It was a pleasure (not to mention a huge help) to have Randy stay at our house while we were away! He is communicative, thorough and just one of the the kindest people you'll ever meet. It made it a breeze to step away and enjoy the trip knowing Randy was taking care of things. The best part? It was evident from the moment we walked in the house it was like we had never left. The pets were happy as can be and the house looked great and he even took extra care of my heaps of house plants. I'd give him 10 stars if I could! Thank you, Randy!!

OMG!! If I could have left 10 stars for McKenna and Nero, I would have!! They were our first experience with pet sitters through zeewoi (zeewoi) and, frankly, they will be very hard to top! Maky and Nero were VERY attentive to our pets and their faraway owners. We liked them immediately, both as people and pet sitters! They communicated well, quickly, and sent those wonderful pics and videos of our fur babies to reassure us that not only was all fine, but our Tavi and Max were thriving. It was a long stay - six weeks - and a long story. One not without it's complications. The night before we were scheduled to leave on our trip, Max had emergency back surgery!!! Sadly, not an uncommon occurrence for dachshunds, even little 8 lb. minis. We, of course, postponed our departure for a week, but with Maky and Nero at the lake, we were able to leave Tavi with them so we could focus on Max. That was a blessing. The blessing continued in that neither Maky nor Nero were intimidated or uncomfortable taking care of a post-surgical little dog. We left on our trip to Australia to welcome our granddaughters into the world comfortable that Max was in good hands. Indeed he was. Maky and Nero followed all the post-surgical instructions, even the hard bits, with grace and ease. Max was handled with amazingly tender care which truly eased our concern at having to leave him. Tavi was not ignored either. Maky and Nero took him on walks and hikes. Gave him plenty of attention (and probably treats, if Tavi could wangle them ; ) ) Both dogs got plenty of love and snuggles which is the most important thing to them and us. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Maky and Nero. Hope they're available next time we need pet sitters! They spoiled us for that. We wish them both the very best and good pet sits and travels.
Harriet's home is a hidden gem. I like the fabric, I like the many beautiful details in such a good taste coming together...... the guest room I was staying felt like a cozy boutique hotel en-suite. But Nora the cat was the star of the home. She's very chatty and affectionate, making my staying so enjoyable :)
I had a good time looking after Chooch for a week in Oakland. It is clear that Katherine knows her dog well as she let me know exactly how to care for him before hand. Chooch is quite old so sitters must be comfortable taking care of an older dog. He is very mellow and happy just to hang out or sleep. His toe does get bloody since his back legs give out sometime. Katherine informed me of this before hand and how to care for it. There were helpful instructions laid out for his feeding instructions as well. I was able to work from home from Katherine place with no issues and took advantage of her nice yard space. The neighbors in the area were also very friendly.

I can't say enough good things about Fetch and the people that work there! My dog is very nervous when anyone comes to our house, so it can be tough for them to pick him up if we're not home. The Fetch staff are always patient and communicative, and go to great lengths to make sure he safely arrives at Fetch, and he loves it there! So appreciate this local business.
I can't say enough good things about Fetch and all of the staff. Truly a special place, there is no where else like it. My puppy loves going and has learned so much about getting along with other dogs. The staff is always positive and friendly, its a pleasure for the humans too!

My wife and I got married in Utah in September and wanted to incorporate our dog somehow into the ceremony. Tony came to the rescue and allowed us to have that very special to share with everyone, and then some! He was punctual, boarded our dog the night before and even gave him a bath to make him look extra spiffy for the big day. Best part, Tony blended in so well that everyone thought he was a wedding guest! Highly recommend for wedding services or even boarding!
If you are getting married, having Tony escort your dog down the aisle is an absolute must. We are so lucky to have been able to include our little 4 month old pup, Theo, in our special day. When my 4 year old frenchie had major spinal surgery this past summer...Fetch was so incredibly supportive and helpful. It was a tough time for my dog and our entire family. We learned how much Fetch was genuinely invested in our little frenchie as well as all the other dogs they care for. This is a very special place.
Be aware that before you can get a "confirmed" appointment for grooming you must submit immunizations records AND pay a deposit. I preferred not to do things via internet so I drove a considerable distance to take in the immunization records, even though I have always been able to show up with those at the time of the first appointment with a new groomer. When I entered their facility I was met with a stench and was subjected to at least two unhappy dogs constantly barking the entire time I was there. This made me uneasy since I thought it would stress my dog when I brought him in. None of his previous groomers have had that environment. I reminded myself that I had read good reviews and left with an appointment day and time. At that time nothing was mentioned about a deposit. Within a day or two I started receiving emails and texts that a deposit was required before my appointment would be "confirmed." I have never seen any other groomer require this. I ignored the texts and emails until, three days before the appointment I received a text telling me my appointment would be cancelled. I was not about to drive all the way over to leave a deposit I deemed unreasonable and not the norm. After some back and forth texts expressing my unhappiness with their process, I chose to let them cancel my appointment. After ending on a bad note, the receptionist I was texting had to have the last word and sent a text telling me "Have a good day!" Given the way things ended, this was clearly done in spite, but I let it go. I already hadn't been excited about their facility or policies. The next day on the same text stream I was sent an text advertising their doggy day-care. At this point, it felt like malicious harassment and I requested they no longer contact me. I do not recommend this business due to their unprofessional business practices. If you don't mind jumping through hoops, and are aware ahead of what you need to do, you may have a better experience.
Fabulous experience! Premier Pet Lodge is incredibly professional, the staff were all wonderful, and my dog came home happy and clean! Having been to other facilities recently, and being a veterinarian myself, I was very aware as to how much better he was handled here. Their communication while I was away was excellent and reassuring. Additionally, they have a wonderful veterinarian periodically on staff. I was very happy and will return.
My dog, Bandit, loves going to Premiere Pet Lodge and that is very important to my husband and I. Kathleen, the owner, and her employees are compassionate with the dogs. Christina, the trainer, is wonderful to work with and Bandit gets so excited whenever he see her. My friends wish they lived closer so they could use the pet lodge. We have used the pet lodge for daycare and when we can’t make pickup time, before they close, we have been able to make arrangements to have them to take him home for us. What a great service!

Moved here almost two years ago and struggled to find a goldendoodle groomer who didn’t mess up his cut like I’ve experienced way too many times. Jess is great as well as everyone there. My pup was very nervous going there at first, has anxiety issues, but now he just loves it. Before he clung to me when I dropped him off for grooming, daycare, or boarding, but now he just goes to the door freely barely saying goodbye. Ha. That tells me he is happy and that’s all I can ask for.
Premier Pet Lodge has been wonderful for our dogs! We bring them there for grooming and will likely also use them for boarding. It's also been wonderful to have Vet care right in the Kamas Valley. I can't recommend them enough. Their staff is loving towards our dogs and their facility is top tier- give them a try, you'll love them!
I am not usually a fan of boarding my dogs, but sometimes it’s necessary. I found Premier Pet Lodge and went for a visit. I found it to be clean and the staff very friendly. I’ve taken my dogs twice for quick trips and haven’t had any issues. My pups seemed happy and I even got some photos of them playing. It’s nice to know I have a place to take them and they’ll be well cared for.

The Staff is so kind! They send us photos of our dogs when we asked and didn't mind our fretful calling to check in on them. They always have good things to say, so it definitely puts our mind at ease! At drop off they accommodated us when we asked to add on a bath before our boys came home. When we picked up they were freshly deshed, tails wagging, and they had even washed all their bedding for us! Our dogs almost didnt want to leave lol. Thank you Premier Staff, our boys look forward to their future stay!
