Heather and Mark were fabulous house sitters!! They were communicative and so friendly and responsible. They took exceptional care of our home and yard and made certain our plants were watered. I had a great time taking care of Humboldt, Mandu, Mochi and the Chickens. Sarah left me a very thorough welcome guide and I felt extremely comfortable during my stay. Humboldt is a big guy but he’s so gentle walking on his leash and lets you know where and when he wants to go. The cats kept to themselves for the most part or stopped by me while working for the occasional cuddle. I definitely recommend sitting for Sarah and this crew
I met Guy & Mykel at their home the previous week as I was staying nearby on another sit. They were very friendly, and the communications were great with a detailed print off of the requirements. They showed me around and explained where everything was, and I got to meet Cyd & Bob. The home is very comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen if you like to cook and great WIFI if you need to get online for work. The garden was just coming to life during my stay and I’m sure it’ll be fantastic in the summer along with the spacious garden studio and deck. Cyd is quite elderly and slept most of the time and wasn’t really interested in going out for walks but did occasionally wander around the garden. Bob on the other hand is an active independent friendly cat who was off out most of the time but did make a guest appearance most evenings for a chat and a tummy rub. It’s a 30-minute pleasant countryside walk into Four Marks using the footpath adjacent to the cottage with a Garden Centre and coffee shop halfway. In Four Marks there’s the station for the Watercress Line for steam train enthusiasts and the Triple F Brewery close by. There are also several National Trust properties close by to visit. This is the perfect location for a home worker with a car who doesn’t need to go out on longer trips.
I had a great time sitting for Lily and Jack. They are so easy to love, connect, and take care of. I miss them dearly! Stephanie is a great host, she was easily available before and during the sit to answer any questions I may have. Her post-its around the apartment and her detailed guide were so useful. We met in person before her departure and spent time walking through the details of her apartment and everything about the cats’ routine and care. The apartment is very well taken care of with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It is situated in a lovely neighborhood, steps away from the train and it’s only a 20 minute walk to downtown. I totally recommend this sit!

Sarah & Frank are just the kindest. I’ve had trouble with feeding our cocker and they have given me invaluable advice. Absolutely amazing! Sarah and Frank are very special people and I am so pleased I found them to look after my two fur babies. One of my dogs was very scared of other dogs, but they worked so hard with him and now he is great with all dogs even when we are out with him. It was so nice to be away and have peace of mind that the dogs were being well looked after and having lots of fun. The little videos we received whilst away were so lovely. Our puppy has been going to Golden Paws for the last 4 months. From the first time I spoke with Sarah, I knew she was going to take such good care of him. With their guidance, we put together a plan to slowly introduce him to her (and Frank & Bear ) and build up confidence for all of us. Our puppy now knows when we are in their road and bounds up the door to see them and their other guests. We have built up our puppy’s time with them, increasing to overnight stays and we have now just picked him up from a week’s holiday with them. Sarah sends as many photos/videos as you would like and her love and care for the dogs is wonderful. Our puppy has had the best time with them and his friends. Nothing is too much trouble and we are so thankful for them.

From the off, Sarah put my mind at rest that he would be in the best possible hands, and he was. Sarah and Frank could not have been kinder, not only to us but also with our pup, sending regular updates and treating him with love and patients in what could have easily become an overwhelming situation. Albie played well with the other dogs and slept soundly. We couldn't be more thankful to Sarah and Frank as we were able to go and enjoy a family wedding safe in the knowledge Albie was being well looked after. I'm so thankful for Pepper to of come to Golden Paws for a week's holiday 🐾 , they have been absolutely amazing ... They took amazing care of our puppy and her first ever holiday from us. We had daily pup updates , and she was a very well looked after happy puppy. Would 100% recommend and use in the future. Our puppy has grown confidence around other dogs now too which is amazing. I was so happy to find Golden Paws for my sometimes nervous chihuahua. Sarah and Frank have a wonderful way with animals and are truly caring. It definitely is a bespoke service and my chihuahua is being eased into being close to other dogs. Sarah sent me videos and messages to let me know how Billie was getting along and I could see in the videos how much progress he was making in this lovely calm and caring environment. I highly recommend Golden Paws and feel so lucky to have found them.
