Adam and Liesl are great hosts. We really enjoyed getting to know them, having excellent dinner together at their house the day before they went on their weekend holiday. The house is extremely spacious, especially for a big city like Amsterdam, and is perfect for a couple vacation. We loved cuddling at home with the very sweet dogs, enjoying the comfy sofa and all the amenities. It is clearly a house of people who love their home and enjoy cooking and staying in, although of course the city has a lot to offer as well. The dogs are super sweet and easy to fall in love with. Their needs were exactly as described on the listing, and the area has enough green spaces to walk them. We also loved taking them on the bike to the nearby lake (~10 min. ride) and swimming together in the freezing water. It was only sad that the weather didn't let us do it more than once. What a great sit we have just enjoyed in Lingfield ! Jo, Stuart and family gave us a great welcome and gave us detailed information about their home, pets and local area. The house is stunning and set deep in the country with walks in every direction from the front door. There are National Trust properties all around and the county is littered with picturesque villages and towns. The pet family are adorable, Archie, Ellie and Biscuit soon became our best friends, showing us walks and introducing us to the local pub! We had great weather, spent much of the time sunbathing in the garden and watching the sun setting from the hot tub ! 5 stars all day long, can fully recommend this sit. Best wishes, Phil & Liz.

We have been taking our dog to the Ruff House for over a year now. They treat her just like we would, and have really helped with her socialization and training. She loves the daycare, and we also regularly use their grooming services. They are truly wonderful, I recommend them to everyone!
We love The Ruff House in Greenbrier. The employees are happy and excited when you drop off and very efficient when you pick up. We tried another daycare near Great Neck in VA Beach (near my office) and had problems with our pup being bit. They blamed him saying he wasn’t reading social cues from the other dog. He did his temperament test at The Ruff House and they said while he did get amped up once (he’s a year and a half old), he was very good at social cues. He hasn’t had any issues. I believe they have more supervision and interaction with the staff. We have been so happy that our boy can get to play with his friends! He is tuckered out after a day of play! (He’s the yellow lab)
The Ruff House has been amazing! My Leti girl gets so excited when it's time to go in for daycare or boarding. I can trust them to treat my puppy with love and care. The report cards and pictures are a plus as a first time dog owner. Thank you Ruff House staff!
Staff is super friendly - never had any issues with booking, communication, or follow-up questions. I love getting pics of my puppers playing with other dogs her age during boarding. They always take care to keep her with the other grey-faced older dogs, knowing puppies are just too energetic for her. I always feel secure knowing my dog is being cared for while I’m away.
We take our dog there regularly for enrichment, daycare, and boarding. He always comes home so happy. The people there are wonderful and deeply love all the animals in their care. I can’t recommend them enough.

I just moved to Virginia and wanted to find a safe enriching day care for our dog. The Ruff House (Chesapeake) is amazing. Our puppy Pompeii has a great time there and comes home tired and happy. They feed him and make sure he’s an environment for his temperament. When I drop him off he goes with the handler no hesitation! They post pictures of your pet to your profile and cute report cards. Reasonable pricing too! I love this daycare and so does Pompeii
I have nothing but good things to say and would recommend their services to anyone. My dogs (and even my cat) love it here, and I never worry for a second when I leave them in their care. You can tell everyone is very passionate about caring for the animals, and the business is run efficiently and professionally.
My two babydogs, Rocky & Hazel, absolutely love it here when they are boarded. The care is top-tier which I appreciate as a loving & highly protective dogmom. My pups mean the world to me and I have so much peace of mind knowing they’re in great hands while I’m away. I also greatly appreciate the photos seeing them at play with other dog friends. My 13-month-old golden retriever recently began attending daycare, and I have noticed that he is quite fatigued when I pick him up. However, I am pleased to see that he is actively socializing and developing his confidence. The staff at the daycare has been exceptional; they are highly professional and demonstrate a deep understanding of how to handle and care for each of their clients.
