John and Kai were wonderful sitters who took great care of my home and cat (Shadow). They visited me a week before the sit as they were passing through Bangkok, which was great. The day before the sit, I found that Shadow had a skin condition that required her to have some areas shaved so that cream could be applied regularly. It was lucky for me and Shadow that John and Kai were a two-person team as they were able to manage this much more easily than I could by myself, and Shadow's skin was healing beautifully on my return. Communication was good and they gave regular updates and photos. My home was left clean and tidy with bedding and towels washed, and they even left some chocolates for me. I highly recommend John and Kai, and I would be happy to have them back again.
I can only say that Zoe was brilliant in every regard in the 3 weeks she spent in our house. She is fantastic with animals - our two dogs and cat loved her. She also has incredible initiative and got out and about despite the horrible weather. She was totally trustworthy - letting us know immediately if she had any concerns about anything. I would have no hesitation in recommending her
Taylor was great with my two kitties and a tank full of fish. She is an excellent communicator and problem solver!
