We spent a wonderful month in Annabel and Graham’s home, watching spring bloom in the garden. The adorable Phoebe took her time to come round to sitting with us, so we gave her plenty of space and when she was ready she rewarded us with head butts, purrs and even sleeping on our bed. What a treasure this tiny affectionate cat is. The house is exquisite and the grounds beautifully curated; wild plants sit with the exotic under ancient trees. Early morning and evenings would bring deer, owls and other wildlife to the lake and garden, we were in awe. It is so peaceful here. If you enjoy peace and quiet, we highly recommend this sit. There is a lot to see and do locally; there are wonderful woodland walks, archaeological sites, beaches, beautiful villages, pubs, live music and art, all within a short drive. Thank you Annabel and Graham, we would love to return one day.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about my two months looking after Squeaky! First and foremost, Squeaky is such a delightful cat - super sweet and loves to cuddle once she warms up to you. She was the perfect snuggly companion for those times I was working from the living room couch. Kelly and Reiner are also fantastic people. Incredibly kind and welcoming when I met them prior to the sit, communicative throughout the sit, and very helpful when I left something behind at the house. Their home is beautiful - warm and cozy during the winter months, with beautiful art everywhere you look and a stunning view from the living room. I felt right at home. The bed was comfy and the wifi stable and strong for remote work, including multiple video calls daily. They also made sure the home was stocked for any seasonal specific items I needed, such as salt for the driveway and pellets for the wood stove. The thoughtfulness and attention to detail in preparations was greatly appreciated. All in all, highly recommend!!
I had an excellent stay at Ashley's home. She has a beautiful house, and the highlight was spending time with Lily. She is a very affectionate and well-behaved dog. Lily was my companion for work and walks, and it was truly a pleasure to take care of her while Ashley was away.

I had to leave short notice and have 4 pets (yes , I know full house) 2 cats and 2 dogs . I can’t tell you what a happy feeling it was to see the dumb pictures of my guys just being happy . They love their aunt “Vee” . It made going away so less stressful . The most important little beings in my hands were being cared for by someone who CARED. I would recommend Vee wholeheartedly to anyone I know . All pictures from different days she was in my house . lol
Venus came in clutch for me when I had to go out of state for a few days and needed someone trustworthy to look after my boy Milo. She took great care of him, providing photo and video updates throughout the day, ensuring my fur baby was well looked after. Venus also offers drop in visits for those who have multiple pets! Vee is hands down the best pet sitter I've ever used. At the last minute, my cat needed eye drops twice a day and I was going out of town. Vee came over twice day for a long weekend and took such amazing care of him. She let me know her ETA every day and sent photos and really thoughtful updates. I've used a few different cat sitters/cat sitting businesses in Brooklyn and Vee surpassed all of them. Her background as a vet tech is also really comforting. Will definitely work with Vee again!!

Vee's been my cat Geneva's sitter for a little over two years and I couldn't be happier with her. RidgeWalks have been taking care of my dog, 2 cats and a bunny for few months now. I never worry about our cats when we go out of town because we have Ridgewalks catsitting. I used to go out of town and worry, especially because we had a problem cat who stopped eating and got constipated. Then we found Ridgewalks. I don't worry at all any more. Sure, I have petcams up but I rarely check them. Honestly, I think the sitters might be magic. Their updates are epic. Their photos keep me sane. I'd never leave the cats with any other pet sitters.
Ridgewalks is the best! My dog (Rosie) can be challenging but Tim and Christine took the time to walk me through everything and answer all my questions before the initial meet and greet. At the meet and greet, CJ was so patient with Rosie who was not on her best behavior. And since then CJ has become Rosie’s favorite! They have worked miracles with Rosie and given me peace of mind while at work. They have even managed to introduce Rosie to a walking buddy! I honestly think this has helped Rosie’s behavior, walking and confidence so much! I also love getting the walk reports with great photos and seeing all the other neighborhood dogs on their instagram:)

Used WoofMeow over the Christmas holiday to look after my cat. My cat wasn't the nicest, but even then, WoofMeow was still exceptional and caring. Gave daily updates and very communicative. Looking forward to using the service again in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about WoofMeow! It's certainly more expensive than lots of dog walkers on Rover or Wag, but I'm paying for a team of walkers who have been background-checked, are incredibly reliable and super professional, and actually know what they're doing. All of my last-minute requests have been accepted because there are lots of capable walkers at the ready. On the very few (like...two) occasions when I had concerns, the owner Myrna promptly responded after hours to make everything right. Wholeheartedly recommend!
Myrna took such good care of my pittie Canelo. Since we had just adopted him, he was nervous around strangers when I wasn't in the house. She was patient and took time to make him comfortable around her. He always looked forward to their walks and Myrna would always send me pictures of him through the app. Scheduling with Myrna was very easy through the app, and she always replied and confirmed visits quickly. Canelo will miss her!

