Amy and her team took great care of my babies! I am so glad I found her place. I can’t wait to bring Luna back for daycare and I know they will be safe and happy if we have to leave them overnight again. Thank you for my peace of mind and thank you for treating them so kindly!
My pit bull terrier plays here 3x per week and looks forward to it. The staff and owner are amazing and it's 5 minutes from my house. Excellent service, excellent pricing, excellent care. Highly recommended!!! Making friends, playing, and exhausted when she gets home.
First time going to get my yorkie groomed here and they cut her to look like a schnauzer dog which I’m very upset about. I was expecting her to be cut down short but not to look like another breed. will not be coming back again
Cooper is healing. It was red and raw by his tail. They gave him 2 shots a d pills and spray which he doesn't seem to like.
We have boarded our 2 Siberian Huskies at K-9 Kingdom a few times for long weekends. The dogs really seem to enjoy themselves and come home tired. I do NOT like their new policy of no collars allowed. Both my dogs have Fi GPS collars on them. I use the collars to track their activity. With both of them not being allowed to wear their collars, I was unable to track them. Which gives me peace of mind that they are getting their necessary activity.
Our family recently had an unfortunate experience with K9 Kingdom. I am writing a negative review to share our experience and hopefully prevent others’ pets from negligence. We did research before choosing this kennel a few years ago and had a few solid recommendations. It seemed like a reputable and safe place to leave our goldendoodle while we were away. We went away for an extended weekend over the 4th of July. The last day of our trip out of state, we received a voicemail from the kennel informing us that our goldendoodle had been bit by another dog. We were told that our dog was administered “first aid” and then returned back to group play after a brief separation. We had to requestion documentation/photo evidence of the bites (which ended up being several punctures and lacerations), we asked them that they take him to the vet next door to get examined by a professional, and we had to demand that they isolate our dog from the other animals for the remainder of his stay. *What should have been a standard protocol for a bite incident, wasn’t a consideration for the kennel. After cutting the vacation short to urgently return home same day, my husband arrived at the kennel and was shocked to see the condition our dog was in. He is a large goldendoodle with a thick coat, which made it almost impossible to see the extent of his injuries before he went to the vet to get examined/shaved. He had multiple injuries and was clearly scared. There was no apology from the staff, over the phone or in-person at pick up. They failed to properly supervise the dogs and had allowed them to interact without proper precautions or vetting other dog's behavior prior to group play. Most worrisome, they failed to provide proper medical care (until we demanded it), as our dog clearly needed professional medical attention and antibiotics due to the bite(s). While I appreciate them paying for the vet bill (which the owner initially stated was “unnecessary”), it does not change the fact that my dog suffered physically and emotionally because of their negligence on handling the situation. Accidents happen, but how they handled the entire situation and care afterwards was despicable. The kennel’s lack of compassion and care for our goldendoodle was inexcusable. Had we not advocated for him (while out of state) to be seen by a professional, further infections could have developed. Had we not requested he be removed from group play, another bite could have occurred. I strongly advice pet owners to think twice before entrusting their beloved furbabies to this kennel. We are still having follow up appointments with our current vet to monitor his wounds, continue additional antibiotics, and administer laser treatments to encourage healing, blood flow, and new skin growth. Overall, our experience was extremely disappointing and traumatic for us and our dog. I hope that by sharing our story, others may find another kennel where their dog is prioritized and treated as a family member instead of as income for a business.
They worked amazingly with our dog, who has arthritis in his hips, but is a busy body. They gave him breaks throughout the day, so he would not stiffed up. We are quite happy with the way he was when we got him back, after aa week.
Great place lovely lovely people who are very understanding of our weird four legged member of our family. Dogs love it always come away worn out
Our Siberian Husky has been here for daycare and we boarded him here for 3 days. The staff is very attentive, someone is there 24/7. They do not crate the dogs they are allowed to run free. My Buckeye loves the swimming pool. Prices are reasonable.
