Amy did such an amazing job on my dogs grooming! I wanted her hair cut super short for the summer, but still cut to fit her and she nailed it!

I cannot express how amazing Puppy Palace is! Amy is a MIRACLE WORKER! We have a beautiful little Malti-Poo that had a really bad experience at a groomer before we adopted him that traumatized him to the point that he would go PSYCHO if anyone tried to groom him!! He had to be sedated by the vet and buzzed as an only option remaining. Amy told us to bring him in and despite all our warnings and concerns she quickly and expertly calmed the dog and us!! 🤣 She has been working with him regularly and we have seen a night and day difference, his whole demeanor has relaxed even when he’s just at home relaxing. He is quieter, more patient with the kids and more gentle. He’s always been a great dog but thanks to Amy he’s now a perfect dog!! (Well almost!). We can’t recommend Puppy Palace enough, they love the animals they work with and it shows in the results!! 🙌👍🐶

I was excited to hear about a new groomer in town as we desperately need one here in the valley. Booked an appointment online which was very easy and convenient as you can browse the days and times available. Walked into the store and was greeted immediately with friendly smiles by the staff. After checking in my 14 year old Shih Tzu, Lulu, I met with the groomer herself. She asked how I like her hair cut and any other specifics they needed to know. Lulu is 14 so she has some older dog issues like hearing loss, moles and isn't so spry anymore but they did not bat an eye at those issues. The groomer scooped Lulu up and her tail was wagging shortly after being in the groomers arms. It was nice to know that she was cared for. Upon pick up I was asked if there was anything that I wanted "changed" or if she looked good. Not only did she look great, but she smelled good too. Couldn't beat the price for the services and customer service. Give them a try, I think that you will enjoy the service and your dog will too!

This is the cutest little place! I took my 8 yo dog in for her first ever groom (I’ve always bathed her myself but now I have a toddler, iykyk) and they took such great care of her. She looks amazing and they didn’t exactly what I asked of them! Great customer service! My girl will be back!

We love this boarding facility. Daycare and boarding are perfect. The people are so nice and my dog is having a great time! I love how they send you photos while you are away so you can keep up and see what the puppy is doing. Super nice facility!

Great doggy daycare and boarding facility! We travel full-time so I spend a lot of time researching reputable doggy daycares in each location we go to. Our dog Maddie enjoyed her visits to Ruff Life, and we loved the daily pupdates that were texted straight to us! Maddie loves human attention, and it seemed like the staff gave her plenty of pets and attention while she was boarded, which was great to see in pupdates 🥰

Abby loves Ruff Life and we do too! You made sure her Christmas without us was so special and we loved the photos you text everyday! She loves coming to stay with her friends and we are so grateful that we know she’s safe, loved and having fun with friends. Thank you!!!

Ruff Life is a caring kennel, close to my house, and provides great care and stimulation while my Dachshund is being boarded. The great dog-care people send photos and updates daily. I have peace of mind while my dog is in their care.

I just picked up my pups yesterday from boarding them for 5 nights and I have to say this place is amazing! I was so so nervous to leave them. They have never been apart from us and they are very shy/anxious pups so I worried they would be miserable and/or have some sort of issue. However, from the moment we walked in our pups forgot all about us and they were super excited to go off with one of the girls that was there to receive them. The staff is super friendly and attentive to the details. They already knew who our pups were (assuming from the profiles set up online) but the fact that they were prepared to receive them like that really put me at ease right off the bat. They’re also SUPER quick with responding to messages & reviewing booking requests. We ended up doing a day stay for 5 hours with them, because again. I was very nervous that they would be unhappy and/or not be friendly with other dogs in their space since they’re not used to it. And that was amazing as well. Throughout their boarding we received super fun and cute updates from the staff along with pictures of the two. I love that they access the yard the pups are in based on personalities, I could tell my doggos were having lots of fun! They also have shown signs of some training! They really take the time to take care of your fur babies and also keep you in the loop because they know how much they mean to you! I am super grateful to have found this place! Will be using them in the future.

Ruff Life is a wonderful resort! Our dog races to the front door when we drop her off. She loves the water features and hanging out with all her dog friends. We receive daily texts with pictures of her enjoying her time there. The staff is very attentive to her needs. We highly recommend it!

