Barbara is a very kind and generous person. The communication with her was clear. Her house is ideal for relaxing as it is situated in a very quiet area. But the best are her animals. Very easy to take care of. We loved staying at her home.
We had a really wonderful time in Rome thanks to Costanza and Masud and their kitties! Masud welcomed us warmly with a meal and good talks, Costanza sent us a very helpful and detailed welcome guide before arrival! Communication was quick and clear. The cats are pretty easy going and independent. Tabby indeed was outside most of the time, Calvin, Nera and Nana were in and out a few times a day to be fed, played with or be petted a little. Even though they don’t really cuddle, they are very kind and sweet. And they got used to us quite quick. The location of the apartment is perfect - the city centre and the hip district Trastevere is in walking distance and the regional train stops just 10 min away by foot to go to the beach and airport! Yet, it’s in a quite, residential and historical neighborhood with several supermarkets and restaurants/cafés around the corner! Definitely recommendable, we would love to sit the kitties again!
Chris was really great to speak to and answered really fast! The description was also very accurate. His place is really cosy and perfect for solo or couple sitters. The area is wholesome. People will greet you while walking with Carmy. Beware of the shops closing earlyish. Carmine was really lovely, so well behaved and is so easy to go on walks with! Absolutely obsessed with her ball which will keep her busy.

Mr Eugene was wonderful to look after when Luna was travelling. He was a bit reserved at first but once you win his heart he loves to be petted on the windowsill in the living room. He was fun to play with and in the end I even had the honour of him lying on the bed with me - I take that as proof of love. We had a great time and Luna was always available - she is a very warm person and her flat is a little oasis in the midst of the energetic life of the big city. Everything was super organised and it was a pleasure and I hope to see you again! I can only recommend this cat-sit - not only 5 but at least 6 thumbs up.
Wow!! We had an amazing stay at Gab and Chris. We stayed 2 weeks for Christmas on their cosy and beautiful boat. It was very well equipped, we found all we needed and felt like at home. We had good communication with Gab and Chris before and during the sitting and they were very welcoming the day of our arrival. Cheech and Fiona are two wonderful dogs very well behaved, they are lovely. They are very easy to take care, we had a lot of fun going on walks with them. The dog beach in Long Beach was a nice spot to throw the ball to Fiona and enjoy the sun with Cheech. The Marina where live Gab and Chris is a peaceful environment. From the boat we saw pelicans, seals, cormorants! And the neighbors are super friendly! We feel very lucky we had the chance to meet Fiona and Cheech and spend some time with them. We will miss them! Definitely one of our best experiences petsitting. Highly recommended!!

Love this place for my dog! I love the fact that they are out to play most of the day. The price is unbeatable. Especially for all that’s offered. Every interaction with the staff has been friendly and helpful. They keep good eyes on the dogs. I can tell because my dog was new and they knew him by name already and what he liked to do. My dog loves it here and never wants me to pick him up to go home LOL I was surprised people left one star reviews on this so when I went to read them, they seemed to be from people that didn’t understand how a doggy daycare operates. Ruff Ranch has made drop off and pickup super easy, hours are great, big & safe spaces for dogs to play and more than fair pricing. Highly recommend!

The boys are insanely happy when they go to Ruff Ranch. Rio loves everyone and Dag, well he is an escape artist who never quite makes it out. The staff are amazing. They know our boys and Coco so well that we never feel like we are doing wrong by leaving our fur kids
My dog just loves going to Ruff Ranch and getting to run around with other dogs. Staff is always friendly and careful handling dogs. It's comforting knowing that I don't have to worry about Cora's care when I'm traveling.
Ruff Ranch is an exceptional kennel. We have used them for short and prolonged stays and I can tell you without a doubt your animals will receive the love and care and personalized attention you give them at home. The staff is top notch. The setting is beautiful natural pasture land. They truly care about your fur babies and are kind, professional and thoughtful people. If I were a dog I'd want to stay there.
I have taken my dogs to Marcy for over 10 years. Marcy and her team are amazing. They always take great care of our dogs when we are traveling. They always come home super exhausted with all the playtime. I appreciate that they make it easy to drop off and pick up while traveling. Ruff Ranch is our dog's home away from home. Boarding here is great. Our dog gets ample (sometimes more than at home...) time to play outside and be social with other dogs. Most places that board offer play time as a small, costly extra service for boarding, At Ruff Ranch play time takes place the majority of the day. The staff take great care and are flexible with scheduling. Our dog is eager and excited to see the staff - I would assume because he is treated like he's one of their own. I'd highly recommend Ruff Ranch.