First time to groom our elderly dogs here. Our male is deaf and senile. They were so gentle and calm with him. Our female has heart failure and easily anxious. They were wonderful with her too. Good cut and also cut and dremeled nails. Great job from Danielle and her husband. Will come back even though its 25 minutes from where we live.
Camp Bow Wow offers playtime for my pup at no additional fee during his stay. He gets to socialize with other dogs for 7 hours out of the day making him tired at the end of the day. I like how personalized his "cabin" can be with his toys and bed and the attention given to his particular diet. It was an added bonus that he could be bathed before pick up, but for me it eased my concern being able to see him everyday through the camera to assure me that he was doing well.
The best place to board your dog or for daycare! Staff is friendly and understanding! Hours are perfect and the prices are affordable and I have two dogs! Just the best place and would recommend to anybody!
I love Camp Bow Wow Highland Heights, the staff is very friendly and I don't have to worry about my fur baby. They sometimes call me asking when is Titan coming back. I board him without worry because I can view him on their web cam.
This is the worst camp bow I have ever been to. I tried them twice since the Bedford one was out, and almost shame on them for recommending this one. I sent my dog there one time and mishap happened, so bad I got my money back after reviewing videos with the manager. The manager apologized and asked for another chance. So I sent my dog there again after my last trip. Even worse WORSE mishaps. I am shocked , horrified and disgusted this place is still in business. If you love your dog NEVER trust this place to follow their disposition, food schedule, or anything else. My first experience was having my dog placed in the wrong area, I called them (multiple times) and they said they needed a manager. Well the manager approved, sent my dog their for a previous planned vacation and the same thing happened, after I dropped him off , explained it to three people , including saying their manager already signed off, they all said they got it. Next thing you know my dog is being attacked. No word from the manager, or any of the workers. Eventually said it was a “misunderstanding”. Not sure why they would keep dogs that attack or hump other dogs continuous when it’s happened so by times. Sent from my iPhone
My two Jack Russell's went in for their interview and had a ball. They were wore out for like two good days. Just what they needed. We were looking for boarding while out of town for an upcoming trip and decided that we will also use them for daycare on some days as well.
Bow Wow's is always a positive experience for my dog. I love that you can check on them periodically and I love that the care givers are all so kind.
This place is a godsend. It's especially helpful because I work 10 hr days and hate leaving my dog home alone. She absolutely LOVES daycare and always comes home super tired. It's also reasonably priced, I love that I can watch her on the cameras, and the staff are amazing.
Everyone at Camp Bow Wow is really nice and very professional. The place is super clean which is great considering all the fur babies that are there. My baby attends day care but will eventually do boarding and I can definitely say that I am totally comfortable when I leave him there. My favorite thing is the web-cam, I can't get any work done because I love watching them play!
I love camp bow wow! My beagle Benny loves it there, and absolutely adores the staff. The people who work there are so nice, Missy is always great. You can just tell how happy he is by pulling up to the building for drop off's. I also love watching Benny play with his friends on the camper cams. Highly recommend.
Went there today to train for a job there and the dogs are crammed into a caged area, rolling around on the ground on urine and mop water, this Place need shut down I'm calling inspectors to come in there, so sad, owners that drop their dogs off their don't need to own an animal, I'm getting you shut down, and having inspectors sent there, horrible horrible place, sickening and sad!!!!!!!