Four Paws is Awesome. They helped take my pretty unruly and mouthy pup to a mostly well-behaved puppy. He is still a puppy but he is the most loving and social pup. I cannot say enough great things about Four Paws. Our dog has been going to their doggy day care since he was just a few months old, and the staff has been such a huge part of shaping his personality and behavior. You can tell that everyone genuinely loves animals, and they greet you and your dog by name when you walk in. They have tons of amazing training programs, and the prices are so reasonable. They even have bonus free days for regular day care dogs. The vibe is really great, and the business is run efficiently and pleasantly. Honestly, if they allowed human kids I’d send ours there too 😂
I took my dog for Four Paws for 2 years and sadly had to move away! I wish I could have taken Four Paws with me!! We did multiple training classes as well as daycare weekly. The staff are attentive and friendly. The facility is well maintained, clean, and honestly a dog's paradise. They have lots of room to run and romp or to lay around in the afternoon sun. Love this place and would highly recommend to anyone looking for training or daycare!
They aren’t a fan of bigger dogs, my dog has never been aggressive in his life and that’s how 4 paws labeled him. He is very playful and friendly and has never harmed anyone. 4 paws wanted us to muzzle our dog. If I could I’d give this place zero stars.
Boomer goes here for daycare at least once a week and he absolutely loves it! I love seeing all the pictures on Facebook of all the doggos having fun!
I had initially made a review immediately following Domino's training and after I was reached out to I decided to remove the post even though it was honest. There was a follow up meeting but I did not feel it made a difference. We had multiple conversations expressing our very specific concerns for Domino prior to starting the program. We were consistently reassured that his behaviors would be addressed. I paid $1250 and there was no noticeable change in his behavior. I was responsive and completed the homework. I don't have anything negative to say about the politeness or friendliness of the staff. Domino enjoyed his time there but that was a major financial strain for not one of his problem behaviors to have improved. I think it could be successful if you're looking to improve on leash skills. I brought up my concerns during both the drop off training and group lessons portions. I suggest having some kind of checklist or graduation criteria agreement beyond simply completing classes for that kind of time and money.
I feel awful having to write this review, as my dog really loved coming here, however unfortunately he contracted kennel cough from the facility. I was not made aware that the illness was going around, and when I called and left a voicemail first thing Monday morning stating that he had contracted kennel cough at daycare (he does not socialize with dogs anywhere else) and I would like a call back, I never heard from anyone at the facility. I spent my weekend taking care of a sick dog and got stuck with a vet bill. I understand kennel cough is a risk with daycare, and I am not upset that he got sick at daycare, however I am extremely disappointed in how this matter was handled and will not be returning. The daycare is still up and running, and as far as I am aware has not let any pet owner know about the transmission of kennel cough. Extremely unprofessional behavior on the owners part. I will not be returning. If you want a facility that cares about the health of the Pets and not just the money, I recommend going somewhere else. After writing this post I did have a manager call me. Whoever took the messages that day did not relay the message over to the manager. Mistakes happen and that is okay and they have fixed their mistake and are taking appropriate measures!

Just want to share my experience. Put my 10 month old foxhound lab into daycare at four paws inn, she has attended 3x after the first day of picking her up Both of her front pads were torn the skin lifted and hanging off. I noticed as we got in my car she wouldn’t stand on her front paws. Brought it to their attention the next day as we couldn’t return due to her needing to heal, once healed we go back for a half day on a Friday picked her up at 2pm she did well, now on tuesday I drop her off in the morning at 9:30 for a full day and not even 30min into her being there I received a phone call saying she was yelping when ever they touched her back. Mind you she was totally fine when dropping her off. They had no idea what it was they said it was up to me to let her play or they can put her in the kennel. They said she was acting normal but you can’t touch her back. I told them I would need a min to get back there so it was up to their discretion to let her play or put her up. I had then called my vet to let them know what’s going on and before I could even get off the phone with my vet they were calling me back saying I needed to come get her. I rush over get to her and as I’m checking her back the lady comes from behind the counter and up to us and my dog literally was so scared she started to piddle as she approached. After my vet visit, I called and left a message as to what my vet had inspected and said she had been bit or was rolled on to something as to the bruise and lump on her back. Now I have left two messages with the business one to inform them of the outcome and the next day calling to AGAIN keep her out to heal.. I have still have yet to receive a call back. I will say The staff is and was very friendly, At least a phone call to check up on her would have been nice or any sympathy at this point. My dog is now on 3 different meds since we started here.