Over this summer we boarded 2 of our dogs here at ruff ranch for a week and when we picked up our dogs they were VERY SKINNY as if the were not fed AT ALL! Our dogs are over 80lb-100 lbs dogs and we could see their ribs when we brought them home! I don't recommend this place after speaking with a couple other friends who said the same happened to their love pups! If I could leave no stars I would but unfortunately I have to put 1 start to share my terrible experience with others!
Boarded our two dogs for 5 nights last week so we could have a trip to the coast. It is obvious that they were very well cared for and had lots of fun ! knowing the dogs get to spend plenty of time outside in the dirt and yelling at squirrels is a huge priority for us. Both dogs were cleaned up and smelled fresh when we picked them up . We will absolutely be using Ruff Ranch again for daycare or boarding when we need it !
Ruff Ranch is amazing! I've been bringing my dog Luna here for about 6 month now, she has totally come out of her shell and is so much more happy than she's ever been! The staff is cool and I feel great knowing my dog is in good hands and is having fun! Defiantly recommend.
Jen runs a well-oiled machine, and my dogs and I just love her - the mobile app for clients is the smooth, seamless icing on the cake. I've known Jen for years in an animal rescue capacity, and would trust no one else in Austin to keep my babies as safe on leashed walks or as enriched and positive-reinforcement-only trained as they are when she comes for our twice weekly visits. She sends check-ins when she arrives and photos and a report card when she leaves. I can seamlessly book or cancel days if through the app if our schedule changes. She even gives my pups canine massages when they need a little extra love! Jen rocks. 11/10.
Jen is fantastic and so supportive. Our dogs love spending time with her and we virtually disappear when they see her which is no small feat. Jen is always extremely flexible and is there for us when we unexpectedly travel which is often. In these uncertain times when our personal and work travel is limited we're supporting Jen by leveraging her newly introduced daycare service. Jen is absolutely fantastic and handles my 80lb pit better than anyone. He was found as a stray and lived at the shelter for two years prior to me adopting him so he had some behavior and reactivity issues. He’s come so far in the past 1.5 years since Jen started walking him and helping him get more comfortable with his surroundings. Jen has been nothing but an amazing dog sitter ever since I've had my dog Shadow stay with her when I'm out of town! When I first rescued Shadow, she had severe socialization issues and was a very shy pup. Jen and her dog, Mila have helped Shadow become the fun loving, sweet dog that she is today! Anyone in the Austin area should have their dog stay at Lotus Canine when they are out of town/need a dog sitter.
We were fortunate to have Jen watch our newly adopted rescue for a week. He is an anxious boy who chews, is constantly jumpy, and on the move. He had already made some progress with us and we did not want him to stay at any boarding facility where he would feel like he was back at the shelter. Jen’s home is very clean, beautiful and offers a very calm and relaxed environment. We really appreciated Jen’s professionalism, daily pictures and checkins/outs. Although our baby must have been quite the handful, Jen was always very sweet and patient with him. We really appreciate her services and we know Manchas loved his week playing with all of his new friends at Lotus! 🐾

Jen is awesome! Our dog Calvin had a great time playing with her dogs and she took such good care of him. She sent lots of pictures and videos, which I loved. She was very flexible with drop off and pick up. She made the whole process extremely easy and I knew my dog was in good care. Would definitely recommend for boarding!
Lotus Canine has been a life saver for me and my three dogs. I reached out to Jennifer at Lotus Canine when I lived in southwest Austin - near Circle C. She helped me walk my dogs during the sale of my house and moving process. I was very relieved to find out that Jennifer walks dogs in the Driftwood/Rim Rock area where I moved to. I was worried that I would have to find someone new and that there wouldn't be anyone that far south. Jennifer is great with my dogs! All three of my dogs are rescue dogs and the older one has anxiety around moving given his history. Jennifer's personality and approach really reduces his anxiety during the moving process. As a result, the move and adjustment process was much easier for him. The other two little guys just love the attention! Jennifer also goes the extra mile. She called me during a walk when she noticed that my older guy's arthritis was acting up and asked if I had meds for him that she could give him. I love the way that Lotus Canine runs their business. They make it easy for me to know what is going on and adjust scheduling via their mobile app. I get an email with a photo at the start and end of each walk along with walk notes so I know exactly how things went.