Dogtropolis is an absolute GEM for pet owners, and I couldn't be happier with the experience my dog, Oakley, had during his stay! 😊 In posting this review, I’ve utilized both their day care and boarding within the same week. The welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made it easy for this anxious, new-ish dog mama to feel at ease about leaving him behind when leaving for a work trip. When I went to go pick Oakley up, he was looking very happy and still wanted pets from everyone there as we were leaving. I will say that I absolutely LOVED receiving updates on how comfortable he was in their care. I highly recommend Dogtropolis to any pet parent looking for a safe and loving environment for their furry family member! Picture the morning I picked him up and brought him home:
If you're an anxious dog parent scouring the area for a daycare/boarding facility that you can trust--stop. This is it. We had previously boarded our Husky at 3 different facilities, and each time at pickup we got the impression that he got "lost in the mix". He was unkempt, the employees didn't seem to have knowledge of how he behaved, and we were up-charged for everything. Here are the reasons why we've been SO IMPRESSED with Dogtropolis: 1. The facility is CLEAN and it smells great. 2. During our "interview", MK was kind and knowledgeable. She walked us through the process and gave us a brief tour of the facility. During pickup, Maddie gave us a detailed report on how our dog did. The staff is very attuned to dog behaviors. 3. We've seen the owner of Dogtropolis in the play-space supervising the dogs. 4. Scheduling boarding is easy and affordable. There are no weird add-ons or up-charges. The staff is very thorough with care instructions, and they allow dog beds/blankets/toys from home. 5. We have boarded our dog there 3 times now. During pickup, we don't have to say a word. They know who we are, and who our dog is. They tell us the last time he ate, and how he did. We always get him back in good-shape (I think they even brush him), so he doesn't look like a gooey, slobbery mess. This makes me feel good. This makes me feel like they truly care about him and watch out for him. Highly recommend this place. They do it right.
Dogtropolis is the best! After working from home for a long time I needed to return to work and bringing my two dogs to Dogtropolis made my return easy and seamless. The staff is very knowledgeable and has taken the time to work with my shepherd who sometimes needs some extra guidance. Both of my dogs love it there and I couldn’t be happier with their daycare program. I plan to use the boarding option the next time I need to leave town as well. I can’t recommend them enough! Photos of my worn-out girls below!
Mickie my 12 year old Cleveland Kennel rescue has been given her social abilities back to her. She is very leash reactive; through Dogtropolis she has been given the gift of doggy day care able to play off leash with dogs of all types. She’s been going to day care since May and even boarded with Dogtropolis. They are organized, caring, and really know my dog. It makes me happy that I can feel secure that she’s safe and loved when I go away.
Our dog LOVES this place. The staff are incredibly caring and patient and we can tell Millie likes them a lot. She greets them with the same level of excitement she has when she greets me! Not only is Dogtropolis a great place for Millie to get her energy out (she has endless energy) but we strongly feel that the socialization she gets with the other dogs has helped her in all aspects of life. She has boarded overnight several times and is always well taken care of. She comes home happy and tired but will still be staring at the door the next day wondering if she can go back. I am so thrilled that we found Dogtropolis and I know Millie is too!
Love Dogtropolis! Or dog comes home nice and tired every time he’s there. AWSOME staff! Friendly and caring environment. Extremely clean. They have soft music for nap time for the dogs… just all over a great place to take your dog, and know they are well cared for.
I cannot say enough positive things about Connie and all of the folks at Dogtropolis. Aggie is our first puppy and we were so relieved to find a place we feel 100% comfortable having him spend time. He LOVES it there and when we say "let's go see the doggies!" he gets very excited and can't wait to arrive! A phenomenal place with great staff, great dogs, great space. what more could we ask for?
I cannot say enough positive things about Dogtropolis! Everyone on staff is friendly and they really get to know their dog clients and owners. Clean, safe open play areas for the dogs. Boarding is so convenient and includes all-day play time with the dogs in the cost. Prices are very fair. Great business!
This was our fall-back choice for a close place to board our doggie at the last minute, or when our primary choice is booked. However, we discovered this establishment has excellent boarding and playtime facilities. Their staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They seem to love their four-legged guests and they have efficient routines to manage the varying number of dogs they may board at any given time.
Dogtropolis is the best! Everyone is super friendly, knows our dog by name, and you can see the care the staff have for the animals. My dog is excited the minute we pull into the parking lot and I feel like she is in the best hands when I leave her for the day at Dogtropolis. Can't recommend this place enough!
Our dog Barkley is in the BEST hands at Heights Canine. He did a weeklong training program with the staff that was so helpful for him and us. He often plays at daycare, has a blast, and comes home tired! We also trust Heights Canine when we need Barkley to stay overnight. The staff is friendly, educated, and easy to work with. Can’t recommend Heights Canine enough!