I started using WoofMeow for my cats when my longtime catsitter moved away. They have been phenomenal! I have two cats and book the daily 30 minute visit which includes change of food and water, cleaning litter and playtime and pets. It is incredibly easy to book via their app, and the owner, Myrna, is super responsive. The sitter provides a daily report and lots of pictures (via the app) which provides reassurance while you’re away that your cats are in excellent hands. Highly, highly recommend!
Best cat sitting service ever! Myrna (WoofMeow's owner) took such a good care of our two baby cats! She is very professional and responsible. We got daily updates and pictures, during each visit thanks to the very easy and helpful app (it does work perfectly from abroad too!). Right before leaving, our youngest had to have an emergency surgery. Myrna was very reassuring and helping. She stayed at our place the few first nights to nurse our fur baby, and play with the healthy one. When it got better, she visited one hour daily. She adjusted to us all along, as we were adjusting to our cat's recovery. She dealt like a pro with medications, the cone, adjustments, and all the very specific indications regarding the complicated situation and our two cats. She was very attentive to both our cats and it was just what we needed. I'd recommend WoofMeow to anybody who'd like their fur babies being taken care of. We really loved how concerned she is, loving to our cats, and even took care of the plants. We'll definitely use WoofMeow's services again, and recommend to anyone who's looking for a pet sitter!
I cannot say enough good things about Diana (the owner at Forest Hills in Home Pet Services) and our walker/pet sitter Diana. Both Diana’s are amazing. We are so incredibly grateful for all that Diana (our walker) has done for our family. It is so hard to find someone who cares as much about your fur babies as you do, and Diana truly does. She loves our two dogs and two cats as if they were her own and keeps our apartment spotless when she comes. She walks our dogs 2-3 x daily, is always on time and cleans up after the pups. She even makes the dogs beds, something I do not even do every day. We are grateful beyond words that we found her. Thank you for all you do Diana!!
Great service. This is a comprehensive and caring service. I have two Cats and live in Forest Hills, NY. I recently moved and needed a new Cat Sitter. I am so glad I found InHome Pet Services. I've only been using IHPS since January but am so happy I chose them. They are all fantastic and my dog clearly loves them. I feel extremely comfortable with the walkers and know they are truly looking out for my dog. For example, after my bulldog's eye surgery they were providing feedback on whether or not she looked well that day- what more could you ask for! Not to mention they offerred to give her medication at no extra charge. They're always available, even last minute, so I can say they are really reliable. I would highly recommend them if you're in the area and looking for a dog walking service!!
After moving to Queens last year, we tried a couple of different dog walking services but found In Hope Pet Services to be the best. They have been reliable, conscientious and professional. My dog enjoys his walks with them and they are very good with giving feedback on his behavior. I recommend them highly and my dog gives them five 'woofs' and two paws up.
What a great find! With a schedule taking me out of my house on an inconsistent schedule 7 days a week and both daytime and night, In Home Pet Services has been there to be a loving, caring presence to my dog. My dog has some medical issues requiring some special love and care for walks, food, and giving of medicine. But they have embraced every situation and my dog adores them. It is such a relief to know my dog is well cared for as I need to be out of the house for work or pleasure during the day or evening. They are stupendous.

They are kind, professional, trustworthy and I could tell my cats were receiving the proper attention when I would come home from vacation. They took great care of my 2 cats Alexander and Puma. Even when I emailed last minute to extend my trip back home in Texas they responded right away and they also let me know the cat food and litter was running low and they could pick it up for me.
Amazing experience with my cat Pumpkin's care! I’m so grateful to Paula and Kristo for the excellent care they provided for my cat. Dottie (dachshund) was looked after by Paula and Cristian in our apartment over a long weekend whilst we went to a friend’s wedding. They provided us with loads of updates and photos ensuring that the we always knew how things were going. They are both highly experienced in pet care and I had no hesitation in leaving Dottie with them. They took her on long walks and treated her to pup cups and she had an amazing time! I think that by the end of the stay she loved them more than us! I can’t recommend Paula and Cristian more highly - we have already booked them again and Dottie can’t wait!

Rubin’s Paws is the best!! He takes care of my cat all the time and I always know she will be taken care of in the best way when I’m gone. Rubin has been a responsible, professional, and gracious help with our dog Brutus. Prior to hiring him, he was very accommodating to first meet us and take Brutus on a walk as we shared our needs and schedule. From day one, he has checked in daily with updates on walks, including photos which we love. He also makes sure to confirm what days and times you need him to swing by well in advance. He’s flexible as well. Some weeks we don’t know our schedule at the start and he’s been really accommodating about adjusting. All in all, if you need someone to take care of your pet(s), we wouldn’t recommend anyone more. Thank you, Rubin!
Rubin is the absolute best. I rely on him to take care of my girl when I’m working long, sometime sporadic hours. He always comes through for me and I know that my pup is in good hands with him. He’s communicative, reliable and I’m eternally grateful to have him around!