Lotus canine is awesome! I searched high and low to find a suitable boarding location for my pup who has emotional issues. Berger is so happy every time he goes! The owner Jennifer knows exactly how to calm him and handle him honestly better than I do! We love to travel so he’s been there quite a few times and I’m never worried about him there. I wouldn’t trust my dog with anyone else! Heaving to leave your dog is hard enough, so having to leave your “difficult” dog is even harder. There is no better feeling than leaving my challenging dog with Jennifer in the comfort of her home and knowing that he will be cared for properly. He gets a yard, a room and a cozy home environment with hands on one-on-one time and personalized care. She updates me every day in detail and includes photos. For the amazing care he gets her prices are extremely reasonable as well. There is no reason to ever consider leaving your beloved pups in a giant facility or in an inexperienced stranger’s hands when you can get such premium care from Lotus!
Jumping Jack was recommended to us by our dog’s trainers. Our trainer is v protective of her dog and wouldn’t let her doggo go to dog parks w random folks bc you really can’t trust someone to be able to recall their dog if needed. We had gone to one location and our dog was sad and no longer wanted to go there, so we tried Jumping Jack. Daisy actually gets excited to stay, and the team is v thorough and comprehensive in their assessments and care. If you want your dog to have the very best at a fair price, check out Jumping Jack. They treat your baby like family and give photo “report cards” during their stay so you know that your pup is having a blast. They do comprehensive evaluations and only pair your pup with dogs with similar demeanors. They also have staff that reside on site so someone is always there. For play dates or boarding we are very happy to be patrons here.
Literally the greatest place to take your dog and her friends! Had the best pool dog party for my dog and her friends! The pool was great the dogs loved it! There is also a big area for the dogs to run around in. The staff was also the kindest and made everything perfect. I will be coming back here and recommend anyone to take their dogs here!!!
I consider myself an extremely dog-savvy person (and therefore picky), and I’m thrilled with Jumping Jack. My rescued dog recently started coming here for daycare to help build her confidence, and she loves it. The staff is competent, the facility is clean, and the owner has clearly been thoughtful of all the things. I appreciate the daily photos and obvious care by the staff (who is always so friendly).
Love!! I’ve been bringing the dogs here for the amazing private pool rental. We have a blast. I’ll generally book online, but the employees are so kind and attentive. Looking forward to boarding with them soon. The property is beautiful!
We love Jumping Jack! The staff is so nice and super accommodating. They always take great care of our dog. We love the (incredibly high-quality) photos that they post to the portal too! It becomes the highlight of time away, getting to see our dog happy and playing. We can now never leave Austin because I refuse to move away from Jumping Jack Dog Ranch!

I really wish I lived closer to this place! My pup loved it and we definitely rented the pool again for another play date with dog friends. There are a few trees and a couple benches for shade, and plenty of space for the dogs to run and a pool for them to cool off. The pool has a shallow and a deep end. They also have a really cool training facility, you can see all the awesome agility equipment, very well thought out. Pics are cool action shots of some playtime at the ranch.
Jumping Jack was an excellent place to bring my dog. I’m currently working with my pup on reactivity, so we did a daycare evaluation. Brett was incredibly patient and understanding about her history and our goals for training.
Such an amazing place to make sure your pup is safe and super happy! The staff is so great with all the dogs and so great with their clients! I would highly recommend bringing your dog here for boarding!! They also have force-free grooming services, and haircut services😍 this dog ranch is definitely a great place especially if your dog is a special handling case! Not to mention they are super transparent about how your dog is feeling mentally and physically and will make great judgment calls based on such! They also send you daily report cards with cute pictures of your pup! I honestly could go on and on about how great this place is! 1000/10 stars 🥰
I can’t say enough good things about jumping jack. My dog Saint is a special pup. A lot to handle for anyone. 110 pounds of overbearing puppy, because of this I am very picky about daycares, how they introduce dogs, and their ratios, ect. Jumping Jack has done an incredible job with my pup. My dog does a happy dance when he realizes we are on the way to this facility, sprints inside tail wagging! The facility itself is incredible but the staff is even better. I have seen with my own eyes the staff show kindness, patience, love and wisdom to my Saint. They are extremely communicative and let me know where saint is mentally as well as doing with other pups. They prioritize comfort and safety. I think these pictures say enough…!
