Lou and Josh were absolutely wonderful in every way! Lou made the experience so easy for us as she is super communicative and organised, so we knew our pets and home were in good hands. I am a bit of a worrier, but Lou had read all the instructions well in advance and kept in touch regularly with lots of lovely updates, so I didn't worry at all and could enjoy my holiday. Our pup is still learning so can be a little unpredictable (aka escape artist!), but Lou was amazing with her - I got the cutest photo and video updates of them on various adventures at the beach or in the hills. The best part was that our dog actually seemed better behaved when we got back! From the photo updates, and the happy pets we returned to, it was obvious that Lou and Josh created a lovely, fun, warm and caring temporary family for our dog and cat. In addition, our house was super clean and tidy when we got back. We are so grateful for their kindness and professionalism and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pet sitter.
