Dog Sitters in Herford

Melanie, her sister Nadine and friend Vanessa were wonderful houseguests during our two week trip away. Sadly, our dog Tucker passed away the day before they arrived from a three month illness, but we were so happy that the ladies were here to supervise the house and take care of my many plants - inside and outside during the hot Florida summertime. They had met Tucker in February when they were in the area so it was very unfortunate the timing involved as we knew they would have been wonderful pet sitters. The house was left spotless and there we no issues whatsoever while we were away. We communicated a few times to touch base but the ladies were entirely self sufficient and gave us so much peace of mind. We highly recommend Melanie and her sister and friend if you ever have the chance for them to house/pet sit.

Yu-Mei is an extremely kind petsitter who radiates calm energy. She was taking care of my tho cats over the weekend. She was very communicative, reliable and trustworthy, did everything exactly as promised. She left the house clean and the cats happy and fed. I can highly recommend Yu-Mei's petsitting services :)

Tobi is the perfect house sitter. We got along really well straight away and were grateful that he was there. He took great care of our animals and the household. Our dog felt comfortable sharing the bed with him. I think he misses him too. Tobi even gave us presents and he left everything, including the laundry, better than he found it. Thank you!

Gülsen was incredible with our two cats, she gained their trust instantly (they normally are very shy around new people) and provided great care and lots of cuddles! Gülsen is super friendly, communicates well and sent us daily updates. We totally recommend her!

Eddie was happy when I returned, and that’s always the most important thing of course. Opportunity to prompt for more communication whilst owners are away however, to help traveling pet owners/home owners to feel more at ease with a new person in their homes & with their pets. I.e. I came back to broken brand new outdoor furniture due to a storm, which is out of a sitters control - but upfront communication letting me know about a storm would have given me the opportunity to ask for the umbrella to be taken down. Kiana was kind and sweet, Eddie seemed fine, and better all-round proactive communication would certainly make the housesit more trusted and at-ease.

We invited over Franziska for a second sit after a few months because we were very positively impressed the first time we met her. Let's say that Ginger, our most difficult cat, slept with her the very first night, after bringing her a... snake as a welcome gift. She did her best to make all the cats feel safe and relaxed like they were her own pets. Much appreciated.

Claudia and Frank were exemplary house sitters, we cannot rate them highly enough. They were very communicative before arrival, and they sent regular updates whilst we were away. We felt very comfortable leaving them with our dog and home. Boris was very well looked after and the apartment was very clean when we returned. Not only that, our plants have never looked so healthy and they even left us a lasagne in the fridge. 5 stars isn't a high enough rating!! Thanks Claudia and Frank, you can sit for Boris anytime 👍

Thank you Ruth and Hannah for looking after my cats and home so well. Despite you having to cope with no heating for three days, you were both very understanding. You left the house perfectly and the cats were very well looked after.

Elisabeth and Alea were great house and petsitters, responsive, flexible and kind. They were also very patient with socializing Liz's dog Oakley with my cats. I can definitely recommend them!

Anna was wonderful. She did a great job at coordinating the sit details. She communicates really well before, during , and after with regular check-ins. The pups loved her and were happy when we returned. The house was clean and cozy as we left it.

She sends continuous videos of my girls after every walk which I appreciate. Communication was easy, fortunately a very smooth sitting.