We left our puppy with Nicola and Andrea whilst we went abroad for a week. We could not have been happier with the service they have provided and the care and affection they have shown towards her -treating her as if she was their own. The daily updates are very reassuring and it’s lovely to see the photos and videos to show how much fun she was having with out us! We cannot recommend my best friend Chigwell highly enough and we will definitely be using them again in the future :)
Our Puppy loves Nicola!!, she is very professional and asked to see proof of vaccinations, micro chipping and in depth details of puppy during registration. She is flexible and reliable and takes him for lovely walks whilst he is with her. She is clearly very much a dog lover and loves your fur baby as much as you do. Nicola is fantastic at keeping me up to date with my dog throughout the day with pictures and videos. My puppy loves being with Nicola and comes home tried from all the fun he has with her. We are really pleased to have found Nicola and someone who loves our puppy as much as we do.
We had a fantastic time using the dog boarding service with Nicola. It was clear from speaking to her that she has great experience and knowledge about looking after dogs. As a first time customer our concerns and queries were put at ease with Nicola's professionalism and the continuous updates about our dog (including photos and videos). Nicola took a very good care of my dog when she was boarding for over two weeks. I received daily updates, photos and videos and I could tell that my little girl was having great time. I even started to worry that she will not want to come back home. It was a very good value for money and I can definitely recommend Nicola.
I stumbled across this company via Google search . I decided to contact them solely due to the smiley person in the image on the website, Nicola got back to me the next day. Speaking to her I felt reassured that she was the right person to entrust the care of our dog to. I am very pleased with Nicola and Emma, they are professional caring warm and friendly. They are at ease with what the do and the dogs are at ease with them too. I have used them more often than what I originally intended as our 9 month dog looks like he gets great benefit of the enclosed walk that we book him in for , especially being a lockdown puppy !!
Our dog LOVES hearing Nicola come to take him for his daily walk- he runs to get her a toy and wags his tail in excitement. When we got him from a rescue centre he didn't even know how to play or what a toy was, so it's amazing to see him run to his toys to share. Nicola is very professional and asked to see proof of vaccinations and micro chipping etc. She is punctual and reliable and takes him for lovely walks in Fairlop Waters which he had never been to before. She is clearly very much a dog lover and is confident walking him even though he is the size of a bear :-) We are really pleased to have found Nicola.
Nicola is a very friendly, professional individual, when we first met with Nicola our puppy who was 3 months at the time took to Nicola straight away and we could see that she would feel very comfortable. Nicola is always happy to answer questions and provide advice. We trust Nicola completely and most importantly our Puppy feels at home with Nicola. We have used day services as well as overnight and Nicola always provides lovely video and photos of all the fun our puppy is having. You will find a second home using Nicola’s services. Where do I start!! My puppy has been going on walks with My Best Friends dogcare Chigwell for the past couple of months and I cannot be happier with the service and fundamentally the care and love they show Hugo! It started with walks in the morning and as of recent I’ve not been able to walk Hugo because of health reasons, so Nicola and Emma have been taking him for the whole day and he’s so happy with them on the walks and has clearly developed a bond with both Nicola and Emma. He waits at the door every morning for them to arrive!! The updates daily with photos and videos are amazing and assures you that your dog is in great hands! They’ve also been amazing support as I cannot walk Hugo at the moment. Nicola is so knowledgable on all aspects of dog care and is also on hand to offer the best advice ! Thank you so much! Xxx
My pup has been with Nicola since the beginning of 2020. I am so glad I found her as you can tell she loves the dogs in her care and treats them all as if they were her own. Every time she arrives at my door my dog goes mental with excitement. I feel totally relaxed and calm knowing my doggy is in great hands. It's perfect for him to socialise too with other dogs and he always come home tired and happy. I can't shout loud enough about how amazing Karly is, we have 4 cats that are inside cats only, one of which can get very poorly. Using Furry Flitchers has allowed us to go away on holidays and weekends away here and there. All the cats love her and are absolutely at ease with her, she's accommodated all our different feeding routines and even has been able to administer their medications. She is trully a phenomenal pet sitter. She updates regularly and she genuely cares for your pets and showers them with affection and play. Toby has been going to Furry Flitchers for a few years now, for both day care and whenever we go on holiday. He absolutely loves it, he literally barges the door down to get in, and doesn’t want to leave! Karly is just brilliant, keeps you up to date with photos and videos. The dogs get lovely long country walks and its a home from home environment once in the house. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough.