This was my first experience dropping my dog off to ruff house (va beach) for Labor Day weekend because we were going out of town. I picked this facility based on the great reviews. I didn’t tour the facility with my husband b/c front desk staff stated there was a certain time that we would have to come in and we had to work. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary upon dropping her off. We did elect for play time for one day which was an upcharge. We never received pictures or updates regarding my dog. However we called Saturday and was told everything was going well and that she’s wagging her tail. She seemed happy she just wasn’t eating a lot. On Sunday we picked her up and she was panting like she was hot or didn’t have water. She looked a sweaty mess. I thought let me take her home in bathe her she might be overly tired. She slept all day Monday like she was depressed. As an update I called to speak to the manager Tuesday. The manager never came to the phone only relaying messages to the front desk staff that Asa wasn’t outside Sunday and they’re not sure why she was sweaty and panting. She seemed fine on Saturday when she was playing. Also I asked about room temp in the kennel and they stated it was 72 degrees which is a little in the warm side in my opinion. I will not be bringing my dog back. Unprofessional that the manager didn’t want to listen to my concerns.
Thank you all so much for taking care of our boy Milo. I was nervous at first leaving him for the first time since we've had him but with the staff taking pics of him everyday (I made sure to check lol) gave me and my family a warm fuzzy that he was being taking care of. I like the little report afterwards thats lets me know how he did as well. I look forward to bring him back for a future doggy daycare session to get accustomed to other pups. Thanks again!

We’ve been coming here for over 3 years. We’ve boarded our senior dogs with special needs, our super shy, skittish dogs, and our super active pups. All of them come back super happy and healthy. Staff is very helpful treat the pups with such love!
We boarded our two guinea pigs and we were so pleased with how clean their cage was when we picked them up. Their hay bag was full and there was food in their bowl so we know they were well taken care of. I also appreciated them being in a quiet area. We will definitely be back! We have boarded at another kennel previously and the difference is night and day. We highly recommend The Ruff House for your small animal boarding needs.
I was really worried about taking my dog to boarding/daycare for the first time but ruff house was nothing but helpful, accommodating, and kind. They were very quick & helpful when responding to all of my questions throughout the “onboarding process” & during my dogs stay! He tested into daycare and I’m so excited to see him grow and be properly socialized with other dogs in a controlled, safe environment. When I first received pictures of my dog playing with others, my heart melted. Thank you ruff house!!
It was my first time ever leaving my fur babies at a doggy boarding facility. The atmosphere is very clean. The staff is very nice and relaxed. They treated my babies really well and made sure that I knew they did well while I was gone. They’re very alert when it comes to their boarders and I love that. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
We had a wonderful grooming experience with Judy! Our pup came home happy, healthy and looking so handsome! We would highly recommend the Ruff House for their grooming services!!
Boarded our pup for the first time and we are so happy we picked Ruff House. The pictures taken during his stay shows how much he enjoyed it. They took such good care of him! We will definitely use them again for both boarding and grooming services.
I really wanted to love this place. I’ve taken my dog here twice. The first experience seemed great.. he was super tuckered out, and they took a ton of photos. Based on that, I decided to bring him back. This time, things were different. I didn’t really get much with the photos which I'm not too worried about, but he came home with an unusual amount of energy and INSANELY thirsty. He sprinted to his water bowl and i had to refill it twice.. which confused me. He’s not the kind of dog that requires constant stimulation to relax, so it felt odd. I had also requested a full groom for him, but when I picked him up, he didn’t smell fresh, which made me question if he even received a bath. At first, I let it go, but only a week later and he's showing signs that his anal glands are full. Now I’m wondering if I was charged for services that weren’t provided. To make matters worse, he has kennel cough. I don’t understand how dogs get sick in facilities that require updated vaccines. He’s never been sick before, and I feel awful for him.
