I had a lovely stay with Pan and Zeus in Oxford. They're both very sweet and friendly kitties and we had lots of games, strokes and photoshoots! The house is in a fab location for exploring Oxford and Rich and the family were so friendly and helpful, even leaving little tips of things to do in the surrounding area ☺
We had a memorable, wonderful time sitting for Ronald and Elizabeth in the Oakland Hills. Chester is truly a "gentle giant," i.e., he is a very big dog, who loves to cuddle. Duchess is very sweet, low key. And yet “matriarch in charge” comes to mind when it comes to the two of them. Both are easy going, and very astute/responsive to commands, (I find myself smiling just thinking about them while writing this.) Ronald and Elizabeth were super helpful and supportive throughout. ’Twas a pleasure.
Paul and Stacey were very welcoming. I arrived the evening before my sit and had dinner with them and they showed me around and introduced me to the animals. The house is a beautiful Victorian home, with lots of outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Wrigley the Labradoodle is super sweet and very loving. I enjoyed taking him on his daily walks. The cats are both friendly. Kip is more outgoing, purrs really loud, and loves treats. Rica is a little more reserved but likes pets and cuddles. I had fresh eggs every day from the chickens. The peacefulness of their home made me feel like I was on retreat. I highly recommend this sit!
Marcus and Caroline were so nice and very accommodating. They have a beautiful home and Charlie was an absolute dream to look after. We will certainly miss him and would happily look after him anytime. Overall we had a great stay exploring lots of new places with Charlie and very much enjoyed the experience! Thank you Marcus and Caroline for entrusting us with your home and Charlie.
Ohhh how we miss sweet little Kira every day. She loves to hang out with you wherever you are and gets some scratches and pets. She’s definitely a morning person, haha, so late morning sleepers be ready! Otherwise she's a low maintenance kitty and so enjoyable to be around. The home was clean in a wonderful quiet, safe neighborhood with enjoyable short walks to the local parks. Also food and grocery all very close, possibly walkable though we did not try ourselves. Also just a short drive to the beginning of the mountain ridge or downtown. Pamela was easy to communicate with and overall the sit was very enjoyable!