Exceptional! We enjoy seeing the photos of Jackson when he is visiting with Ruff Life. I appreciate there attention to detail in grouping like dogs. A big bonus is they give you back your dog bed clean. We were very hesitant as Jackson usually stays with his dog walker and has never been boarded. We would recommend Ruff Life.

I am so impressed with everyone at Rufflife. If you are looking for a safe place to leave your pup, they will take care great care of your dog. They have caring staff, easy booking and superior communication. I love getting daily updates and seeing how happy our doggo in at Rufflife! I will continue to recommend them to family and friends.

We have left our dogs at Ruff Life twice this year and we will continue to use them. They send daily updates and pictures of the dogs. All the people who work there know the dogs by name and they genuinely love their jobs. We know that our dogs are being treated well and are happy to stay here.

I'm so thankful to Ruff Life for the outstanding care they have provided for my best buddy, Duke! The facility is spotless and provides plenty of outdoor space for playtime (water features included!) There are a couple different options for kennel sizes which is nice so I was able to choose a larger “suite” for him. Receiving daily texts and photos was a huge comfort to me and made it that much easier for me to relax while I was on vacation. They were always available to answer any questions and their online customer portal made it so easy to provide information regarding his diet, allergies, and more. I can't say enough great things about Ruff Life!

We've used this business to take care of our dogs when we have long work days for the last 4 years. They're so reliable and helpful and great to work with. The app makes for such easy scheduling and communication. Our girls love Nancy and Jennifer!

Critter Buddies has been walking our dog for years. They are so reliable and professional. I even get a daily email showing me their daily adventures on their walks. They are pet lovers and great to work with.

My Tibetan terrier loves it here. He can be a challenging groom due to his long hair and our active lifestyle but is always well loved and cared for. He looks amazing after each visit!

Dropped off our year and a half old dog for a four night stay over Thanksgiving. Diego was very accommodating and took great care of our girl Zoey. I think Zoey would have Stayed longer if it was up to her. Thanks guys we will be using you guys from now on.

I needed a last minute dog sitter and found Goldrush Kennels on Google. Mary was so nice and has a great setup for the dogs. I was nervous initially but she was so kind. I doubt I’ll ever be in Heber city again. But would definitely use her again if needed

I was recommended to this kennel by a family friend because she’s been using Goldrush Kennels for awhile now. It was my dog’s first time staying there while we took a mini vacation. The facility is inviting, just like any ol’ farm, with a large yard for dogs to run around. When we came back to pick up our dog, he was very happy and seemed fine. The price is probably the most affordable out of all kennels I’ve called around. Will be using this service again in a few weeks!

We took our dog here last Summer & will never be taking him back! My dog came home with a big chunk of skin off the black part of his nose. He was shaking terribly when we picked him up not to mention where he was kept was complete trash! I was just hoping he wouldn’t get sick! He was freaking out when we picked him up. He didn’t feel safe, almost none of his food had been eaten. He was a nervous wreck! When we got home he was super clingy & wouldn’t get in the car to go anywhere for weeks! The owner was very nice, but she did not do well making sure the dogs felt comfortable or were in a clean place. My sisters dog was shaking terribly as well when she picked him up. Breaks my heart 💔

Mary is great with our dogs and very accommodating with our reservations and last minute changes. I love the facility. The kennels are large and warm in winter and cool in summer. Highly recommend.

Experience with Gold Rush kennels was phenomenal.. My partner and I was in Heber City I'll be there to enjoy the sights and go on the Heber Creeper and our room was not ready and we did not know what we would do with our beloved pooches. So by happenstance we called the Gold Rush kennels and we were told that they had space available and to come down ASAP. The dogs seem to be happy when we came by to pick them up and they were safe and they were well cared for. We highly recommend Gold Rush kennels 5 Stars

Our fur baby is not always sociable and yet she does great with Mary at Goldrush. We sometimes get called away last minute and Mary has always been available. The structures are of decent size and it's clear Mary loves all the pooches who take up temporary residence with her. Highly recommended.

