Dog Sitters in Hazelbury Bryan

from the off Mike and Sue were as helpful as possible, leaving their home at the crack of dawn so as to arrive at our House in order to have a longer morning handover before we had to leave for the airport. they sent regular messages and photos of our dogs, which were lovely to see, and feedback from our neighbours who encountered them whilst walking were all very positive. Our House was beautifully cleaned on our return, and we would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Brodie was very sad to see them leave, house was left immaculate, we could not have asked for any more.

Abi was a perfect house sitter when we went on holiday for four nights. She arrived in good time to go through all the instructions and took everything on board. I felt entirely confident leaving her to look after everything. She is a very personable character- friendly and professional too. She looked after our menagerie beautifully, kept us up to date with regular messages and left the house in an immaculate state. She even left a cottage pie in the fridge ready for us on our return which was delicious. Thank you so much.

Becky and Michael were great - I’d have them back anytime. They clearly loved the dogs and even possibly liked the feral cats! Huge advantage was that Becky knows about horses which was great!

Another great visit from this lovely family. The dogs have a wonderful time as Rebecca, Ben and Freya like to explore by paw everywhere they can so it makes for lovely adventures. Oreo and Toffee will miss them. This is their 3rd visit in 2 years and they are welcome here anytime. The sit is very easy, organised and everything is as it should be. Thank you for everything.

Mark and Donna were wonderful house and pet sitters. I would happily recommend them and hope our paths will cross again! Olive and pickle enjoyed their walks, playing ball and pickle trying to drive the campervan!

From our first video call we felt Lucy would be easy to communicate with, flexible, able to take our situation/requirements on board without issue, and someone we could trust. These initial feelings were reinforced once we met and during her sit. We agreed she should come a couple of days before we departed so we could show her round the neighbourhood and explain the details of the house and pets. We left confident that our house and pets would be well looked after, and this definitely proved the case. Unfortunately Lucy developed a cold on arrival and was certainly under the weather initially though she did not let this interfere. Lucy did a great job of looking after Jake and our new cat Simba, demonstrating a great love and care for them, soon winning the affection and confidence of both. Simba,being in part feral, has always been vary wary of any strangers and immediately disappears as soon as anyone calls round, but even before we left Lucy had gained his trust. We also lent Lucy our L200 truck, having put her on the insurance, and this was also well looked after. Lucy did encounter some issues with the internet and other minor problems, but via phone calls Lucy was able to explain the problem and I to provide a solution which Lucy had the technical ability to understand and thus resolve the issues. She kept in regular contact with frequent photos/videos of what the pets were up to and did a good job of looking after the house, even sweeping up the copious amounts of leaves that had fallen. It was a pleasure to have her stay, we wish her all the best in her future travels, and hope she will come and sit again sometime in the future. We have no hesitation in recommending her.

Di and Mike were absolutely fab in every way. Spaniel Benjie looking for them everywhere this evening! So great having them and they looked after the garden and the pond five star during the hottest week of the summer so far. Thankyou both so much and hope to see you all soon. XxxxEmma

Mark and Sue looked after our young Cocker Spaniel for two weeks whilst we took the family on holiday. Right from the initial contact with Mark we had a good feeling. Mark and Sue were great at communicating before and during our holiday. Short videos were sent to us to we could see our dog and we saw that she was being very well looked after and looked very happy. Mark Sue came a day early so we could introduce them to the house, dog and chicken. When we returned after two weeks the house was immaculate, bedding washed and dried, absolutely no sign of people being in our house for two weeks. They were even so respectful that they bought their own wood for the log burner! Very happy with Mark and Sue and wished they were available for every sit we need.

Gerry was the perfect sitter! He communicated brilliantly about his plans, arrived when he said he would and we came back to a house cleaner than we left it. Our kitty cats were very happy and chilled on our return so they obviously liked him as much as we did. Thank you Gerry.

Hayley and Marcus returned for a third time to look after Mousey. He is getting older and now has regular medication. This was not a problem for Hayley and Marcus, they looked after him very well and I believe that he enjoys their company too. This was the longest we have left Mousey (3 weeks) and I don't think he missed us at all! I would recommend Hayley and Marcus without hesitation and hope that they would be happy to return again.

Jill has house and pet sat for me again this year. I felt comfortable having her look after my animals especially knowing that she had experience looking after sick animals. She sent me regular pics and videos and I felt happy and confident that they were looked after. Thank you so much.
