Wow, a lovely housesit! The homeowners area great and the 4 dogs are extremely friendly, which was a pleasure for our family, including our daughter! We didn’t want to leave. The house is gorgeous and extremely clean, complete with a great kitchen for anyone who likes time spent around the stove. One of my favorite parts was simply enjoying coffee in the breakfast nook, staring out the window and enjoying the view. For walks, the forest and trails were beautiful. We housesat in the Spring and I expect it’s even more spectacular in the summer with warmer weather. We would housesit here again!
The pups, Finnley and Princess, gave us a lot of joy and company. Sally and Andy left detailed instructions about their home and the pets. We had a comfortable stay in a loving family home and would recommend this sit to others. Thank you Sally and Andy and family.
Ellen was very friendly & provided easy to follow instructions to care for the house & chickens. We arrived to a gift of snacks & treats which was so unexpected and appreciated. The house is cozy and tidy— a very relaxing place to spend time reading and drinking tea. The location is super convenient for trying restaurants & getting outside. We enjoyed Hyannis whale watch, bread & roses bookstore, crisp pizza, great awakening coffee, red cottage breakfast, hiking at crowes pasture conservation area, and more. The chickens are the sweetest ever, super social. Caring for them was easy, just changing food and water, providing grubs and herb/veggie treats, and closing them in their coop at night. We loved getting to spend time with them. Highly recommend this sit!
