Cat Sitters in Herne

Suzanne and Manfred were the perfect sitters for our alpacas, cat and doves! We invited them to arrive early to learn our routine and they quickly picked up how to "be" around alpacas! They were calm and organised and were soon accepted by the alpacas as safe to be close to! One alpaca was having antibiotic eye drops and they confidently completed the last few days of giving these. We received daily updates, photos and videos which reassured us that all was well at home! Suzanne and Manfred cared for the house, leaving it spotless for our return. Suzanne even made a delicious Thai soup for us for lunch...what a treat to return to! They had stripped beds and washed their sheets and towels which is certainly not something we expect as we arrive home quite early so they must have been up extremely early to get everything done ready for our return! This was above and beyond the job description! We thoroughly enjoyed the few days with Suzanne and Manfred, as they got to know the alpacas, before our holiday and we definitely now consider them as friends and hope that we will stay in touch and maybe meet again! This sit was complicated by the fact that we are selling the house and rehoming the alpacas so there was some uncertainty ....how many alpacas would still be at La Grand-Mère ? We know that Suzanne and Manfred have waited a long time to come to Brittany as well as to care for alpacas, so we truly hope that the uncertainty around our move wasn't too stressful for them! So ..without hesitation, we would recommend Suzanne and Manfred for your sit. You'll go away confident that your "babies" will receive the best care and your house too! Thank you Suzanne and Manfred for being the perfect sitters at a particularly stressful period in our lives! 😘

It is easy to communicate with Melanie, she settled in very quickly and found her way around. My two fur noses liked her immediately and I was able to enjoy my holiday in a very relaxed way. When I returned, my flat was in immaculate condition. I don't think my two really missed me. I can highly recommend Melanie and she is always welcome here.

I felt super happy having Ruth take care of my dog and cat, she was lovely, very capable and also fun :). Plus kept me updated with cute pics while I was away

Yvonne & Simon were both amazing and did a great job taking care of my apartment & two cats. They were very communicative leading up to the visit and kept in touch while they were here as well, sending regular updates and making sure the kitties had everything they needed. It was clear both Chester and Oreo really loved having them around from how quickly they got comfortable. I returned to a clean apartment and two very happy kitties!

Relana was excellent. She came on time and took care of our dog and our flat. It was so nice to walk into a clean home! We recommend her for pet sitting!

I am so grateful that Dounia came to take care of our house and fur babies. We had an emergency medical situation right before we left, and Dounia came to the vet with us, and faithfully followed up with the injured paw so our kitty was back to health when we returned home. She loved our cats like they were her own, sent us updates, and let us know if anything was happening at the house. I look forward to hosting her again!!

Eva is a great cat sitter. She learned both cats feeding/medicine routines quickly. She sent daily updates with adorable pictures. I could tell my cats liked her company. I came back to a very clean house. I highly recommend having Eva as your house/pet sitter.

Rabea looked after our two cats for a week. The house was clean and tidy when we returned and the cats were well looked after. Rabea let us know how the sit was going and sent us photos and updates a few times which was lovely! Rabea has also kindly agreed to reimburse us for an item which was broken, which is much appreciated :) would definitely recommend!

Noah and Coralie are excellent zeewoi. This is their second time caring for Mumu and our house. They kept everything clean, Mumu happy, and sent us daily photos. Mumu immediately recognized them and was very happy when he saw them. I highly recommend them as zeewoi.

I would 1000 recommend Lisa & Courtney. Dusty was so happy when I got home. Clearly very well looked after. Lisa sent me photos and updates frequently. My flat was spotless when I returned. Beds stripped, sheets washed, super super tidy. No negative feedback whatsoever. Absolute perfection. Thank you both. I'll be using you again!!

Arkadius has an obvious affinity for dogs, and they clearly love him back! Our dog Biggy instantly took a shine to Arkadius when he arrived and they clearly became the best of friends over the 10 days that we were travelling. Arkadius is organised, caring and sent us lots of lovely updates during his stay. We felt confident that our home and pet were in the very best care and were able to fully relax and enjoy our trip. When we arrived back we found a happy dog and an impeccably tidy home. We would gladly recommend Arkadius to anyone needing a sitter, and would happily have him back again anytime!

Don’t even hesitate to choose Alwina and Dane for your next sit. They were absolutely brilliant: honest, trustworthy, neat & tidy, communicative and looked after our pets and home like their own. They even picked up that one of our cats was sick and needed to go to the vet while we were away. They set our minds at ease, taking them to the vet, and caring for them so well afterwards. They were amazing sitters and we would love to have them back in future!
