Greg and Mary were very welcoming. They showed us everything, and told us about the necessary idiosyncrasies of the home. It was a short stay but the cats were very friendly, even visiting us at night in our bedroom. We got to know Murfreesboro, which is a lovely city. We recommend other sitters to take advantage of these pet parents if possible.
Munch is a pretty shy and low maintenance cat. It was easy to take care of her. Location is AMAZING! Close to all restaurants,cafes,supermarkets,bus stops,parks and mechanics. Terry and Amy are super sweet people ❤ Higly recommended!
Darlene’s home is lovely and in a great location. She has gone out of her way to make everything updated, clean, organized, comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. Caring for her 2 cats was delightful as they each have their own personality. I enjoyed spending time with them. Darlene is a very warm and kind person. A pleasure to visit with as well. Her instructions are very thorough and super helpful. She was quick to respond if I had any questions. I really appreciated everything about this housesit. I would be happy to sit again in the future. Thank you.
We loved our stay with Millie. Millie is such a great dog! Strong, athletic, kind, Lover!. We were there for 6 days and Janice provided us with St. Augustine things to do information. We love St. Augustine and Millie! We walked the beach daily with Millie, can it get any better! Thank You!
Ken and Carol are a kind, caring and very generous couple. They were precise and organized hosts, leaving specific instructions for everything from taking care of their indoor plants to how to and when to fill the bird feeders and tips and instructions in case of a power outage during the snow season. For our two month house sit, they arranged for us to spend the night before they left. And they had a delicious meal waiting for us upon arrival. The next day they gave us a very thoughtful and informative walk through before they left. Their “Peaceful” three level home is very easy to fall in love with. From having a view of the lake in several rooms of the house, to the haven of nature that the home sits in. Windows and natural light welcome you from any room in their home, including the bathrooms. We enjoyed seeing a variety of wild animals ranging from birds to foxes and even wild turkeys and more. The town of Bracebridge “Muskoka” is full of wonderful and amazingly friendly people. From The Big River Baking Company (Bakery) to the local Chamber of Commerce. We enjoyed filling the bird feeders and watching the different birds as one set migrated on and another set moved in as the seasons changed. All in all, this was a dream house sit for us. Nature, a very beautiful and relaxing space to sleep and a resort style home to remember. We highly recommend Ken and Carol’s and we hope to return as our schedules align for another sit in the future. Thank you again Ken and Carol.