If you’re looking for a doggy day care, stop searching, you found the one! If I could give 10 stars I would. This was my first time ever dropping off my husky Koda (5 years old) to anyone’s house other than family. I was nervous and I knew he would be to. Tamara and her husband reassured me and did everything they could to make Koda and I comfortable. She sent me real time updates and photos of what he was doing. She let me know how he was doing in the day and at night. His first night was rough being there without anyone he knows, but they kept him company and by night two he was comfortable and felt at home. When I picked him up I could tell he did not want to leave! I will for sure be bringing Koda back here in the future. Thank you Dappy Dayz Dogs!

When we moved to Virginia Beach, we tried a couple of popular kennels in the area for our geriatric pup and our kitty, and we had issues at both. Then I found Tami, and I'm so grateful we did! Tami and her family take care of our pets like they're their own. Tami is great about sending photos and updates, and is so patient with our geriatric Corgi. I was very nervous about sending my fur-babies to daycare especially since one is a pandemic pup and not fully social. When I dropped them off I felt so comfortable (I normally cry). Tammy explained how she would slowly introduce the other pups to mine so they won’t be overwhelmed. I’ve noticed so much improvement in my pandemic pup now that he is going to Dappy Days. Very patient and loving provider!
Tammy and Tee have been the absolute best this year. I moved here not knowing anyone and needed to quickly find somewhere I could trust to watch my dog, Hank. The first time I dropped him off he was nervous, but that was also the last time. Every time I dropped him off for a weekend he couldn’t wait to get out of the car to play, which made me feel really reassured that he was still happy and safe when I was away. Tammy and Tee were also always extremely accommodating to my schedule and flexible when I needed to change something last minute. They also sent me pictures of Hank every time I was away, which I loved and made me feel better. I am so grateful for their help and for treating Hank like their own. I wish I weren’t moving so I could keep going to them; Hank will definitely miss it there! I would undoubtedly recommend Dappy Dayz to anyone!
Tami and her family are incredibly wonderful caregivers. They make my dog feel like she is a part of their family. I loved the photo updates she sent to put my mind at ease during her first long-term stay with them (5 days). My dog also really enjoyed their doggie daycare! Tami really knows dogs and their behaviors - the dogs are watched and safe. My dog came home happy to see me, but equally comfortable in Dappy Dayz care. I feel so fortunate to have found such a great place for my dog to go for both long-term stays and daily doggie daycare.
Tammy and her family has taken such great care of my dog. I appreciate the schedule set up in place for the dogs, such as activities, nap time, lunch/dinner/snacks, and recess! The at-home environment is exceptional and has been a great place for my dog to receive care. He used to go to a kennel set up, but the setting was not an ideal place for him because there was no structure, the animals ran loose, and the staff were unprofessional and unskilled; basically setting my dog up for failure. Dappy Dogz is the total opposite! My family and I truly appreciate their dedication and attention in taking care of the pets. Thank you!! ☺️
We used Dappy Dayz on a regular for over night stays. Having a 24 hour shift, it’s hard to find someone reliable to watch your animals at a decent price. Having our paths cross a couple years ago, I was able to reach out to Tammy on a personal level to inquire of her up and coming business. Her and her family took our pup in with open arms, allowing him to socialize with other dogs, maintaining his feeding routine and sleep schedule. We actually felt guilty taking him home because he clearly was having a blast with his friends. She was flexible with our rotating schedule, accommodating for weekends and last minute day trips. We will forever sing their praises and we look forward to watching their business grow.