Pups and Pals is the best facility. Management does a great job hiring the best staff - they all care so much about the dogs. The dogs are separated into groups by size and temperament. Groups are rotated in and out of the outdoor play yards to ensure they get adequate playtime and rest. My dog really came out of her shell here. She found a best friend and definitely had her favorite staff members. We are so sad to have moved out of the area because Pups and Pals is such a great place! Thank you, South Park team, for taking care of my girl!
I can’t stress enough how much we LOVE pups and pals. Every single employee is so incredibly kind and you can tell they love being there just as much as our pups. My dog, Ellie, loves her time there, whether she’s doing daycare or being boarded. She’ll walk herself to the door of the lobby the minute we park at Pups and Pals, ready to go play with her friends. We also love the daily pictures they upload with all the dogs on their social media ☺️
The staff at Pups & Pals are amazing. When we're a couple blocks from the South Austin location, my dog, Bella, starts bouncing and squealing with excitement that she's going to Pups & Pals. Bella cannot get into the office quick enough. Some of the happiest pictures of Bella are ones I've saved from their Facebook posts - she's so happy to be playing there. I travel frequently for work and never feel guilty for leaving Bella because I know she's so happy boarding at Pups & Pals. I highly recommend them for both daycare and boarding.

I’ve been meaning to leave this review for forever!! My pup, Oliver, has been going here for boarding since February 2022. I always rest easy knowing he is in AMAZING hands. One visit when was feeling anxious/not so good, they went above and beyond to help address these concerns and get him taken care of. Everyone here is so great at communicating with me and keeping me updated if there are ever any concerns (which really is not often). I LOVE that I can look on Facebook and see pictures of him. This helps me feel at ease while we are out of town or on vacation. The staff is also great at interacting with him. They know how to approach his some times timid and shy-side and he is always excited to get taken back to start his daycare! I am so grateful for everything y’all do!!
We’ve been taking our pup to Pups and Pals for years. She’s always excited to go and comes back happy and tired. Other dogs don’t always respond to our pup super well but the staff has always made sure she’s got a group of dogs that she gets along with and match her energy. The staff is so caring and I know they will take good care of our girl whether she’s there for a day of playing with friends or staying for boarding while we’re away.
Our pup Apollo loves coming here to play with his human and doggy friends! The entire staff is wonderful, and you can tell that they all care about you and your pups. I've never met the owner, but she apparently makes sure her staff is happy and taken care of. From top to bottom, this place is absolutely fantastic. Thanks for all y'all's hard work and love!
Cannot praise pups and pals enough. I have even moved out of south Austin and drive the extra bit just because I feel so comfortable with bringing my dog here. They upload a gazillion pictures a day - when I’m on a trip, the highlight of my afternoon is sifting through to find Murphy. He always looks so happy! River Dog Ranch been exceptional in so many ways! They always take the best care of my Rex and he has really come to love his friends, Alicia, Noah, and Dylan. We were going to visit my aunt in Wimberley for the weekend, and looking for a safe and loving place where we could board our dog, Lucie. I’m so happy we discovered River Dog Ranch! From the moment I spoke to Elisha over the phone, I immediately felt comfortable, and knew our baby would be in great hands with her. We cannot say enough about Elisha and her amazing staff! They are ALL so kind, caring, and warm! Lucie had a ball during her stay, and we were updated with videos and text messages. She has created a beautiful, safe, and comfortable sanctuary where the fur babies can safely play and explore. Lucie can’t wait to return and visit her new friends in Wimberley very soon! ❤️🐾

We LOVE sending our sweet golden to Adventure Days Dog Ranch. We use the pick up and drop off service and she is thrilled to get on the bus each day for camp! The owner is thoughtful, timely and wonderful with communication. We can tell she loves our pup as much as us! We can check in throughout the day via text, and get tons of photos and videos at the end of the day of our dog's time there. She has tons of yard space, takes them on hikes and swims on the property - we cannot recommend this buisness enough!!
We have been taking our dog here almost a whole year and have fallen in love with this place! The staff and owner are super nice and always going above and beyond for us and our baby Buckeye! Our pup loves daycare he cries when we pull up lol! Grooming is also the best in Austin!

