arises, we will be very happy to come back.