Layla had a fun day being introduced to the large playgroup today. I didn’t think it could happen because she has no other dogs to play with where we live and she can be bossy at times. But we both had an amazing experience today. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable in answering my questions and assuring me that they would keep a close eye on her . I won’t have any stress or anxiety leaving her here when I go on vacation. I highly recommend the facility in VA Beach and their staff.
My Alaskan husky has been attending daycare 5 days a week since Thanksgiving 2023. I never figured I’d be someone who trusted a daycare setting with the care of my dog but we began out of desperation and need for an immediate, safe place for her to be during the day while I worked and we’ve stayed because they’ve become family! My girl loves her time at Cosmo’s and I’ve felt 110% safe with her in their care during the days and most recently with her first boarding stay with them. Communication is EXCELLENT, care is only second to my own, and service and value are both exceptional. I love Cosmo’s but more importantly so does Jip.
Our young golden had his daycare intro today and we were slightly nervous as we didn’t know what to expect. The staff are wonderful, friendly and kind, answered all my questions and called to give us an update mid day. The facility is super nice, well taken care of and clean. We will definitely be using Cosmos again for both day care and boarding.
We boarded our 5 month old Golden Retriever here for 5 days. She came home with a bit more manners than when we dropped her off. She slept so well that evening, clearly from so much fun and play! We loved getting the daily report cards with photos!! The photos they took were such high quality, they almost looked like she had a photo shoot every day! We loved that they told us who her favorite pals were that day and also sent photos of her with her fur friends. We can’t wait to bring our Summer back for more fun! Cosmo's Corner has amazing attention to detail and I always feel good about having my dogs here. I love the report cards that get sent especially knowing who our dogs have made friends with whether it be canine or human! They take great photos and our dogs look so happy every time. We know our dogs had a great time while we were away on vacation and that gave us peace of mind. Everyone in our family uses Cosmo's Corner and will continue to recommend this amazing place to everyone.
We love Cosmo’s! The staff are absolutely wonderful. They are very attentive and call you with any questions, concerns or updates. We are never worried about leaving our pup with them! The crafts, pictures, and parties they do with the dogs are also super cute and fun! Highly recommend :)

We’re so happy with our experience! When my dogs have boarded elsewhere, they have come home seeming a little anxious and with upset stomachs. Not the case here! They came home in great spirits. They stayed clean and well cared for. And I love that there are little extras you can add on. Helps me with my guilt for not being able to take them with the human family for the holidays!
Cosmo's is great for both of our dogs! Our rescue gets private care since she isn't great around other dogs, but our little corgi loves playing in group with the other little breeds! We requested report cards for both of them, which came with photos and full paragraphs about their day. The folks at Cosmo's clearly love what they do, and we are so happy that we get to leave our doggos in such good hands. :)
I have been using Cosmo's for about a year now and highly recommend them! My dog is 11 and has been to many boarding places over the years, but this by far his (and my) favorite!! Groomers and staff are beyond amazing. I love referring people here.
My pup absolutely loves going to see her friends at Bark. Everyone is always so welcoming and happy to see her. She sits by my car in the morning waiting to go to doggy daycare at Bark. She comes home happy and exhausted. As a busy family with an energetic puppy, we are so grateful to have such a fantastic place for her to go play while we work. You can really tell the staff are all animal people.
The BEST doggie daycare/boarding facility I’ve ever taken my two rescue dogs to! The entire staff at Bark are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Love that I’m able to drop off my two dogs for daycare and have them bathed while they’re there as well! Such a great business in all aspects.
Carter loves this place! After a bad experience at another facility I was worried to try again, but SO glad we did!!! The girl who did his temperment test was so kind to him and made it the best experience for him! It is so great to see how happy he is when he knows he is going to see all his friends for the day! I have peace of mind knowing he is safe and having a blast! He always comes home sooo exhausted, but wagging his tail! Sansa loves her doggie buddies there. She comes home happy and tired. The team there is always interacting with the dogs. Also every night around 10 you can go on thier Facebook page and see lots of photos from that day. Always fun to see what your pup is up to. Update. Sansa is staying overnight. Love that pups stay in a cabana not a crate. Her BF is staying too. Bark let's them stay together so they won't stress out. Still the Best at Bark!!
