This was our first pet/house-sit and we had the most wonderful time with Teasel, Tambor and Fizzy Lemon! They are all very affectionate and sweet and a joy to spend time with - we grew very attached to them in the space of just one week. Jane has a lovely home and garden and lives in a beautiful area with lots of friendly locals, stunning walking close by and a fabulous pub right on the water’s edge - which you can walk to from Jane’s in around 5 minutes. We highly recommend Jane’s pet/house-sit!
Anne and John are very kind, and provided us with a detailed welcome guide. We had a great time caring for the chickens, the adorable cats, Rosie & Claude, and Misha the doberman. Rosie and Claude are lovely company, both enjoy a cuddle, and are real characters, Claude joined us on a few countryside walks from the house :) Misha is a gorgeous big doberman, although shes only walked on lead and is very strong, we've got lots of experiance with dobermans and were fully confident to take her everywhere with us. We walked Misha a few times a day and enjoyed socialising her. Misha ia well behaved at home, is very affectionate, and loves to play ball in the garden, shes great company. Thanks Anne & John, we enjoyed looking after your lovely home and animal family
We loved our week in Istanbul with the curious and adorable Siamese kitten, Oscar! He is so friendly, interactive, intelligent and cuddly! Rebecca was excellent to work with. She was really organized, welcoming, and down-to-earth. She thought of everything in advance to make our week in Istanbul as easy and enjoyable as possible. She replied to all of our questions promptly. She was very professional, kind, and helpful. The apartment was really beautiful, spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Anyone would be lucky to spend time at Rebecca's place with Oscar.
It was a great pleasure to look after Wolfie and Hudson. They are very lovely, sweet and well trained. After the first day when we get to know each other, they gave me so many cuddles. I miss them a lot. This was a wonderful housesitting. The very confortable house has everything you might need and the location is perfect. In few minutes by car, feet or bus you can go to the old village that is beautiful...with more time you can go to Mont Tremblant station or to the national park. If you like to cook, to go to restaurants, to hike, to ride, to swim, to go canoeing, to chill, to buy second hand clothes, to watch wildlife, to go to concerts (jazz festival!)...this is the place for you. Thank you so much Anne-Marie to let me stay in your place...I had a marvelous time on my own and with the cats.
We LOVED hanging out with Maddy for the weekend. She is the sweetest girl and so easy to take care of. The house is beautiful, clean and relaxing. Staying there felt like a mini-vacation for us. Sam was flexible and communicative. You won't regret housesitting for them!
