Aga was amazing – she sent us photos every day updating us on how our cat was doing. She was EXTREMELY clean and left the place even cleaner than we had it. Would absolutely have her back!

It’s always nerve wracking leaving your beloved pets and home with a stranger - but Nathalie couldn’t have been more responsible and reliable. She took perfect care of our cats, with lots of updates and fantastic photos to reassure us while we were away. They very quickly accepted her and seemed happy and relaxed almost immediately which was such a relief. Nathalie was very thorough prior to the sit - she asked detailed questions and it was obvious she cared a great deal about making sure her stay was a success. It would be an absolute pleasure to have Nathalie sit for us again and I would not hesitate in booking her. We returned home from our holiday to a very clean and tidy house and two happy, healthy cats who had obviously been loved and cared for in our absence. Thank you Nathalie - it was a real pleasure having you sit for us and we hope to see you again.

I can’t rate Alex highly enough, he’s just brilliant! Our dog was so happy and the house was immaculate. Alex gave us regular updates throughout his stay, and we had such a great holiday knowing he was looking after our dog and the house. Can highly recommended Alex to anyone looking for a great dog/house sitter!!

Sabrina and Siraj stayed with my two senior dogs for a long weekend.Due to their age my dogs are not very easy to look after as they need extra care and time. Sabrina and Siraj managed them very well. Even though I didnt get to meet them in person but after few phone calls I felt comfortable leaving my babies with them. The house was left clean and tidy.

We were really happy to have Elle taking care of Kiki in our absence. She was amazing! She was reliable and easy to communicate with, and looked after Kiki and the house in an impeccable way. We highly recommend Elle! Thank you so much for your help!

It was great having Marelize look after Baloo and my place. She is reliable and tidy, and Baloo totally loved her. I felt at ease knowing that both my place and my dog were in good hands while I was gone. Even when Marelize realised she had an engagement to attend during the sit, she had already made arrangements with a nearby friend to provide cover for a few hours, and she checked it all with me beforehand so I didn't need to worry or search for a solution, which I greatly appreciately. I would happily recommend Marelize to others.

I cannot say anything negative about these 2. We had a bit of a bumpy start as they were delayed by 3 days, at no fault of their own! The global IT outage affected all flights to Berlin. But once they arrived everything went smoothly, our dogs were happy and well taken care of. The house was left in a decent state. They were quick to reply when messages were sent even though we had spotty service on our holiday and could not be reached 24/7.
