Donna was absolutely fantastic as a house sitter! Took excellent care of my senior kitty and my home, and was so kind and communicative!

Lucy was great. Communication was easy and not too much. She came during a snow storm on time. Very reliable. The pets seem to be taken with her. We recommend. ;)

Adeline was a joy. Our dog adored her, the house and house duties were attended to and our neighbors gave her high praise. She communicated effectively— and left her space immaculate. Michelle and her sister Tina were absolutely amazing! They took such great care of Sadi and Ida, sending us some many pictures and updates. Our dogs were sad they had to leave! We will definitely use them again if they are back in Austin.

Lakshay did an amazing job taking care of my two cats for a week! He sent lots of photos and videos and was very respectful of my apartment. I came home and the apartment was cleaner than I had left it! I would love to have Lakshay back for another sit, and would recommend him to anyone else!

Allegra was wonderful with my 2 dogs, elderly cat and chickens . They looked very content when I got home and I am sure they miss her.

Ami is such a lovely person! We clicked immediately when we had our video call; she is cheerful and kind. It’s also obvious that she really likes cats and she was very excited about spending time with puma and Mārgā. She sent regular updates the days I was away; on my return the house was perfectly tidy and puma and Mārgā looked happy and relaxed!

Alice has been a fabulous cat sitter. Looking after my cat Jasper and sending pics, which I really appreciate. I’d not hesitate to have Alice back and you’d be lucky to have her look after your home and pet.

Ellie took incredible care of our animals and house. Our older dog pulled a muscle while with her and she cared for her so attentively. Our house was spotless and tidy on our return. Ellie is great.

Mickela was great. She agreed to come a day early so we could walk her around the house and neighborhood. She sent regular updates on our pet and left the house very tidy. I highly recommend her.

Even before Blake sat for us, we knew our cat was in good hands. Blake has a lot of experience taking care of cats, and is familiar with their behaviors and quirks. We have an anxious cat who takes medication daily, so this put us at ease. We were impressed that our standoffish kitty took to him so well, the photos he sent us showed her looking quite content. Blake was self sufficient and our home was spotless when we got back. We would highly recommend him as a pet sitter.

Shawn and Jennifer were the perfect pet sitters! We could not have wished for better people to look after Salt and Pepa! Not only were they meticulous in keeping up the cat`s routines, nurturing S&P`s idiosyncracies, and keeping them clean, fed, and happy in general, but they went above and beyond finding out what else they could want or need in a truly empathetic way. Shawn and Jen taught them new tricks, played with them often, stayed in with them most of the time and observed them and their characters so well, that it seemed after only a few days like they have known - and loved! - the cats for some time. Before we knew these sympathetic brilliant sitters with heart, brains, and instinct we were nervous about leaving our not even 2 year old cats with strangers for more than a month, especially since Salt can be a fragile soul who is very shy and needs a lot of time to bond with people if she does it at all. Not with these two people. They know how to handle cats professionally. Instead of overwhelming them, Shawn is present and offers them attention and playtime. We were able to fully enjoy our time away from home since they were communicating extremely well and in the frequency we agreed on. So we got pictures or videos of S&P every day and reports. The reports as well as the pics showed us that S&P had an extremely good time, and that after only a few days they behaved completely "normal", i.e. we recognized "our" cats from the way that Jen described them and photographed them. Shawn and Jen are both extremely reliable, down-to-earth and self-sufficient. IF there would have been an emergency, we could not have asked for better guardians. The welfare of the cats was always their first concern. What more can we say but that they are also very friendly, humorous, calm and intelligent human beings. When we came home S&P were like: "Oh.. you..? Ok.. But were are the other two?" In our living room was a carefully arranged series of printed out photographs by Jen the excellent photographer. We are so very thankful to Shawn and Jen that they agreed to look after our kitties - and our home, which they also did without fail - and we are truly happy to have made their acquaintance. Hopefully, we will meet again!
