Vivien was a great sitter. We were in constant communication from the moment we were matched through the end of the sit. She took the time to understand my needs as well as those of my kitties. I never worried about my kitties or my property for a single moment! She was thoughtful and showed up with a few new toys for the cats and posted pictures daily. She was responsible and clean, and my kitties were happy and content when I got home. It was a great experience and I highly recommend her as a sitter.

Katja & Miriam

Katja is the perfect pet sitter! Communication was easy, uncomplicated and open. She arrived at the agreed time, she brought almost everything she needed, very well organised and flexibel to adjust. to the situation. Her good spirits won our hearts - and the one of our dog Toni - they were best friends in a minute. Katja is used to handle a household and look after things, also after a garden and flower pots. She did a very responsible job: Toni is a fine dog, but she can also be difficult at times. We could leave our home and beloved pet in her expert hands and enjoy our holidays without hesitation or worries. She managed everything to the best! When we came back our neighbours were congratulating us to the nice friend who took care of our home and of Toni! The house was absolutely clean, I do not know how she managed, but everything was exactly where it belongs. Everything was in good order. Our dog was relaxed, no signs of stress, her fur was shining, her breath clean. She was happy to have us back (fortunately), but you could also see that she did not like Katja leaving. She is a friendly and totally sympathetic and trustworthy person, we loved to have her here - anytime again!!

Jana

This was the second time that Jana, Thomas, Jesco, Nils, Nadira and Tamina have looked after Benson and Coco for us. When they arrived, the dogs greeted them excitedly and were given lots of hugs and cuddles in return. As with the previous stay, the dogs had a wonderful time, were extremely well cared and were given lots of cuddles when there were fireworks nearby. The house was clean and tidy and the car had also been cleaned. Any concerns we ever had about having a family of six stay in the house and look after the dogs were completely unfounded. We were concerned that the dogs would be overwhelmed by having 4 children around but they loved having the children to play with. They children were very respectful, volunteered to help with any chores that needed to be done, wanted to make sure that they did everything to the best of their ability and were pleasure to have to stay. Benson and Coco will miss having Jesco, Nils, Nadira and Tamina to walk them play with and we have no hesitation in recommending Jana, Thomas and the children. We hope that they will be able to house sit for us again.

Clarissa

Clarissa is wonderful! She took care of our house and plants and cats for 2 weeks and everything looked cleaner and healthier than when we left. She communicated updates regularly and came to meet us and our cat before we left which was a big deal since she lives on a different continent! She was so kind and responsive and left the nicest thank you gift. I would have Clarissa back again and again!

Anja

This was the second time Anja has house sat for us. The first time was for a month, in the depth of winter. This time was for a week. Anja is really lovely, and the three boys had a wonderful time being taken for long walks and getting lots of cuddles and affection. Charlie, who is now a teenager, can be a bit of a handful but Anja took it all in her stride and sent us some lovely updates and photos of their walks and play. She is incredibly clean and tidy. The Lodge is half way up a mountain and this time of year it is almost impossible to keep the mud and wet out but somehow she manages it, and I returned, as previously to spotless floors. Clearly I need to up my game! Because my dates and times changed Anja arrived after I left and left before I returned, which meant that unfortunately this time I didn't see her. As she is such a reliable, trustworthy and sensible person I had no concerns about doing this. She arrived and left when she said she would and the arrangements worked perfectly. On my return, I found the boys chilled and happy and they had clearly had a great time. I have no hesitation in recommending Anja to anyone who wants to have complete peace of mind when they go away, and I hope Anja will be able to sit for us again.

Lissi is super sweet and easy to communicate with! She is very clean and left the house as she found it. The dogs were happy and well attended too the entire time. I’d definitely love to have her back! 10/10 sitter!

Absolutely loved having Gordon and Ieva look after our fur babies! They're super organized, attentive, and just downright delightful people. I mean, they are really the perfect sitters. You can tell they enjoy pet-sitting. We were gone for nearly 18 days (the longest we've ever left our cats with sitters), and Gordon and Ieva kept us in the loop with daily updates. It was so reassuring to see our cats chillin' and clearly having a great time without us. From our first video call, I could tell they were a perfect match for us. Super flexible and really nice people. And when we got back—wow, they left our place spotless, even better than we left it! Plus, they had dinner ready and some groceries waiting after our 14-hour flight. Total lifesavers! Cannot thank them enough for this. Really hope they can come by again to hang out with our Gordita and the little monster. They're always welcome here! 🥰 .

Frieke and Kay were exceptional sitters for us. Despite being relatively new to the site, they performed like seasoned veterans. On the first night, one of our dogs, Lucy, had stomach issues, leading to multiple wake-ups for bathroom breaks. Unfortunately, we were unreachable during those late hours, but they handled it gracefully and with understanding. We felt genuinely sorry for the disruption and hoped it hadn't negatively impacted their stay. These two proved to be exceptional sitters, unruffled by the situation. Moreover, they left our place in impeccable condition. They are considerate and ask all the right questions. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in search of reliable sitters. The best housesitting experience you could hope for :)

Jennie and Phil are a truly wonderful couple with a fantastic sense of humour. Before we were selected to housesit for them, we had a quick skype call where they answered all our queries. They even cooked us a meal and we had dinner together before their trip. 

It was then we got to meet the cheekiest dog known to humanity - Molly. She is such an independent dog who is definitely the head of the house hold. She loved going for walks (or rather, she walked us...) 
We kept in touch with Jennie daily and we sent her photo updates of her fur-baby so she didn't feel too out of the loop.

Even though 2 months have passed since we looked after Molls, we still fond ourselves often wondering how she's doing! Please give us a big cuddle from us

What a joy it has been to meet Keith and his “three musketeers”. Starting from our application - communication was excellent. We knew what was expected of us and how to get there. Keith was the perfect host - giving us a full rundown on the three dogs and their daily routine. Whilst owners are away it is important that their animals continue to live as they always do. Keith made this so easy with detailed notes to refer to. We felt very reassured and comfortable being left in charge. Keith was so hospitable, cooking us a delicious meal and even taking us for a tour of the area so we felt familiar with the route to the shops etc. never having been in Ireland before, this was so helpful. The house was well set up for us and for the dogs - we all enjoyed each other’s company and I find I’m now missing them all!  On Keith’s return, we all enjoyed a meal together and Keith - and his family provided us with hospitality and welcome assistance in what to see and where to go in Ireland. Once again, we not only met someone new, we will also remain friends for many years to come!  Thank you Keith - and hugs and love to Lunar, Aias and Dennis! What an awesome trio! 😁☘️

I absolutely loved getting to stay with Apollo and Ajax! I had plenty of fun playing with them late into the night, and finding them as they wandered around the beautiful flat Anita/Daniel have for themselves tucked away NE of Athens. The nightly hammock reading and bike ride nearby were huge highlights and I just felt so thankful for all the amazing communication during the entire time. Anita/Daniel were so kind and helpful with everything. Highly recommend this sit!

The house and location are very good and so are Charlotte's dogs, they are very well behaved and docile, it was an excellent stay, I recommend it and I hope to return, Richmond park is a 3 minute walk away and is great for walking and playing with the dogs.

Honestly an amazing sit, Bryn and Laetitia were so lovely and were greater communicators throughout our stay. The kitties were so perfect and were a treat to look after. Would love to sit for them again!
