Nicole & Peter were not only the most generous hosts any petsitter could wish for but great company too. They took us for a lovely meal the night before our sit and made sure we were fully briefed on the pets’ foibles and requirements, the house and the area. However, they went above and beyond even before our sit began. We flew home for a week in between sits, and they put us up the night before our early flight, gave us a lift to and from the airport and let us park our car at their house, providing lovely evening meals on both nights too. Of course, this saved us a fortune in parking and accommodation and was a really generous gesture. As for the sit itself, Nicole & Peter’s house is cosy and comfortable and we felt right at home. Their two dogs are extremely friendly and funny characters and were a pleasure to look after. The cats are a delight and one (Blanco) made a home for herself on our bed most nights - very cosy! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here, and all their pets seemed to like us, so we’d love the chance to return if we can. Very warmly recommended!
Melissa has the sweetest most gentle dogs. While timid to start they were so easy to care for and fall in love with. Who knew you could get so attached so quickly! Located in the heart of town getting out and about to the parks and sights was so easy. Thanks for a great introduction to pet sitting.
Cat's home is a really cosy English cottage in the heart of the English countryside. It was a real experience taking care of Malachi, the goslings, geese, chickens, and sheep; one that we thoroughly enjoyed and learnt a lot from. The surrounding countryside provided great walks with Malachi. We met Cat upon her return home (as we had taken over responsibility from the previous house sitters), and she was very friendly, interesting and chatty. We thoroughly recommend Cat's home and farm should you get the opportunity to take care of her home and pets.
Carly and Grizzle were great pups. They were with me where ever I went and were the perfect tiny companions. Very clean home and Elizabeth was great at responding when I had questions. Looking forward to the next time I see the pups
We enjoyed our stay with Wilbur very much! Charli and Britt are super lovely and thoughtful, well organised with info booklet and great communication to answer any questions we had. Their house is super comfortable, with everything you need and homely. Short 20 min bus trip into the centre of town is so convenient. Off leash dog parks are a walk away. Great walking distance coffee shop, a real treat for a walk stop off. Wilbur is a good natured, adorable and playful pup. We could not recommend this house sit more highly. Thanks so much for trusting us with your precious Wilbur and house.
We had a great long weekend in Sausalito! Jay was very communicative and left helpful instructions for our stay. The home is well-equipped, comfortable, and has a lovely view of the water from the living room. And, of course, there's Watson. This little guy has tons of personality and can communicate very meaningfully with his eyes and body language (i.e. sitting and staring at the treat jar until you understand what needs to happen next). He loves to play tug-of-war and fetch; the hard part is telling him no when it's time for him to take a break. Because he has a bad back, you need to carry him up and down the stairs, but this really wasn't a problem, as he's usually happen to be on the same level as you. He sleeps in his crate and goes in willingly when you leave the house for an outing. Would recommend this sit!