I held off reviewing heights canine because admittedly my dog can be difficult. She is very leash anxious so it makes it hard to socialize sometimes with other dogs, and get very protective around people when other dogs are around. However, after two other daycares were able to work with her I find how heights canine did to be very poor. I dropped my dog off in the morning as requested, and gave them the instruction I give every daycare about my dog. Within 30 minutes they called to tell me I needed to pick her up and that it would not be a good fit. I find this an incredibly disappointing effort for a daycare that brands itself as having trainers on staff, it is clear after working with other daycares in the area they did nothing to make her feel comfortable and immediately gave up and called me. If your dog has no issues, heights canine might be great. I really cannot say. All I can say is they did not live up to the expectations they set.
My dog that is only 20lbs was mangled by a very large dog while I was out of town. They didn’t care for him as if he were there dog. They didn’t take him to the vet to be checked out. He had bite marks all around his neck and I was told that it was just a scratch. There were multiple scabs. Each picture is from a different bite. But I was told they examined him fully, when I made them aware of the other marks their response was “We didn’t see that.” But he was examining fully right??? Very disappointed in the service we received!! I’m sure if one of their dogs were attacked they would have taken it to the vet to be seen and get a Tetanus shot. THEY WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER REFERRAL FROM US!!!
I took my dog, Hank (a DDR/Czech working line GSD) to David and the good people at Heights Canine when he was 4 months old. We started with their basic obedience and within 3 months had finished it and their off leash program. We went once a week for an hour and left with homework for the following week that David held me accountable for completing before our next class. Each week I felt like I took home a completely different dog because of how vastly he improved his behavior after each hour at HC. Because of the time and work that we all put in, and because of David's incredibly high level of expertise, Hank is now a 16 month old (85 lb already), high energy dog that's easy to get a long with. Not only does HC's program help you out while you are in class, but it also gives you the confidence, basic understanding, and ability to continue to progress after you leave. Lastly, I have also taken Hank for overnight boarding at HC and I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for my dog. For a little bit extra I had David and his staff work with Hank on a few small things and they also made sure that he got plenty of exercise! There are few companies that I would bother to review online, but I cannot speak highly enough of Heights Canine. I am hoping to get Hank back in for some more classes in the near future as well!
Heights Canine is really wonderful my pup 🐶 likes it there very much when she gets home she’s tired from all fun she’s had the staff is wonderful also …
Great Experience with Heights Canine. Facility is professional and very clean. Staff went above and beyond taking care of our four dogs. They are very prompt, polite, and professional both on the phone and in person. Will highly recommend them! Thank you again!
We LOVE Heights Canine so very much. We have a very anxious dog (Choppy!) who can be reactive when out on walks on the leash to other dogs and humans. She absolutely loves Heights Canine and she is very well behaved there with the dogs and staff. The staff are so attentive and wonderful they make her feel safe and secure. She boards, goes to day care and has completed the board and train program. She has gotten SO much better!! My spouse and I say on a regular basis, "What would we do without Heights Canine?!?" I can't say enough good things.
Absolutely wonderful place to bring your dog! They have extensive training knowledge and experience. Very professional staff and tailor their programs to best help you and your dog. Highly recommend to any and all dog friends!
So a year ago I gave this facility a 5 star review, because at that time they deserved that rating. I have changed my review to a 2 star. The reason for this is that they have had a extensive turn around in staff In the last several months, and sadly they are no longer the competent dog day care facility they were. I have been a customer for over 4 years, but am no longer. I was informed last week that they can no longer “handle” my large dog, because he apparently is too energetic and strong, for the current staff of so called dog handlers working there. I have been told by the owner he is friendly and gets along well with humans as well as other dogs. The ONLY reason he can not attend day care there any longer is because he likes to push barge plow, call it whatever you want, through when a door is opened to get out. Sound absurd, yes that’s what I was told. I have since enrolled him and his brother at a different day care, asking them if this was a problem for them, explaining it the exact way I was told, I was informed they were very equipped to handle such behavior as it is very common. Shocked that this was even an issue. So in my opinion, if your dog is a model citizen and is not too large this might be a good place for you. But if they are very energetic and large, go somewhere else. I will end on a positive tho, Everyone that I have encountered at the facility in the past and present has been very friendly.
