Flexible, reliable, friendly. I was more than happy with Shanti sitting for me and my boys, and would welcome her again with open arms. I really hope she is available again if ever she is needed. Thank you.
I had a great time catsitting Trini and Tommy! They are cuddly, playful and a pleasure to care for. They live in a lovely area close to the Greenwich park and Blackheath village with nice food places and shops. The apartment is super cosy and has big windows overlooking the garden frequently visited by squirrels. Communication with Monica and Sean was great, and they were very helpful on my arrival!
It was an absolute pleasure to sit for Sheryn and Frank. They are both so lovely and were so welcoming, which made me feel very at ease. Their adorable kitty Maeby is such a sweetheart, and was the best companion throughout my stay. Their home is so lovely, modern, clean, and in a great location. Would definitely love to look after Maeby again, given the opportunity. Thanks again for a very lovely stay!
James’s is the kindest person and Lulu the sweetest dog, and already miss this gorgeous girl…we found we had so many mutual acquaintances…. and really wonderful to have found new friends in James and Judy. A lovely home in a wonderful peaceful village….we would return in a heartbeat.
Linda & Trent’s home is beautifully furnished, in a quiet neighborhood yet close to shops & restaurants. It is so comfortable there that we barely wanted to leave at all! They were both so warm & gracious in person & all the way thru their vacation, as we texted back & forth. As amazing as their home is, and as warm as they both are, spending time with their super smart dog Leo was the best part of this 6-week sit! Leo is so handsome, so well behaved, & SO sweet! We rarely went anywhere without him, but the times we did, he greeted us at the door when we got back - toy in mouth & wiggly all over. He clearly is happiest being included in everything! Leo loves loves attention & getting pets & will physically lean on you, and stay magnetized to your leg, walking with you. He would wake up from his evening nap & follow us upstairs to bed, with the cutest sleepy face. In the mornings, he equally happily walked with (morning person) Sean or slept in lazily with (not morning person) Lucy. We both work remotely so throughout the day, he stayed by our sides. Leo was newly trained to an electric fence when we were there, & he obviously learned well. A family of deer visited the backyard almost daily, & chubby squirrels constantly taunted him thru the glass patio doors; he’d bark & sometimes chase when in the backyard, but always stopped where the boundaries are. Like all very smart dogs, Leo does have a crafty side too! Keeping anything potentially yummy off the counters, & food trash taken out neutralizes those urges. When on leash, he does not like other dogs - but he is friendly & romps like a teenager when at the dog park. We love Leo & miss him so much! This good boy will butt-wiggle into your heart so fast! Thank you Linda & Trent for trusting us with your home & with Leo - we hope to see you all soon!
We were very happy during our recent stay in Montpellier looking after Mr Darcy. Kevin and Sheila's apartment is very clean, modern and very comfortable. It is excellently situated for walking into the center of Montpellier and visiting all that this wonderful old city has to offer. Mr Darcy is a lovely house-cat, well trained and friendly. Sheila and Kevin were very helpful in making us feel at home, and provided everything that we needed. Without any hesitation we would take care of Darcy again if the opportunity arose. Thank you Sheila and Kevin for giving us this chance to join the ranks of trusted house-sitters.
We had a great time house sitting for Marci and Chris and watching their lovely labrador, Peppa. When Peppa meets you for the first time she's super excited. "Yay! New friends!". She was calmer the next day, but still lovely and sweet. She's very easy to walk around the complex and she's used to the gentle leader. She also likes to play tug-of-war and (sometimes) play with the ball in the backyard. Chris and Marci are a friendly and generous couple who made us feel welcome right away in their beautiful, spacious, modern, comfortable, and sparkling clean home. They put together a complete guide with all the necessary info about Peppa and their home and communication was easy. We would house sit for them again!
