HUGE MONICA FAN! okay story time - not only did Monica go ABOVE and beyond when she was caring for Sawyer in my home with video updates, daily walks, consistent communication, and lots of love but she ALSO came back the next day after her stay had ended to take him on a walk and give him love after I ended up in the hospital and couldn't be home for hours. AND she continued to check on me for the next few days. Talk about a life saver! She's not only a reliable, trustworthy dog sitter but truly a wonderful compassionate person too. So lucky to have found her. We recommend her a million times over ❤️
Tom and Diana did a great job of keeping everyone fed and watered. Didn’t even have a walk through before they arrived but all went great. House spotless upon return and Amber seemed well taken care of.
My daughters and I had a a fun weekend hanging out with Lucy, Sammy and Katniss. Janine and her lovely family made us feel right at home and we had so much in common that it felt like maybe we were at home! Lucy is so smart and showed us all of her tricks. We really enjoyed playing with her (and of course scratching her back) :-) Lucy and I really enjoyed our walks exploring the neighborhood. Janine communicated very well and I felt like I had everything I needed for a smooth sit AND she was a top notch hostess! We would come back to the Little Red Hen House anytime!
Dora is an absolute sweetheart, such a gentle loving girl. I really enjoyed her companionship & our forest walks. George & Ellie were always contactable & left clear instructions. They were very welcoming & I felt right at home. Beautiful house, bed was super comfy. Some nice forest walks nearby, bus stop just a couple of houses down & train station a 10-15 minute walk away. Friendly neighborhood.
Fabulous family, pets, place, and home! It would be an honor to sit for Teddye again.
Kellie's house is so cozy and tastefully decorated. I felt right at home. Very comfortable bed and easy to use fireplace. The location is perfect for a quiet neighborhood but close enough to downtown Portland to see the city. Ned and Nora are the sweetest. Nora is cuddly and playful and Ned will give so much love. All instructions were very clear and I was able to contact Kellie easily while they were away. I highly recommend this house sit!
I had a lovely 5 days in a beautiful house. Everything was easy, and Marley was a joy, we went for some amazing walks. I hope to see Marley and Jonathan again
Ellen and Matt were lovely hosts with great communication before and during the sit. We arranged this sit many months in advance and they were great at checking in to confirm and arrange times closer to the date! Ellen was kind enough to pick us up and drop us to the station which was very much appreciated! Oscar is the sweetest old man, he loves nothing more than to just spend time with you. This was perfect as the weather wasn’t great for the first few days but we got some lovely snuggles in. Oscar loves going on walks and he does take his time smelling everything! He can’t see or hear very well and he loved sleeping with us to make sure he knew where we were (which was so nice). He was very easy to take care of and we would recommend the sit to anyone looking for a getaway!