Owner was nice and caring however, the driveway is long and had not been plowed (it had been over a day since it snowed). The walkway to the kennel had not been shoveled. It bothered me that shot records were not requested (I had them with me), and not that it all interfers with the care of the dogs but I was not a huge fan of her kennel itself. I guess I prefer brick and mortar as it feels cleaner to me knowing the floors can be bleached as opposed to gravel.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. The owner is kind, clean and I knew my dog was in amazing hands. My dog is recovering from an accident. The owner, without being asked to, brought my pup inside into a kennel at night so she wouldn't get cold and achy.

Really quite dirty where the dogs are kept. My dogs stayed there not even a full 24 hours and both have to be taken to the vet due to getting really sick while staying here. Definitely going to make sure my dogs are kept somewhere much cleaner next time... Wouldn't recommend this place, even if it's the only choice.

Very nice lady that runs this business. I've taken my dog to her for grooming since she was a puppy. She does a great job and isn't super expensive.

I odopted my dogo from there and he is my all! She take really good care of the dogs. Before I took him home to see how he liked my home, she went on a walk with him and me to get used to me and show him around me and to let me know of his habits or what he likes and everything!!! She was open with him and made sure he was calm and enjoyed the time he was with me. He absolutely loved being with me and nows he's my all sweet heart. I love my baby boy. They make sure every dog feels safe and is always fed properly and taken out at very reasonable times with the dogs they get along with the most. I would love to bring my dog by 😊 I got him at close to 9 months he's 1 1/2 now and very happy.

Tori is amazing with our dog and we won’t take him anywhere else! Very responsive, professional and personable. Our little dog is happier here than anywhere else in town and we never worry when he is there. Highest recommended kennel in Heber! So glad we found TeeJ’s!

Awesome place and very friendly staff! We were having trouble finding places to board during a last minute trip during the holidays and they were able to get us in. Very clean kennels with plenty of room. Made us feel very comfortable to leave our dogs there for a week.

We've boarded our labrador here quite a few times without any problems. Prices are reasonable and I feel good about the owner and the facilities. She knows our dog by name and I like that!

We adopted a Shih Tzu from the Heber pound 2 years ago and Tee J's gave our little dog a discount on her 1st hair cut and grooming. Our dog is very skittish and scares easily. We found Tee J's always spends the extra time to groom her some times taking all day. They have also been awesome allowing me to drop her off a little early before I leave to work so I am not late. Thank you!!! We also love the little bow's they put on her ears.

I have never met anyone so unprofessional and rude. I'm surprised people take their dogs to be groomed by her. I met with her for all of 10 minutes and I couldn't believe how awful she was. If she treats people that poorly in such a short amount of time, I can't imagine how she treats the dogs when she's in a hurry and busy.

Mrs. Elbaba I am the person your met that morning and I feel like this is not a very fair review. You never know what that person situation is yes we were very busy at that time we have our boarding and grooming dogs dropped off, also I volunteer to microchip and vaccinate for the local Rescues and they were also here waiting for this in all fairness You had not called a head and made an appointment with me or I could of made time for you, I was also notified that morning right before you had showed up that one of my children had been in a car accident and I was trying to get info. On their condition. And for you to assume that I would harm anyone’s pet that is a pretty low blow, I apoligize that you did not get the attention that you needed, I have been in business for 18 years and care deeply for all my clients dogs.

She's always busy you need to make an appointment and I always forget to make one when I'm there so then I have to wait that's on me does a great job with our Yorkie she is very personable with the dogs and I always feel like our dogs in good hands when she's there I never worry and her prices are great

We were so apprehensive about dropping our dog off. He is 14 and this was his first experience not staying in our home when we were away. We could not have been more pleased with this amazing facility. He made friends, had a great time and was well taken care of. The staff were helpful, professional and friendly. Coombs Kennels is the best. They have a great facility and wonderful staff that take great care of our dog. My daughter drives all the way from Saratoga Springs to have Coombs take care of their dog. I definitely recommend Coombs for those looking for a kennel for their dog!!!

Again, Coombs kennels fulfill our overnight request that we needed for our Lucy Jo. Coombs accommodated our request and Lucy Jo seemed to have enjoyed her stay. We will most definitely return when Lucy Jo requires boarding and day care.