Adventure Days Dog Ranch is the most incredible place for dogs and for owners. I have been sending my dog here for the last five years to play for the day, for boarding and for grooming. I am obsessed with the owner Alyssa and the amount of care and love she gives to the dogs. It is my dog’s single happiest place on earth. I know when Bowie is there he is in the very best of hands, having the time of his life and that he is totally safe. I could not recommend this Alyssa and Adventure Days more.
Alyssa and Adventure Days Dog Ranch has been a life saver for me! My dogs are with her twice a week for adventure days and also board with her anytime we are out of town. She has known 2 of my dogs since they were puppies and I truly feel like she is part of our family. She treats them like her own and I am always comfortable when they are in her care. She values safety and communication above all else. It’s such a relief to know that my dogs are being cared for and properly socialized and played with when they’re with her. I couldn’t recommend this company more !
Alyssa and her staff are excellent! She has always had such great patience with all the dogs. She always puts the dog's comfort and health first. I'm so happy she here to help watch and care for my doggos!
We love Adventure Days Dog Ranch! Our dog has been going with them for almost 2 years and loves it. When I tell him his friends are coming to get him he gets very excited and paces around the house till they arrive. We love that he gets the chance to socialize with other dogs and be off leash. We always get lots of pictures and videos of his time with them.
Alyssa and her team have been absolutely incredible. She is flexible and easy to work with, great communication from pics after dog camp to updates while boarding. Our lab, Olive, gets so excited every day the bus shows up to pick her up. They are tremendously loving and caring with Olive and our past dog Charlie. I can't say enough good things!
We absolutely love Alyssa’s ranch! And more importantly, Annie is a huge fan! She has so much energy and loves other dogs—it’s the only place she can truly run and run all day with her friends and come home exhausted (and well behaved).
It is awesome!! We love this camp so much for our dog. She is taken care of so well, and we can lots of updates from each day she is there. Our dog is so excited to take the Dog Bus every morning and comes back exhausted from all her hours of yard play, hikes, and even swims in the pond on the property. Wonderful service and camp - would highly recommend!
Just boarded my dog for the weekend and the experience was great. The kennels are clean, the yard is huge, and everyone was kind and honest. A lot of places will lie about how your dog is adjusting just to make you feel better, but they were 100% honest in how he was doing. If I ever need to board him again this will be my first choice! Thank you!!

We had our 2 lab boys stay here 2 nights and they came back happy and healthy! They seemed to really enjoy themselves and were tired when they came home! All of their belongings came back just the way I sent them! I love that this is a smaller kennel and all their kennels are indoor/outdoor runs! They have a GIANT yard they let them out to potty and run around in! Facility looks clean and the owner is a very nice woman! I have one pup who is more on the skiddish side(not aggressive, just scared) and she knew just how to handle him! This is definitely our new kennel for when we go out of town! Only down side was not being able to pick them up Saturday evening when we returned, had to pick up Sunday morning instead!
I left my cats there when I went on vacation, and I left my dogs with my father-in-law. Seeing how well they treat their animals, I'll leave my dogs there next time, too. Fran and Randy, the owners, are really nice people, and not in a fake way, like so many other professionals. Their manager? Employee? I don't know her title, Juliana is also very polite, and clearly loves the animals. 10 out of 5. 👍👍
I was so happy a good friend recommended this place to me! Great communications, awesome care for my dogs and convenient WEEKEND hours for pickup and drop off. I will definitely use them again!
This is the third time that I have left my loved ones with Fran and Randy. This time, we had 4--my 2 older 12 yr old brothers and our son's 2 (one that had never stayed in a kennel before). I was worried about the older ones since they had not been there for 4 years. Fran and her crew took excellent care of our boys and they looked wonderful when we returned after 10 days. She was also very attentive and responded to every quizzical email that I sent. She calmed our fears and loved our boys. What more can you ask for???
I scheduled an appointment to drop my dog off here for 5 days. The man who took my call assured me that they had room and could take my dog on the specified day. Upon showing up at 7:30am-their listed hours on google-there was no one to be found. I called the office and I watched as the phone rang in the abandoned, dark office. They failed to mention to me that they had special “holiday” hours the day that I planned to drop my dog off. They opened at 3pm instead of 7:30am. This place is pretty far out. It’s not like I can drive by and make sure their hours match their google hours. One could make the argument that I should have checked their website first-which I tried to do- but unfortunately their google website linked to a pill website that sells cialis. :) That probably should have been my red flag. I had to frantically call around to find another resort in time to make both my two and a half hour and make my flight by 1 pm. Not a good experience.