I’ve always been paranoid boarding my babies, but I like the socialization aspect and when I do need to leave town without him I’d like to know my boy is safe and comfortable somewhere. I found that with Bark. Recently I had to go out of town to a wedding. Took him to Bark for the night, he always gets excited to arrive and greet his friends (both people type and furry.) So we arrived and he went back to play with the other pups. The handlers called me in the morning to let me know that my boy was not feeling good, he was acting irregularly, barely eating or drinking. Since the onsite vet wasn’t in that day they told me they could make an appointment for him later on that I could take him to, and that’s what we did. About a half an hour later I got a call from one of the owners who told me that my boy couldn’t wait so she called the vet and took him to be seen right away. I was about an hour drive away and I was on my way. The owner not only took him to the vet but was still waiting there when I got there. I was so pleased to know that Bark cared enough about my boy to make the moves that very well could have, and probably did save my boys life. I will forever be thankful to Bark and the staff for not leaving my boys side. He’s my baby and I felt terrible not being with him when he didn’t feel good, but Bark had my back, they showed him love. My pup ended up at the pet hospital getting emergency surgery and is now home fully recovered! Bark VB has a customer for as long as I’m in the area, I’ll always recommend them as well! Thank you!

The staff at Bark VB is INCREDIBLE to say the least. This post is long overdue - we initially brought our dog in for a meet and greet for boarding as the need for boarding came up quickly due to emergency. After the meet and greet went so well, we decided to bring our dog in for daycare - he goes every day because he loves it so much. He whines and begs to see his friends, staff and pups alike, every day. We are so grateful to be able to have a safe and fun place to board him when we need to travel. It’s been a great place to have him socialized - we’ve also started to have his grooming needs tended to here because he is so comfortable with the staff (our dog is skiddish about baths and nail trims). We always get comments about how well-socialized with people and other dogs our dog is and we know a lot is due to how careful and highly trained the professionals at Bark are to manage interactions. They call us with any concerns right away and are always on top of it when they notice anything off about our dog (ie fabric in his poop from eating toys at home). Our dog is one of kids and we are so incredibly grateful to have been recommended to the care at Bark VB. Thank you Mary, Jerilyn, and all the staff at VB for looking after our dogs so well and not only giving us peace of mind, but making it fun for our puppy day in and day out.
I’ve only come here for self-service dog bathing and private gym. Every experience has been amazing! My dog and I have so much fun here! He absolutely loves getting to run through their agility equipment with me in their gym. It’s excellent stimulation for him as well. We will continue to use their services as long as we’re in the area!
Our pup Pretzel absolutely LOVES doggie daycare here! When we tell him he’s going to “bark,” he immediately perks up and starts to zoom around until he’s in the car! The staff is so friendly and always welcoming! I highly recommend this place for doggie daycare!!!!
Holly Ridge Manor is an awesome daycare/boarding facility. My dogs get excited when they see our vehicle going that way. This facility has taken great care of our dogs. We have had them at other facilities but this one has far exceeded our expectations. I really like the fact that I can drive by and see my dogs in the open playing with other dogs without bothering the staff. My dogs love the staff and they are loved and cared for very well by the staff without incident. I highly recommend this facility to take care of your pets when you need them while at work or on vacation. They will give you a piece of mind of not having to worrying about them in your absence.
Holly Ridge is definitely five-star boarding. They take really good care of our rambunctious Pitbull. The grounds are beautiful and the buildings are always clean And well-maintained inside and out. You wouldn’t even know they boarded dogs there because it smells fresh and nice!! I love the way they communicate important information during the boarding. Their staff is professional and kind. I highly recommend Holly Ridge.
We just had our 10 month old puppy Blake at Holly Ridge Manor for a four night stay and could not be happier! She had an amazing time and got to play and make lots of friends. The staff took such great care of her including administering her medication. We had one very tired and happy little puppy at pick up and we will definitely be using them again.