Our dog Ernie has a fantastic time every time he stays at Furry Flitchers. He has stayed numerous times over the past couple of years whenever we go on holiday. He is well cared for and very spoilt. He loves spending time playing with the owners dog, who is a gorgeous boy. They have such fun together and on their walks in the countryside. Karly, Ty & Rosie provide a home from home environment, our dog Ella can’t wait to get inside once the door opens. They provide lots of love cuddles and stimulation along with plenty of walks. Highly recommend Furry Flitchers for the exceptional care they provide.
Karly and her family looked after our anxious cockapoo for 2 nights, our dog (Rosie) absolutely loved it. She settled instantly (something she doesn’t normally do), was made to feel part of the family, given all the cuddles and love Rosie demanded! Plenty of walks! Couldn’t ask for more. Karly kept in touch with photos and videos so I knew Rosie was having a great time- I could completely relax on our mini-break knowing she was in brilliant hands.
After discovering my little Romanian rescue, Mikado has separation anxiety, I started looking for someone who could look after her so I could get some sort of normality back in my life whilst I continued with her training. I didn’t want her to go to one of these daycare’s where they take 20+ dogs, I wanted her to have quality 1 on 1 time with someone who understood SA. I then found Karly at Furry Flitchers! We had a meet and greet first of all at Karly’s house. Mikado met one of Karly’s regulars, Lexi, who is a lovely and calm natured dog which was perfect for Mikado. Karly ensures her dogs are well looked after in her care and pairs up dogs she thinks will be suitable for each other. I receive regular updates, loads of pictures and videos which is lovely to see! Mikado has settled really well with Karly and always comes home tired which is a huge plus! Thank you so much Karly, for doing such a great job and also allowing me to gain my life back and be able to do things I enjoy.
Highly recommend using Furry Flitchers. For nervous first time dog owners, we weren’t sure about leaving Bailey with anyone else. So many visits and various overnight stays later, Bailey is very excited when we pull up and enjoys his time with Karly and her family. Karly updates us throughout the day and that initial worry has completely disappeared. I know Bailey is in great hands.
My dog absolutely adores Karly and her family, and goes crazy for them whenever she sees them. They have been walking her since she was a puppy, she has always been well cared for and gets a great walk. You can tell Karly loves animals and takes pride when looking after other people’s pets, she is also very reliable and professional at all times. Highly recommended!
I have used the services of day car, overnight boarding and dog walking. Each time I am kept up to date of my minature labradoodle’s fun filled day. I love the videos, pictures and reports throughout the day. I cannot sing the praises of the services I have had for my dog Lexi. So much so, my dog tells me through her actions when she sees Karly. She’s so happy and it tells me all I need to know. I am reassured that she’s in good hands. I feel further assured with the training Karly has too. I won’t ever look back and I’m so glad I found Karly’s services.
Im so happy that I found furry flitchers locally to me I had a meet and greet with Karly to make sure she and Luna and myself were happy and liked each other and I’m happy to say we were, she is such a lovely friendly lady, with confidence, which she needs with my my crazy 1yr old boxer dog Luna, they get on very well thank goodness , I find furry flitchers very reliable, everytime Karly goes to my house on Mondays for a pop in to let Luna out she sends me updates with video and pictures and also when she comes back later in the afternoon to take her for a lovely long 90min walk I get regular updates with videos of her running around very happy. Karly is always happy to do things thats requested nothing seems to be too much trouble, and prices are very reasonable. She is now also taking her for walks on a Friday afternoons for me while I’m working late. I can’t wait until she gets the go ahead for the full day care for Luna she will be so happy. This has to be the best decision for my dog, Luna, that I’ve made. Of course it takes courage to entrust one’s beloved pet with others, but Nikki and her team are fabulous. Luna is deaf so has her special needs! On meeting Nikki she was so keen to learn of Lunas little ways, so she and her team can truly meet her needs. Luna quickly fell in love with Bobbi, her usual walker, greeting her very happily and trotting off down the path with her. She comes back tired but very contented. The photos of her jaunt with Bobbi make it all worthwhile - see the photos of ‘during’ the walk and post walk! I have confidence in Nikki and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

We Love Pets looked after my pets very well while we were on holiday in the summer. There was a comprehensive pre-visit to find out all about our pets and their needs. Our cat requires daily medication and they were happy and confident to administer this. They also took very good care of our rabbit and our rats with their dietary requirements. Every pet looked healthy and well looked after and the house was clean and tidy when we came home. Just all done very well, thank you very much. Would definitely recommend.