We were supposed to take our cat to be boarded here before our vacation out of the country, but that ended up not happening. Luckily my friend agreed to check on him periodically at home while we were gone! My husband told Fran that we would be there around 11AM, but because life happens and things come up, we were running behind. My husband emailed her to let her know we were running late. She called me and I told her we were walking out the door, as we were speaking, and apologized for the inconvenience. She immediately hung up on me. I felt very disrespected. I understand we were running late and inconveniencing her, but we did our part and let her know and we apologized. We will not be giving our business to someone who can be frustrated to the point of hanging up on a customer, even when the customer apologized for being late. We tried calling back a few times and there was no answer. When she finally answered, I told her that we would no longer be bringing our cat up there and apologized again for any inconvenience. Her response to that was "oh my gosh!" in a rude tone. I just didn't appreciate the attitude and how we were treated and we will never give them our business. This makes me sad because they had pretty good reviews, but we didn’t have the same experience as others.
We have been boarding our dog,Yoda, for over two years with Fran and Randy. Yoda is a very shy nervous dog and does not like changes in her routine. She receives excellent care and does wonderfully well at this kennel.
Our dogs have stayed at Frandy several times and the care that they receive there is exceptional. The grounds are well kept and I always feel like the dogs had a better vacation than we did!
My basset and beagle basset have enjoyed multiple visits of 1-7 days. We are always greeted with a smile. We know our pups are in great, loving hands without a worry during our time away!
Best, most accommodating dog boarding in the area! We’ve used Dogs Day Away for our doggies for 2+ years and Jessica has been so flexible, so caring, and an awesome person to care for our dogs. Our dogs love being there so much, whenever we mention “dog lady” their ears perk up and they’re waiting by the front door eager to go! You truly can’t beat the pricing for the amount of play, consideration, and care for your pups! We always recommend our friends to her!
We absolutely love it here and are so lucky to have found Jessaca! Our boxer/bully mix is hard to find a place for boarding because he is distrusting of strangers and doesn’t play well with others, but he does incredible here and I feel 100% at ease when he is staying. Jessaca “follows the rules” for each dog that she watches and for us that is very comforting since our a pup is a little more to deal with. Him and his sister always come home exhausted from all their fun at Dogs Day Away! Would recommend even if you have to make the short drive from downtown Austin for your pups to have an amazing place to stay!
My dog Georgi absolutely loves staying at Dogs Away. We've been traveling overseas for three years now, and every time we leave our furry friend in their care, we feel confident that he's in good hands. The team at Dogs Away is professional and trustworthy and treats our dog like he's one of their own. We just had our first boarding experience with Dog's Day Away and are very happy with the service we received. I get very nervous leaving my dogs somewhere new and we picked up two very happy and tired dogs at the end of their week long stay. Jessaca and the rest of her team were very welcoming and clearly care deeply for each family they care for. We were able to do a visit with our dogs ahead of time and seeing how comfortable they were took away any apprehension I had. They answered every single question I had with patience and I never felt like the "crazy dog parent". I especially like that they keep the dogs separated to just our household and we don't have to do any sort of social time with other dogs. This place is worth every penny and I am grateful we found somewhere we can trust and that our dogs enjoy.
First time I've ever boarded my dogs for a long period of time. Fantastic place, my pups were extremely well taken care of and happy. I received updates and pictures. My dog absolutely LOVES boarding here. He is a large pittie mix and has been anxious at other boarders. Dogs Day Away always goes above and beyond. My dog gets so excited whenever we pull up, could not recommend more!
This facility came at a good time when our vet decided to close their boarding facilities. I can’t say enough good things about Dogs Day Away. As soon as we dropped our dog off we knew we made the right choice. I felt very comfortable and never worried that our baby was in good hands.
Dogs Day Away is a great place to board your dog! The owners, Jessica and Justin, are so sweet and attentive to each of the dogs that are left in their care. I remember when I first left my pup with them I was a little bit nervous about it, but they were so reassuring and made my dog comfortable. They are now the only people I trust with my dog, and I love how excited he gets whenever I leave him with them. They also have a huge backyard for your dog to run around in, and they provide all the toys your dog could possibly need during his/her stay. I highly recommend leaving your dog in their caring hands whenever they need a place to stay during your travels!
