Liza did a great job of taking care of our cat (and house) while we were away for over two weeks. He seemed happy when we came home and not overly needy, which suggests he got plenty of attention. We also appreciated the photos Liza sent.

At the end of our trip, our refrigerator began to leak and Liza unexpectedly had to deal with mopping up water and figuring out how to shut a hidden water valve. We were grateful to have someone responsible in the house to help with this crisis.

Thank you so much Annie and Eric for a truly special sit.
From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such hospitality and felt very welcomed. It was great to have such a comprehensive handover, too.
The house and garden are gorgeous, Braunton and the surrounding beaches were beautiful, we were really lucky with the weather so spent a lot of time outside.
And the cats... such lovelies. Caring for them was so easy, the medication is very straight forward. Jake is just a cuddlebug who loves attention, millie so lovely and sweet, and Dylan, although elusive, allowed us to stroke him when he felt comfortable. We enjoyed watching the Olympics in their company and lazing around in the garden with them.
We had such a good time and would love to return in the future.

Laura
Up in the northern part of Michigan you can find a tiny piece of my heart nestled in Laura's home. She may not have completed her renovations when we were there but she has created a space that is loving and tranquil. Jack and Jill are the sweetest Pitties. Jill is a handful in all the right ways. Jack is just a love bug. Throw in two of the coolest cats and you have the perfect space for a wonderful experience. Flick and Sugar are everything written about them. When they warm up they are so sweet, and cuddly. They have a grand time hunting in the yard but come in when called, I mean it they come running! Flick loves to mess with Jilly, and vice versa. They will keep you laughing.

Laura is everything you'd want in a host. She is very honest in her description, she knows the quirks of her babies and we had no surprises. She is very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. We were able to work remote during the day, her Satellite wifi is top notch. The area is full of surprises. We did evening escapades to Mackinaw City and Peloskey, both about about 30 minutes away. Downtown Gaylord is much closer and is a treasure. If you want a peaceful escape and a fantastic area to explore, this is your place!

Doris and Jürgen welcomed us warm and kind in their beautiful country house. The house is comfortable, has everything needed and is surrounded with unspoiled nature. Mornings are amazing with the birds singing.
We spent extremely nice time with their three cats named Kasimir, Wespe and Pukki.
We hilly recommend this sit and would like to sit for them again sometime.

Anthony
Our first sit and we could not be happier. Anthony has been our complete guide to Singapore and just happens to have 2 lovely dogs too. We feel very lucky and appreciative to have found this sit and have enjoyed our day relaxing with the two very affectionate dogs Bertie and Park. This has been in between walks by the beach and plane watching. Our day ends usually with a trip to the massive hawker centre filled with so many different stalls.Thank you Anthony we hope to be back again in the future.

Lynda and Mel are amazing and humble people. We were lucky to spend an evening together before they left the next morning, and they had shown us around the house and the best way to care after the pets. Speaking of the pets, Gandalf’s such a sweet cat, constantly trying to join us for lunch :) And Jasper is a bag of fun too, always down to go for a run or play with a toy, so much energy within him. We have greatly enjoyed the area with all the hikes and amazing views. The local breweries and wineries are world-class. We would highly recommend helping out Mel and Lynda if you have a chance!
