Tempest and Charmel are great housesitters, and saying so feels like an understatement. Our dog Heidi clearly loved her time with them and she even seems to have broken some of her bad habits while we were away. I think she was sad to see them leave. Likewise, our schedule changed a bit and Tempest and Charmel were more than accommodating. I can’t recommend them enough. They were responsive and detailed with us and with Heidi and I can’t thank them enough!
Bethany was such a gracious host. 5 days before our sit, she called to tell me that her dog Koda was really sick and was probably not going to make it through the weekend. When I offered to change our flights and cancel the sit, Bethany insisted that she was still OK with my family coming to house sit. It was sad for us as well that we weren't going to meet Koda. He was such a beautiful looking dog and based on all the pictures in the house we could tell he was really loved and had a great dog life. Bethany's house is really nice and we enjoyed staying there. It's in a nice part of Fort Collins with easy access to many things.
Sitting for Kate & Brian was a blast! They have a little fur family full of personality and they have such a lovely home. Rest assured you will never be without entertainment at this sit. :) Highly, highly recommend.
Ella & Lu were very welcoming from beginning, and very detailed on looking after their beautiful property & lovely cats, Kaji & Eva. Communication is excellent and if any small issues arise, they are very attentive in helping us out. Overall everything has been great!
If you’ve come across Amy’s page, you’re in for a real treat. Sweet little Twila is one of the gentlest and kindest dogs. We had an amazing time exploring Olympic and Poulsbo with her. Amy is wonderful, and her place is incredibly comfortable, set in gorgeous, lush surroundings. Twila is perfectly quiet when we’re out, loves people and dogs, but as soon as we get home, she sprawls out on the floor, scratches her back, and squeals a bit—it’s absolutely adorable. She’ll even paw at you for more love and slept with us. Leaving her was so difficult. We had such a memorable time and will miss her angelic little face. Thank you for everything, Amy!
My stay with Cleo and Oni was both very sweet and very tiring. Cleo is a sweetie and very low key. Oni is a big puppy who needs a ton of physical interaction almost every other hour in order to feel comfortable which made relaxing or doing other things at times difficult. But Laura was amazingly responsive, understanding and set up doggy care support right away which made all the difference. Then it was a lovely sit. I’d say if you have lots of energy, time to exercise and experience with big dogs this is a fabulous sit. If you are newer to large dogs or going to be busy while there this may be a challenging sit. Location is lovely!