Our puppy loves going here. It's a nice little vacation for him when we go out of town. The owner is very nice and the staff really care about the dogs. Prices are very reasonable also. If you are booking here, make your reservation in advance because they do book up quickly since they are a smaller doggie day care.
I love the boozy bark and so do my dogs! My dogs love coming here and clearly have a great time. They post pictures on YouTube daily so you can see your dog and see them playing with their friends. They also do boarding, and I once had an emergency and sent a message, and they were able to fit my dogs in - literally with a few hours notice. I will be forever grateful for their help. Everyone who works there is very nice. I've also gotten some help from Jake with training my little sweetie. They are also very reasonably priced.
Wonderful trainer, Jake and Owner, Elizabeth. We got to meet both today when we took our puppy for her first dog-reactive training session at the dog park in San Marcos. This was our first encounter with a dog trainer as we do basic training for all our Foster dogs but this issue was not in our "book of tricks" and had no experience with reactivity before. Jake came to our house a few days before our official training session to do a free evaluation and get to know our dog. LOVE THIS!!! Elizabeth brought her dog as the subject and Jake showed us how to handle the situation with her dog and other dogs. He is experienced, knows his stuff and is a good listener. By the end of the session, our dog was completely at ease with the subject dog and non reactive. She was still somewhat reactive with other dogs walking by but we are on our way to being able to bring her out in public with the tools we learned. We've scheduled another session in a week to see how we do with her training and how it is going. Also signed her up for puppy daycare for socialization.
The staff here is incredible!! They’re patient with our dog, Olive, and so kind to my girlfriend and I. Olive always has the best time. It’s clear that they love all the dogs they work with and put a ton of effort into developing bonds with them. Also, we really appreciate the daycare photos they regularly post on Facebook. Can’t recommend enough!
This is a wonderful facility that made me feel safe and comfortable about leaving my puppy there. My pup practically jumped out of the car every day that he went there. We took group lessons with Jake and it was awesome. We were going to sign up for individual lessons but ended up moving. Lots of appreciation to everyone working at Boozy Bark!
My puppy loves this place so much! I have an almost 5 month old German shepherd and this place has really brought him out of his shell. I wanted to get him into daycare since German shepherds are prone to aggression, and he immediately loved this place. He has some separation anxiety and I was so nervous the first day, and he went back with the employee no hesitation and didn’t even say bye to me haha! He gets so excited and gets the wiggles when he comes here and falls asleep like a rock when he gets home. I love all the pictures I see of him too!
Mylo has been coming to daycare now for 3 months. He’s also had a training session with Jake. I love seeing Mylos Facebook photos while I’m at work. It brings me ease knowing he’s being cared for. When Mylo had a concerning symptom, the owner, Liz, notified me right away and monitored him. I’ve been very careful with Mylo since I adopted him and Boozy has really helped ease my mind.
Cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! I had a four month job in San Marcos and brought my two older but still energetic beagles while at work. I also boarded them three times. The staff was instantly kind, trustworthy, accommodating and knowledgeable - got to know my dogs’ social habits quickly to set them up for success in a short time and match them with the right group, and even helped me with some training. My dogs were always thrilled to go! The dogs were never stressed or overstimulated - always had access to a rest space when they needed, balanced with well supervised outdoor or indoor group play time. The staff went above and beyond to help me out when work ran late (or I did). We miss them so much already and can’t recommend them enough.
I love Boozy Bark! I started taking my dog there when she was 5 months old and it has done wonders for her development. She is so sweet to other dogs and loves people, and I owe it to Liz and Abby 💚🩷. The staff at Boozy Bark are AMAZING! They are so kind and very knowledgeable. My dog loves the staff so much that she will only get out of bed to go to daycare when I say their names. I HIGHLY recommend taking your pup to Boozy Bark!!!!

I have been sending my VERY energetic GSP Remi to Boozy Bark for a few weeks now and he is LOVING it! It is so conveniently located to my work and Elizabeth the owner is so sweet. I love how they post pics of my baby online so I can see all the fun he is having. The owner is passionate about what she does and I'm so glad I have finally found a place in San Marcos that I can be sure is treating our puppy with love!