I have an extremely friendly 2 year old GSD that I wanted to board while I was on vacation. I called to check in on how she was doing and was informed that she was just in the crate. When I asked why they said that she wanted to be in the crate and that she wasn't interested in playing with other dogs. She is very energetic and we go to our local dog park 5 days a week where she plays very nicely nonstop and never wants to leave. She also is only crated at home when in trouble, so I knew that that was not true. Additionally, I'm not sure how she would have communicated wanting to be in a crate as they claim. When I explained to them that that does not really add up for the aforementioned reasons, they just said they'd try to let her play later. Thankfully I was able to have her picked up immediately and brought to a much better facility that allowed her to play, and she didn't even want to leave at the end of her stay because she had so much fun playing with other dogs. I would highly recommend calling to check in on what your dog is doing because it's likely that you'll be paying a lot of money for your dog to be crated all day. Will not be returning.
Rachel took very great care of both my cats, she came over and did a meet and greet in person beforehand which I really appreciated. I was worried about my boy cat because he is not the most social but I believe Rachel’s calm demeanor broke him out of his shell. Will definitely use her services again in the future.
Rachel is amazing! She has watched my cat many times and each time I know I don't have to worry when I'm gone. She sends me photos and updates each time she comes to see him. She is dependable and reliable and I highly recommend her services!
Reliable. Responsive. Great with my critters and a good communicator. Would recommend. She goes the extra mile!
Rachel was wonderful. We loved her thorough intake and attention to detail. She sent great photos and updates. The best is coming home to a happy cat. Definitely recommend.
Rachel was amazing. Not only helping me with walking, but great advice on nutrition and other things. My dog really liked her. I've had a walker before, but Rachel was in a different league. I highly recommend her.
Rachel is wonderful! I was so nervous about leaving my cat who is very shy and has never been alone since my other cat passed away. Rachel took great care of her, checked in Daily with notes and photos and put my mind at ease. When I returned home the litter boxes, water bowls and food dishes were spotless and Rachel even brought in my mail. She is a lifesaver. ❤️
Rachel is great with my two senior cats (and a crested gecko). She handles both cats' medications, including an inhaler for asthma. I have her visit 2× each day when I'm away, and she sends updates with pictures or a video for every visit. My elder cat really only cares about getting his meals, but the younger eagerly jumps in her lap whenever she sits down and is so happy to have someone for pets and playtime. She also caught that he might have acid reflux, and after discussing medication with my vet, he no longer gets an upset tummy when he eats on an empty stomach.
Rachel has taken care of our two cats during our two most recent vacations. She does a great job, communicates daily with notes and photos and videos, assuring us that “our boys” are doing just fine. We’re glad to have found her service and recommend her highly!
I've used Rachel's VIP Petting Sitting for two years and couldn't be happier with the great service and utmost care she provides my two cats. Mabel and Gracie love Rachel and are always happy and purring away when she visits. Rachel is prompt, will send you pictures and videos of her visits, plus write adoring journal notes of her stay which always makes me smile when I return home. I never worry when I'm away because Rachel is with my fur babies. I highly recommend Rachel's VIP Pet Sitting to the local community!
My first time using Rachel’s VIP petsitting and I was very happy with her services. She was warm, knowledgable, and detailed. She took notes and listened to my detailed instructions very carefully. She communicated with both text and pictures during each daily visit which really put me at ease. Most sitters drop down food and water and leave. She gave my pets the love and attention they need including administering meds and supplements. I was grateful not to worry one moment while I was gone. Thank you Rachel for your kind and gentle care! I hope to have more opportunities to use your services again!
