I've had a wonderful house and pet sitting experience with Michela and Francesco! Not long before my sit started, they've got another addition to the family: little rescue puppy Keani. It really was a great pleasure to take care of Stella, Keani, the big and the small fish and also their beautiful garden! The house is absolutely amazing - great energy which is not surprising with such great people living there. I've had the opportunity to meet Michela and Francesco before and spend some time with them, which I'm really grateful for. They showed and explained me everything about the house, garden and pets and also everything I needed to know about Sanur. I'm really impressed by how well organized everything is and was and thus how easy it was for me to take over the duties. For example there's a print out schedule/menu for the dogs. Please note that you need to be comfortable with cooking meat and fish for the dogs. I'm vegan and I don't do that for humans - for animals however I do :). I also really love how Michela and Francesco raise and take care of their dogs. They are very happy and healthy! When they don't want to go for a walk, they don't have to. The garden is big enough for them to roam around and play. Sanur is a great city to live in! It's much less crowded than i.e. Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu or even Ubud. You've got everything you need, the beach is nearby and the traffic is safe enough to ride a bicycle and walk. The house is in a perfect location! I highly recommend house- and petsitting for Michela and Francesco and I would absolutely do it again myself.
Our first European sit with Trusted House Sitters was amazing! Alison's dogs were wonderful, and we hated to leave them at the end of our stay! Her home was wonderful, and fortunately we got to meet Alison and Greg, who are fantastic people. Overall, things couldn't not have been better. We couldn't recommend them for a house more....five stars all around!
Sarah has a beautiful home in a quaint little southwestern town. I was lucky enough to spend almost two months here taking care of her adorable cat, Scout, who seems to think he's a dog! He's super friendly and easy to fall in love with. Sarah and her family were extremely welcoming when I arrived and immediately made me feel at home. The house was really nice and cozy, and Sarah even had a housekeeper come in every two weeks so I didn't have to do much cleaning! I had a really nice time staying here and I would highly recommend Sarah's place to anyone who wants to spend some time in Durango, which is a really fun town with lots to do! Thank you Sarah!
Zhiki is one cool, confident panther-like pusscat who loves company and enjoys random bursts of play. He is a master at waking you up for morning, which is actually rather adorable. Julie and Andy's modern, two-story home is spacious, comfortable and filled with plants, giving a tropical jungle-like vibe. We had an excellent time hanging with Zhiki and visiting the nearby Batu Caves. Julie and Andy are wonderfully friendly and we enjoyed getting to know them. Thanks guys.
Anastasia was such a lovely owner - kind, communicative, and helpful. I came to a stunning apartment in a very desirable area of NYC where everything was clean and tidy. Anastasia explained everything wonderfully to me, answered all of my questions, and was always available via message throughout the stay. Her cat, Boris, is a handsome fellow, very social, easy to take care of, and just a pleasure to be around. If you want to experience the core of Manhattan as well as get a taste of how locals live, minus living directly by a major noisy street and hoards of tourists, then this is the place for you: lots of small businesses around, wonderful eateries, and easy subway access. As a bonus, you get a sweet, furry neck warmer at night, perfect for cold winters :) I would recommend Anastasia and Boris to anyone as they are guaranteed to have a genuinely pleasant experience. Peach was a delight to sit. She was very easy going to look after and very affectionate. The house was lovely, clean and comfy. I had a nice time and fell in love a little bit with a paragon of a cat