I had my dog in for a two day stay at Holly Ridge, and I was very pleased with their treatment. She got lots of attention and was very well cared for. I really appreciate that they let you bring bedding and toys for your dog, which other places do not allow. It makes the stay so much more comfortable for your dog. I highly recommend you use Holly Ridge for your next boarding.
Our two dogs start getting excited the moment we turn in the driveway. The staff is always nice and we know they are getting great care. We have never had a problem. I would recommend Holly Ridge to anyone that needs day care or overnite.
My pup stays with Holly Ridge Manor every couple of months. She always comes back happy healthy and tired from all the play. The staff have always been friendly and compassionate to our dog. They do a great job caring for her while I’m away, and I feel secure and confident they will take great care of her each time.
Our dog Honey had a wonderful time at Holly Ridge Manor! We loved receiving updates from the staff, and Honey's "report card" was such a thoughtful touch. We recommend Holly Ridge Manor and will definitely be sending honey back to play with her friends the next time we're out of town!

We’ve been taking our dogs to Holly Ridge Manor for boarding for years now, and they’re awesome! Quick to communicate, great facilities, and they’re always great with Bear and excited to see him.
Another great visit. Goobie loves coming here! I used to live in Annapolis and went to a nice boarding kennel. Although the people were nice in Annapolis the facility and conditions were not as good as Holly Ridge. After he settled in, I asked to go back and see the conditions of his kennel which Holly Ridge was more than happy to oblige at the surprise request and couldn't be more at ease and happy with the cleanliness and condition of his kennel. He was on his bed happy and so was I!
We have recently started using 9 Tails Pet Care for twice daily visits for our two dogs and new puppy, and we could not be happier! Keke is a consummate professional in her running of the business and the app provides excellent communication and timely updates. Our pups love both Keke and Angel, who always ensure that they are exercised and engaged during the duration of the visits. Absolutely five star experience that I cannot recommend highly enough!
Keke is wonderful. She has stayed in our home on two separate occasions and our pets love her! I'm so very thankful for her patience with our new puppy who is definitely a handful! And for giving up her time to stay at our house with our gremlins.
We have 4 cats and hired 9 Tails to come check on them every morning while we were gone. We got pictures and a great rundown of everything. The app is easy to use, Keke was great with the cats and very responsive to messages and overall great to work with. We hired Keke to walk our dogs and she was fantastic! Her communication was great and she even provided pictures and videos of the dogs on their walks. We recently started hiring 9 Tails Pet Care to take care of our 16 year old dog, and we couldn't be happier! Keke and Angel are wonderful with Didi, and she loves them. I highly recommend them.
9 Tails took care of my cat (Sam) and my daughter's cat (Spud) so we could go visit family. The care both animals received was wonderful, I got daily pictures. Though both cats were very shy. My cat Sam hid under our bed and Spud was nowhere to be found when she came in LOL. Food was filled daily and the litter boxes were cleaned at each visit. Highly reccomend them!
9 Tails Pet Care has been doing an amazing job taking care of our furbaby, Yumi, while we are away for work. Working full-time with long hour of shifts, makes it hard for us to fully cater our baby dog’s needs. Gladly we found Keke and tried her services! It is very evident with the picture updates and in the camera, how much our dog loves their walks outside. They make sure to give her treats and a fresh bowl of water every after the potty break. Keke and Caitlin are very professional, passionate and definitely knowledgeable about dogs and with other animals. Keke is a Godsend!!! Keke is professional, responsible and dependable. She was very caring and friendly towards our cat. We were alerted to each of her visits to our home. Then sent both a visit summary and pictures of our cat. We will definitely use Keke's services again soon. Thank you, Keke!!
Keke and Angel were great to work with! They took great care of our two cats and followed the directions I provided. They took the time each visit to complete the daily care tasks and also give the cats lots of attention and love. I will definitely use 9 tails again knowing while I’m away my fur babies are well cared for.