Great staff and services offered at PawsCLE. I have regularly utilized daycare services since my puppy was 5 months old, now 1 year old. For daycare, scheduling/having a reservation is a must as they appear to fill up quickly - but we have never had issues with it as I set up a recurring reservation. The flexibly of adding reservation dates and cancelling reservations is made easy with the online account portal. My pup loves going to daycare and comes home exhausted, which is nice if you have things to do in the evening. The report card/photos each day are also a hit! We began using the grooming services when they became available and have never looked back. Jocelynn is our go to, but she has mentored the other groomer (Moriah) so I'm sure she does great work also. There are not enough stars to give this business what it deserves!
We have been very happy with the accommodations and services at Paws CLE since we started with a grooming in November 2023. Our girl always seems eager to visit and happy to head home and rest when we've had her in daycare. The grooming services along with the daycare/boarding really sets this place apart if you are able to take advantage.
*SINGS* WHERE EVERYBODY KNOWS YOUR NAME!!! ok where everyone knows your pups name. Even from day one! And as someone who has a fur baby with a unique name, people knew who Princess Cotton Kandy Periwinkle Unicorn was from day one and got her name right automatically. I should name her Norm because that's the same "Cheers " welcome she got on her first day!
Great place, they take notes and adjust techniques to improve your dog's experience. They really do try and it has shown with my pups. The Woofgang Bakery and Grooming was getting so shady and unprofessional, my dogs were starting to get too scared to go, so I decided I needed to find a new place. I found this place and couldn't be happier, they took their time with the pups and they now love "Spa Day"again, and they look fantastic. It was a night and day difference in quality and experience for the pups. Highly recommend, it may take a a visit or two for them to adjust to your pup's needs, but know they are adjusting and trying to create a more positive experience for your pup behind the scenes.
This was our first time using PawsCLE grooming service and we couldn’t be happier! We have a big dog (Great Pyrenees) with a complex coat, so I’m always nervous using a new grooming service, but the groomer we worked with was really knowledgeable and did a great job with our boy. This is the best his coat has looked and is a perfect length / thickness for the spring. We also got a report card with a picture (attached) where he was described as “wiggly, curious, and stubborn” but also “lazy” 😂! Which checks out. Looking forward to using them again.
Jocelyn did a fabulous, fabulous job grooming our elderly, anxious pup! The best haircut she’s had in years. Everyone we interacted with at Paws CLE was friendly and professional. The intake process was thorough and easy to do online. We will definitely return.
Goldie LOVES going here. Best staff ever. Full service. Grooming, daycare, boarding. Join the waitlist it’s worth the wait. PROMISE.
Paws cle is everything we had hoped heights canine would be. My dog is a little anxious and needed some help feeling comfortable, and they did a great job with her. Unfortunately there is (was?) a wait list, but it is worth it.
I seriously smile every time I drop our Mila off at PawsCLE! Our big, yet very timid Bernese has flourished since starting daycare here! Now, a little over 1, she can still hardly control her excitement whenever we pull in to drop her off. We've boarded her several times and have never ceased to feel comfortable and secure in her care. We truly feel like Jeff and his team are like family and watching our pup have the time of her life; well, that's just priceless. Can't recommend enough!
Great group of people who are very caring and make your experience enjoyable and easy. I have only used their daycare services, so I cannot speak for their boarding. My dog loves going there. Highly recommended.
My dog had a stroke while boarded here and i was not informed at all. When she was picked up my husband was told “she’s walking a little slow” it was beyond that my dog had completely lost function on her right side of her body and we were not made aware. Dan is a very kind man and that’s why I’m having such a hard time understanding this extreme act of negligence in not informing us and allowing her to sit in a kennel in that condition. Also we paid for a bath for both dogs if you pet either of them your hand would be brown afterwards. Never again extremely disappointed doesn’t BEGIN to describe my feelings
I have dropped my dog off there every week day for the past 1.5 years and he always comes back happy. He’s excited to go in and happy when he comes out. If it wasn’t for Dan my dog may not be alive today. Dan had noticed a lump on my dog’s throat and notified me the day of. It turned out it was cancer and I was able to get my dog into surgery just in the nick of time. Now my dog is going on 6+ months cancer free thanks to Dan. We are forever indebted to him and his wonderful staff.
