Spending a few days taking care of Bacco and his friend was a splendid experience! Mathias provided us with everything we needed and was always readily available for any questions. We love it there! The place is magnificent with everything you need, and really close to the city center (two metro stops) The pets were incredible nice and it was a pleasure to spend time with them and taking care of them. Absolutely recommend :)
What a fun sit this was!! The Debbies were extremely generous, kind, and considerate and really made me feel at home, and the kitties were so awesome as they each have such different personalities and distinct vibes. Bug is loving and such a character who loves posing for pictures and he is always the first in the kitchen when it is dinner time (or there is even a hint that there might be some treats coming soon lol). Bean is quite beautiful and loving with a special style of her own! Owen is the "teen ager" who is ready any any time for fun and a good nap on the bed! And Jack is the stately old man (19 years old with 3 legs and a super cool hairdo or "furdo")! You won't find a more loving a affectionate cat in the world than Jack!!! The Debbie's home is super cute, rustic, warm and welcoming with lots of great books to read and a lovely screened in porch and pond which are the perfect place to sit a relax through the day! Their home is in a great location, close to every type of store you could imagine and literally a few miles away from the amazing Winter Park and "Park Avenue". Thank you Deb and Deb (and Bug, Bean, Owen and Jack) for all of your friendship, kindness and hospitality! It was such a pleasure being your guest! Hope to see you all again sometime soon!
Susan and Graeme were the most lovely hosts and Chester and Alfie were the sweetest little boys to look after. Susan was very quick to reply to any query we had and left their house spotless with plenty of space for Matt and I to feel at home for the two weeks we spent there. They live in a quiet neighbourhood which is well connected with only 1 hour into central London. And there are plenty of local shops to get your groceries from. We will miss the boys so much and would definitely recommend looking after them!
This was an absolutely delightful catsit and I'm so pleased I had the opportunity to spend time with Clem. He's a very chilled and funny cat who loves to play and is great fun to hang out with. Caro's home has a lovely peaceful vibe and is in a great location for nice shops and cafes. She is a great communicator and is really kind, respectful and helpful during your stay. I can't recommend this sit highly enough!
Sitting for jen and Jacob was a delight. The house was spacious and comfortable. There are all needs shops close to the house. Sophie was a cutie and Moses was a gentleman, Oliver was super lovable. Hattie and Brisby are easy to care. Communication with Jen and Jacob was clear and easy, their videos are very helpful. We would definitely take care of Moses, Sophie, Oliver, Hattie and Brisby.
Where to start?! This is one of those house sits that you briefly consider 'What if I didn't leave a good review so that maybe no one else would apply in the future but us?' But I'm not sure if that logic works here on TrustedHousitters so, alas, I'm resigned to honesty. You can't do much better than sit for Doug and Lindsey. Their home is spectacular, the location is amazing, and their pets are awesome! Their beautiful home has everything you need - plenty of space, great places to nap, lots of entertainment options, amazing views that you don't get tired of, and a great location to get to everything you'd want to visit quickly. And the doggos...they were the best! Cooper has a sweet, goofy personality and Lavender is a beautiful, affectionate dog with eyes that when she looks at you, you're pretty much ready to give her whatever she wants. We really miss them already! I would unreservedly recommend this sit! (But please check with us first to confirm we are not available! ;-) Plus, we promised the dogs we'd be back, so we don't to disappoint them!)