Coombs Kennels is outstanding in their care for my Daughter-Dog!!! My dog and I are together most of the time because I work from home and she rides in the back seat of my truck almost every time anywhere and everywhere I go. However, being a Single Bachelor always on the go, and not about to allow her to stay in the truck when the weather gets hot (even with the sunroof open and the windows partially down) she goes to Coombs. It has become a 2nd home for my beautiful girl and she gets pretty excited when she knows where we're going before we get there. The Staff are always friendly, to humans and animals alike, and they show a lot of love for the pets that stay in their facility. I don't have much confidence and or trust in general for somebody outside of myself caring for my dog however, Coombs Kennels has earned my trust; and my business. My dog is always happy to go there and she's always got a smile on her face when I come pick her up. It seems apparent she's had a good time! I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else!

We had an amazing experience leaving our dog Pepper here last week. We were visiting from out of town and called literally the morning we arrived hoping for some availability. Toni answered and made us feel comfortable right away and fortunately they had an opening for the whole week. It was very clean and organized inside and everyone we interacted with seemed very kind and engaged. We picked her up yesterday and she has been happy and healthy since, even though we had never left her with a kennel before. Would heartily recommend Coombs for your dogs!

Our cats LOVE when Stephanie is staying with them. She genuinely cares about them, gives us loads of updates and pictures, and them come running to greet her when she comes. They seem settled when we come home too, and that helps with the transitions. Cannot recommend her enough. She great with the cats and a sweetheart in general.

Stephanie was professional and caring in every way, even managed to gain the trust of our ultra timid kitty and lure him out of hiding within a few days :-) She was thorough, responsive and sent regular pics/videos daily which was so appreciated, never having left ‘the boys’ with a petsitter for so long. I can highly recommend Stephanie, your babies will be in great hands. Her colleague Julie was lovely too.

Stephanie is the best cat-sitter we've ever had. We have a difficult cat (a 12-year-old who is highly attached to us, and became anxious and unfriendly to strangers after her sister passed away a few years ago), and most sitters understandably dislike spending time with her even if they try their best to connect. Stephanie never gave up, and eventually bonded with our cat in a way that made us feel so much more comfortable when we were away from home. She would sit and talk to her even when our cat would hiss or swat. It sounds silly, but Stephanie saw the best in her! And it paid off – they have really formed a special connection. Beyond that, Stephanie is incredibly responsible and communicative. She always sends photos and videos from her visits, which make us smile and allow us to relax knowing that our cat is being cared for.

Stephanie will be our go-to cat sitter going forward! We are new to the area and needed care for our two cats while we were out for spring break. I contacted Stephanie and she took thorough notes about our house and cats. Everyday she sent us a report with photos and it was clear that the cats increasingly enjoyed her company. It was nice to know she was giving them the love and attention they needed while we were away. Our cats were happy upon our return and that's what really matters.

I found Stephanie through her Pinebrook Petsitting website. My cat Batman and I feel so incredibly fortunate to have Stephanie step in when needed. She absolutely goes way above and beyond what she is payed for. She obviously cares a great deal about my cat, and sends me photos and videos while she is in my home. Stephanie has been an outstanding cat sitter for my two cats during the past year for periods of time ranging from 2-10 days. It is apparent that she likes animals and the cats are calm and relaxed when I return. She is reliable and has thoughtfully texted photos of the cats while I am away. Stephanie goes above and beyond what she needs to do and, for example, has brought in mail and packages, etc. Knowing that Stephanie is caring for my two cats while traveling is very reassuring to me and I am sure they are well taken care of while I am away. Stephanie was awesome. Her love of animals shines through as she picked up on my pets personalities right away. She took it seriously and took notes. Even thought i told her she could skip the litter, she scooped it daily. She took my dog on walks despite the blizzards. I really appreciated the photos she took on every visit! She did extras like picking up packages and putting my trash out. I’m a veterinarian and would highly recommend her!

Stephanie has looked after our cat, Chloe, for some time now when we travel. She is very reliable and clearly loves cats.Stephanie will visit the house as many times as we agree to make sure all is in order. It is a relief to be able to go away knowing that Chloe is in safe hands.