I was super nervous about leaving my dog Lucian boarded for 2 weeks because he has bad anxiety and had a horrible experience when we boarded him a couple years ago at a different facility where he wouldn't eat and they just let the dogs run all day. He had lost 10lbs maybe more and was super mad at us.... When I called pet lodge to get him in I talked to the owner Dan, he was extremely nice he went over prices and vaccine requirements. The day I brought my dog in I was super emotional, Dan came out and made friendly contact with my dog pet him on the head scratched his ears!!! I left there with no anxiety I was happy to hear that he had his own little room where he could eat in peace and not run all day long when we got home he was so happy happy to see us he looked great not to thin which I get your family leaving you is hard on a doggo but he had a quick turn around time (like a day) and he wasn't mad at us this time!!! I will be using pet lodge in the future if I ever have to board Lucian again!! Thank you so much for taking such great care of my furr baby!!!+
Pet Lodge USA of Beachwood is the best. I have been bringing my dog here just about every day for daycare for over a year. What is unique about Pet Lodge is that each dog has their own room rather than being in a large open area with all the other dogs for daycare. This was an attractive option for us as our dog is on the smaller side, so we know she is safe while away from home. Each room also has a TV to keep your pet calm and entertained. Pets get one-on-one attention and bathroom breaks, and there is even an indoor track for exercise. Booking a reservation is also very easy. You can schedule reservations and services while you are there in person, or you can call on the phone. Prices are affordable and the location is convenient. We have also boarded our dog here for overnight stays while we go out of town, and she always comes home happy and healthy. I have seen several returning customers and familiar faces while bringing my dog here, so I know that many other customers are satisfied with the Pet Lodge as well. Furthermore, the owner Dan is amazing and truly loves what he does. He is always friendly and excited to see every pet that comes into the Pet Lodge. Dan has done a wonderful job designing the Pet Lodge's accommodations, as well as the lobby. Dan decorates the lobby for different seasons and holidays, and it is always fun to see what decorations he comes up with. You can tell that Dan really cares about the business he has built and his customers very much.
Dan, owner of Pet Lodge USA, took excellent care of our 16-month-old doggy on two recent occasions (for a week each time). I found Pet Lodge USA to be professional and responsible. Pet Lodge USA is a great resource for dog owners in Beachwood and surrounding areas. Our wonderful dog went willingly with Dan at drop-off, and seemed quite happy when I picked him up, and willing but not over-eager to leave.
We've had many visits to Pet Lodge (or Doggie Sleep Away Camp as we sometime call it). Dan and the team are great and our dogs are always excited to head back to their "rooms", the track, or the latest episode of whatever is showing. We hope you and your pets enjoy the experience as much as we have over the last 10-12 years.
We cannot say enough good things about Pet Lodge! Our girls always love coming here. We can always be assured of the great care they receive. We recently moved to Florida and on our recent trip back to Ohio, we brought the girls with us so that they could stay once again at Pet Lodge. They know the minute we turn the corner where they are going and can't get out of the car fast enough. Dan and his staff get 5 stars always!!!
Great place, great staff! Our cats have been regular guests for years. It's always a great experience for them and us!
Great place! Dan the owner is always there to greet with a smile and is always friendly! Facility is always clean and he treats my dog like it's his own. Been boarding my dogs there the last 4 years and have never had a problem. Be sure to make reservations way in advance due to the fact they fill up quick in the summer and around the holidays. Thanks Dan for providing such a wonderful service for our 4 legged friends!
