It was a joy to meet Daniela and have her care for my 2 dogs over the 4th of July. She is so very kind and loving towards the dogs, and I could tell immediately that they just loved her. Upon our return they were at peace and well cared for, even with the fireworks that take place which makes them very nervous. Daniela had no problem giving them their meds and keeping them calm and loved. I would highly recommend Daniela to anyone looking for a great sit, and I so enjoyed meeting her and chatting. She is a very great fit for our family.
We had a terrific experience with Jeni. We were gone for a week and all went great. She was extremely responsible, a pleasure to interact with, and our dog couldn't have been happier. In fact he seemed to be sad when she left! We would be delighted to have her stay again.
Hannah was super communicative throughout the sit and I was confident that she could handle everything. She was flexible to come over and walk through the house and responsibilities. I really appreciated that she stripped the bed before she left, making our lives easier! We would recommend Hannah for any sit and would love to have her back again.
A really wonderful few days in this beautiful home, nestled in stunning countryside and with the adorable and affectionate Mowgli. A fabulous location - many lovely walks straight from the door, and the swims in the lakes were a real treat. I also walked into Nailsworth for shopping (fabulous baker/ butcher and lots of places for coffee) and actually didn't get back in the car until it was time to leave. If I'd be there for longer I may have ventured further afield. Mowgli is a lovely cat. He came and went, sometimes doing his own thing but often just hanging around, sitting close and purring happily and then in the evenings coming for cuddles on the sofa. Julia was warm, welcoming and showed me where everything was and made me feel very at home in her gorgeous cottage. Her plans changed and she came home a night early so we had more time together which was also enjoyable. Bilbo joined Julia on her trip but I got to meet him at both ends of my stay - what a gentle and lovely dog. Would recommend this sit, especially if you enjoy walking / nature. I'd be delighted to sit for Julia again, for one or both pets.
