Nicole and Gabriel looked after my little Coco very well. I came back to a happy cat in a clean house. They played a lot with her and kept her busy.
I wish I knew they were coming with four big suitcases though. I saw a big scratch on the front door when I came back. I am going to accept only a solo from now, and will surely ask how much of luggage they come with.
Nicole and Gabriel, please tell that you need a big space to the owner next time, or use a public storage when you need to stay in a small place like mine. In Japan, it really costs a fortune for scratches when we leave.
Overall, thank you for your offer, and thank you for the lesson.

I had a wonderful sit with the gorgeous Fenn. She took a couple of days to warm to me but she soon settled and was the most gentle and cuddly dog . Fenn was lovely too take for walks so we enjoyed many of those. Michelle and Jeremy made me feel totally at home and comfortable and the pool was a bonus . Their home is an ideal position to enjoy all that Canberra has to offer, I was so impressed that Canberra is a very dog friendly city.

I had a great time looking after Sally-Anne and Ian's two labradors, Max and Bailey. There were so many footpaths and bridleways surrounding the village that we walked for miles. The dogs were well behaved on our walks and they enjoyed playing in the large garden once we returned back to the cottage. Highly recommended, especially if you like dog-cuddles! I know that I will be back in the future.

Watching Tiggy and Bytz for a week was a pleasure. They are very easy going dogs that love to go for walks and cuddle on the couch. They are well trained and easy to take care of. Bytz is very spunky and loves attention while Tiggy is a little more timid, but just as much of a cuddle bug once she warms up to you. Peter and Angela are a warm, funny, and generous couple who made us feel at home from the second we arrived. We are eagerly waiting for the next opportunity to travel to la Xara to house sit for them.

I really enjoyed this housesit over Christmas 2023, looking after Bubbles and Clive.

As Richard had an early flight, he kindly invited me to arrive the evening before. During a delicious dinner, Richard explained all I needed to know to care for the boys – nothing complicated, all very straightforward.

Bubbles is a joyful and friendly dog, loving cuddles, playing and walks in equal measure! Clive is a beautiful cat, independent during the day and enjoying snuggling on the sofa in the evenings.
Richard’s house is a lovely, comfortable home in a great location – close a local park and with a shop and bus stop at end of the road and Hampstead Heath is just a few minutes’ drive away.

I would welcome the opportunity to look after Bubbles and Clive again in the future.

I couldn't have had a better host or home for my first visit to San Diego. In our interview and in the house sit manual, Perry described Nori and Butternut's distinct personalities and food-focused behavior to a tee. It was fun getting to know these two-year-olds while applying Perry's experience to set them at ease.

When I arrived Nori was hiding under the bed. Within a couple of days of giving her space while speaking to her gently, she was allowing me to pet her chin and cheeks. On the last night, she found a cozy blanket in the guest bedroom, settled in, and stayed with me the whole night.

The more outgoing of the two, Butternut was my play pal, always ready for belly rubs after our time with the balls, springs, and wands around the house. While he was competitive with Nori for food and attention, I also saw his protective, brotherly side and found it adorable. Nori returned the favor by spooning with him most afternoons on the sunny back-living-room couch.

Perry's house is in a lovely location and full of light from the large windows. I especially enjoyed the view of the atrium from the dining room and the mountain views as I walked around the neighborhood. A neighbor saw me taking photos one evening and offered to take me to a spot she said was better because it lacked power lines. We conversed on the way, and once there, she even took pictures of me. I appreciated this friendly encounter with her and her dog.

I recommend this sit to everyone who enjoys the mischief of young cats and the beauty of gardens too. As a New Englander, it was a first to have orange, lemon, and palm trees in the backyard!