Dan was professional, efficient, and caring. We have used other boarders in the past with both good and bad experiences. As usual, we were apprehensive boarding here for the first time, especially during this pandemic. When we picked up our dog he was happy to see us, but appeared happy in general. He looked and acted energetic and well in the days to follow. He did not go into his usual post boarding mood. 😩Thanks Dan for keeping your word to keep our dog safe and cared for! We will be using your facility again and recommend to others. 😊
I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Wright Pet! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease to the idea of leaving my dog in their care. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has plenty of space for the pets to roam and play. The staff is incredible—so friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do, special shout out to Jack and Rob! They made sure to ask about your dog’s specific needs and preferences, and I was impressed by how attentive and caring they were. It’s clear they treat every pet like their own! I also love how they offer a variety of services, including boarding, grooming, and daycare. It’s so convenient knowing I can rely on them for short-term daycare or extended stays when I’m out of town. Their prices are very reasonable. I have total peace of mind with them. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, loving pet boarding and daycare facility run by great people, The Wright Pet is the best in the area. I highly recommend them to all pet owners!
I've been taking my dog for almost a year and still love it. They are never over crowded, and my dog went from being nervous and hiding, to running up to the doors and scratching at it within a few weeks. You can 100% book online, which helps if you have a constantly changing schedule or last minute house repair, and you want your little one out of the way. Prices are fantastic, and the virtual report card at each visit it a great touch.
We love taking our dog, Dougie, to Wright Pet. He is so excited when we pull into the driveway. He loves all of his friends and is so tired when we pick him up. It's a great way to get out all that puppy energy! We always recommend Wright Pet to anyone looking for daycare for their pup.
As a helicopter dog mom I can’t stress enough how thankful I am with the staff of the Wright pet. From booking to pickup the staff was helpful, reassuring, knowledgeable, and caring. My pup boarded for almost a full week and was able to attend daycare during that period. I was able to watch live video of him at day camp and was given the cutest daily report cards. I am so thankful to them caring for my pup so wonderfully. He was all smiles when I picked him up. I was amazing to see him so happy in a new environment. We will be continuing day camp after such a positive experience.
My pup, Murphy, and I have had a great time with The Wright Pet! He has been there for day camp and has boarded with them when I was visiting family a couple months ago. I really appreciated being able to check the day care cameras to check up on him (he might not have separation anxiety, but I sure do!). The staff is great and I was confident that he was in good hands. I am visiting family for Christmas and won't be able to bring Murphy with me, but I can rest easy knowing that the folks at Wright Pet are going to take good care of my baby. Kristen and the rest of the staff are exceptionally attentive when it comes to Murphy and responsive when it comes to any question I might have. I respect their high level of professionalism and the highest level of care that they have given to Murphy. I would recommend them to anyone!
Used the boarding while I went on vacation. The dog never came back so relaxed in its life. The report card sent out at the end is very helpful and also sweet. Thanks for the great service.
We boarded our pack of 4 for a weekend stay. Very clean facility. The hours for boarding dropoff/pickup are wonderful. The staff was very nice and easy to work with. The owner came to the lobby to introduce himself when we picked them up, which was appreciated. Best of all, our dogs were well cared for. I definitely recommend them and we will be using them in the future.
I love this place. I went on vacation recently and left my dog ciri there. First time leaving her somewhere and was nervous. They assured me they will take good care of her and they did. They provided me updates and there were live cameras and photos also to check up on her. She made so many friends and had fun while she was there.
Boarded our 10 month old Bernedoodle for the first time for a week while on vacation - great experience. Got daily "report cards" as well as photos and could tell she was having a great time not only in her suite at night, but also with the day campers during the day, especially her new friend Captain. Drop off and pick-up was seamless and they had everything ready to go when we arrived on both ends. We both ended up having great vacations. Will be back next time we're heading on vacation and need to board our dog.
I have taken my 2 year old german shepherd here the couple times I have been out of town and have always been happy and he definitely seems to be as well. He is a very nervous doggy and is still getting used to being around other people. I got him untrained and just work with him on my own but the Wright Pet treats us both so kind and my Koda boy doesn't have any problem going which says a lot. Thanks for your gentleness and kindness, staff!