Nichola and her team, put the happiness and welfare of our pets before everything else. When our dog Yogi, didn’t get on well when we used the dog boarding service for the first time, he was brought home and a house sitter was put in place and at no extra cost to us. His happiness was all that mattered to Nichola. We highly recommend We Love Pets (because they do) and we won’t be trusting our pets with any other pet care company.
Due to a change in personal circumstance I needed help with walking my Labrador on days when I needed to work. Nichola and the team at welovepets Chelmsford were excellent, from an initial call to a meeting with my dog, the dog walkers are great, the dog loves her walks and I have the peace of mind she is ok while I’m at work. I come home to a calm well exercised dog. They are flexible, accommodating and communicate well. Would highly recommend
I have an anxious dog who is very nervous of new people but Alexandra put in a lot of time and effort with my dog and Bailey now absolutely loves Alexandra and loved spending time with her! Nichola kept me updated with photos whilst I was away so I felt very comforted knowing Bailey was being well looked after. Will 100% be using 'We love Pets' and Alexandra again! Thank you! :)

I would like to thank Bobbi for taking Reggie on a couple of walks, I know he was a little nervous at first but he looked very happy once he was out. This was only a trial & unfortunately as I work in London, I didn’t like leaving him all day. There’s no doubt should I need a dog walker or someone just to pop in, We Are Pets will be the first people I contact.

Extremely happy with the service provided from Emma at Barking Mad. We have used the service twice so far and both times our Frenchie has come home happy after having a lovely holiday with a host family. We received regular updates from Emma whilst we were away with photos and Emma made sure that the host family knew every little detail about our quite high maintenance dog :D. We will 100% be using the service again for any holidays we go on as we will feel confident our dog is being looked after and having a lovely time being spoilt by another family. We have used Barking Mad on a number of occasions as an alternative to putting our Labrador into kennels. The service is superb with prompt pick up and return and the care and attention shown by all of their employees and carers has been excellent. Our Labrador always returns happy and healthy and we would highly recommend Barking Mad to other pet owners
Emma and her team are always very friendly, always very helpful and our Pooch is calm and happy when he is chauffeured home. We used to use a good kennel, but he was never as content and well looked after as he is now with Barking mad. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend 5 Star kennels, I have a Newfoundland who has stayed there about 5 times in the last 2 years. He is always happy when he gets there and very pleased to see everyone and looks really well when we pick him up. I do not worry about him as I feel Kevin is very knowledgeable. We looked at many kennels before we found 5 Star and I am confident we have chosen the right one.
From dropping off our Doberman we knew we had made the right choice. He stayed with them for 12 days and come out happy with no weight loss like previous places we have tried. Kevin was a friendly and helpful and made us feel at ease. Happy to travel again that bit further knowing our fur baby is being well cared for.
This place used to be great but it has really changed over recent years. There are much better kennels around that will keep your pet safe and treat their loyal customers with dignity and respect. Really sad to see 5 star become 1 star.
Collected my dog this morning, the kennel girls were lovely but sadly I wasn't impressed by the place. It smelt really bad in the reception area alone. I have paid £60 deposit for his next visit but I am happy to lose it and never go there again . I have booked him in elsewhere. They charge 25p per tablet per day to administer as it takes extra time. Seriously!!!
Lovely caring kennels. Kevin is very understanding about our elderly dog's needs and nothing is too much trouble. The individual and personal attention shows. The place is calm and tranquil unlike some I have used in the past. Very much recommended.

We used 5 Star for the first time in June/July for a summer holiday as our usual kennels were full. I never like leaving our dog with a kennels but the owner of 5 star was very helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating and patient with us when we visited to view the kennels. We were very happy with the service and would happily use them again or recommend them to friends.
We had been looking for a new kennel since the owners of our previous one retired and finally we have found one we are very happy with. My two dogs came out happy and healthy and greeted the owner with with enthusiasm and confidence which speaks volumes! The 45 minute drive for us is worth the peace of mind..!!
