I couldn’t love this groomer more. Stephanie is always kind to Milo (my dog) and all dogs coming; she hugs and treats her with care. The place is very professional, with the proper equipment, security and health policies. Milo wasn’t a fan of taking showers, but she loves her groomer and is overcoming her dread of showering. My dog is a chow chow, and with all that hair is not an easy job to groom her. We go back every four weeks, and it's always a great experience!

Took my English Cream Golden Retriever who lovely but hates blow dryers. They were great with dealing with his over friendliness and took great care in being patient and understanding with him. He really enjoyed himself, came out looking very handsome and smelling much better lol. I highly recommend this place for their care, professionalism, and the pricing!

I bring my large Goldendoodle here frequently. He is not an easy one to warm up to strangers, but he loves going there. I walk him alone the rail trails and he can get mighty dirty. He always comes out looking and smelling great!

My dog is a rescue and very skittish. Stephanie and her crew have the magic touch, the ability to calm a nervous animal and make them feel safe. Thank you for taking such good care of Marty. He looks gorgeous!

Stephanie does a wonderful job on my 6 dogs. 2 greyhounds, lab mix, border collie, cocker spaniel mix and Australian cattle. My dogs were never comfortable with other groomers and once we will not go anywhere else! Thank you so much Stephanie!!!

I absolutely love Thumping Tails! Mike and all of the walkers are incredible with my 2 year old Bernese, Teddy! As a first time dog mom, I was so nervous to let anyone walk her. After meeting Mike, I felt a lot better! Ever since, I’ve been using thumping tails any time I need a walk. They are so accommodating, the walkers are all so sweet and I truly feel like they love my dog! They also always send the best pictures of her, update me on how the walk went, show how far they walked, and tell me when she gets a treat & fresh water!! ♥️ there was one time in particular where Teddy had a tiny drop of blood on her paw. They called me immediately. When I got home later it turned out to just be from her first heat that had just started. But knowing all of the walkers care so much and contact when necessary is the best feeling in the world! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!!!

I have two cats who are very shy around strangers. One big exception, they love the people from Thumping Tails. They get petted, fed, litter scooped, talked to and get their pictures taken. It makes me feel good to get the photos to see they are doing well but just a wee bit jealous at how much my cats seem to love them! When i get home, i get the “oh it’s you, you’re back” look. I am beyond satisfied with the level of service we get from Thumping Tails. I know my cats are in good hands and being well taken care of.

We're so grateful we found Thumping Tails! Mike and his team are awesome! Super reliable, friendly, professional -- our primary walker is Brendan, our pup Joey's BFF. He gets lots of love and treats on his walks. We always know Joey is taken care of and in wonderful hands with the Thumping Tails team.They have backup walkers to help keep reliability in scheduling and offer other great services like socialization and play. We can't recommend them enough!

I was so impressed with Thumping Tails. They were recommended by our vet and they lived up to their reputation! My husband and I loved the photos and notes from each of the visits. I think that’s so valuable - it gave us peace of mind. One of our two dogs was a rescue and is very nervous. They calmed her down and got her on a leash we were able to get her outside. Thumping tails is terrific!

We started using Thumping Tails in January 2021 and have been happy customers! Our dog Oakley loves Michael (the owner) as well as his brother Brendan who walks dogs with the company as well. We cannot say enough great things about Michael and his team at Thumping Tails! As a two working parent household it has been tough to find someone to help us occasional mid day week days with our sweet pup. With Thumping Tails, the pricing is competitive and there is always someone available for the dates and times requested, and they offer a wide range of services. Since our dog is leash reactive, we choose playtime in our yard and often have the same few dogwalkers come by to care for our girl. They note any health concerns, make sure she gets her exercise in, refill her water and of course make sure she goes potty. We could not be happier and neither could our dog - who actually smiles when they come by she is so excited!! I recommend Thumping Tails to anyone who needs a dogwalker.
