Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with a pet sitter. Lauren is organised, a fantastic communicator, and overall just a lovely human being. Sent me daily updates of my cat, bought him treats and walked him. Left my flat in a clean and organised state (even better than the way I left it)! Can’t recommend her enough :)
What an amazing couple, my dog Dave took to them straight away, and he is usually a bit timid, that was the first sign that things were going to be great. I ended up taking Charlie with me, and leaving Dave with them. Communication was great via whatsapp, pictures and updates daily, about Dave and the house, left me reassured throughout my travels. The were so flexible and understanding with a water issue in the village, which has now been resolved, and being so practical, living in a work in progress with total understanding, came as a great relief to me. They even did some work in the garden, which was a wonderful surprise, and bought a retractable lead for Dave, which is much better for him on his walks. I came home to an immaculate house, and it was great seeing them and Dave again, we had become friends during their stay, which is a tribute to their friendly and down to earth personalities. They also made a positive impact on the villagers, which in turn helps me nurture good relationships with my Bulgarian neighbours. This was my first break in 2 years, and I came back refreshed, and to a new dog, who has become more outgoing and playful. I have also made 2 new friends, what an impact they have made.