Rubin is amazing! He is always so caring with our little guy, Franklin. He always makes sure Franklin is feeling comfortable when we're out of town and Franklin loves him! We've had Rubin walk and feed Franklin at least 5 times now and he's always sent us a great update on how Frank is doing. I cannot even express how happy I am to have found Rubin's Paws. We were in a terrible bind around Thanksgiving and needed a pet sitter last minute for our dog, Frank. We are extremely protective of Frank, and have had some bad experiences in the past, so it was very important to us to find someone we could trust. Not only did Rubin reply to our request quickly, he was able to fit us into his schedule during a holiday. When he came by to meet Frank, any fears we may have had quickly flew out the window. Frank loved him immediately, and he has a calm and warm presence that put us at ease. He is extremely knowledgable, kind, and experienced, and as we expected our boy was very well taken care of while we were gone. We have since hired Rubin many times, and now feel like he is part of the family. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for the highest quality pet care.
Rubin did an amazing job coming in & watching my cat twice a day for about ten days. We were both in touch a lot, he let me know how she was doing, turned the A/C on when a heat wave happened, even got her to play, which I have trouble myself doing sometimes. All around a great person, definitely one to trust with your little important creature. Highly recommended!

Pawsability has been such a life saver. I mostly use their dog walking services, which gives me relief to know that Johnny will have some human and outside time while I'm away at work. They have been great at responding to my emails. I love the frequent photo updates they upload. I can tell Johnny enjoys his time in daycare and on his walks. Overall, their customer service is amazing. I have years of work experience with dogs, cats, and wild animals so I take extra precaution with my own child. I personally don’t want to take Yuna to a dog park to socialize because I can never know if other dogs are vaccinated or may injure Yuna, resulting in high vet bills and of course distress to my best friend :’( At Pawsability I know the dogs are being constantly supervised by trained professionals, and the dogs have been behaviorally checked with updated vax reports. Yuna has so much energy that alone I struggle to tire her out. When I drop her off at Pawsability I know she’ll be totally konked out later that evening! It’s so clear that the staff really love Yuna and the other pups. Molly in the morning is always so excited to see Yuna, Lauren in the evening has called Yuna the little mayor because she likes to take a little good bye tour in the lobby, Brandon the manager is super professional and keeps folks up to date in case the pawrents need to be aware of any weird growths that have popped up XD - And of course Jillian the director is lovely, and I have so much admiration for a founder that made a 501c3 model that trains autistic adults to gain meaningful work experience with dogs. The trainees sometimes go on to have other jobs in the field which is wonderful. Yuna and I love Pawsability!!!
Can honestly say the best grooming experience ever! The staff hospitality is remarkable, they were patient,kind and knowledgeable. My dog hasn’t had a good groom in a while and had matting and they took excellent care of him! They gave updates, broke down the pricing and gave insight on what they did and why! They also took me in last minute and had great open communication! My pup was happy and so was I can’t wait to go back!
I've been taking my puppy to daycare at Pawsibility, and I've only had amazing experiences so far. The staff really care about the animals and you can tell. I was worried because of my puppy's age (4 months), but she loves it there and will not want to leave when I pick her up lol. I also love the mission of the nonprofit, and I'm looking forward to continue to support this organization. Because people get career training on-site, the prices here are also slightly lower than other daycares around the area. You're basically getting top quality care for a discount and support a cool nonprofit. Win win win.
I absolutely love Pawsability and am so grateful to have an outstanding daycare so close to my apartment. This is the third daycare I’ve tried in the neighborhood and I truly can say it’s our favorite. The staff is so attentive and flexible based on what your dog needs that day. I’m on the unlimited membership and it’s such a great deal for the quality you get. Every day I receive a report card with a summary of Marcel’s day, who he was friends with, and some pictures! They also schedule dedicated down time where the dogs can rest so they don’t become overstimulated. And in response to the 1-star review from someone who clearly does not use this daycare (and probably doesn’t even have a dog)… my pup barks when he’s having fun. You try being around your best friends all day and not talking.
After our longtime groomer retired, we struggled to find a groomer who was as loving, talented, and understanding of our pup’s anxiety—then we found Grey at Pawsability and our search was over! Thank you to Grey and Pawsability; our boy is handsome and happy as ever!
I no longer work from home. I researched a doggy daycare service who would take great care of my pup. I picked Pawsability because they're near my apartment, they're in Bushwick and I want to support business in my area. Most importantly I love how they hire and train people with Autism. I'm neurodivegent as well. Pawsability and I share the same goals and ethics. Brandon and the crew there are amazing. Every time I bring my dog I know he'll be loved and he'll have fun. Pawsability is human and dog approved.
I’ve been taking my dog, Alma to Pawsability since I first heard of them opening and am a big fan (so is Alma). They provide photos of her day spent with the Pawsability team and all her puppy friends, and write these great report cards after every visit, so I always know how her day went. It’s also super comforting to know that the staff is truly paying attention to her and all the other pups in their care. We’ve had bad experiences with other doggy daycares, but Alma drags me to the Pawsability door every time we pass by—so I know she loves being there. I’m so glad they’re in the neighborhood! Thank you, Pawsability friends for taking such good care of my girl.
I was so anxious initially leaving my new puppy ANYWHERE, but Pawsability has been a safe haven for our little girl. She’s always excited to go see all of her friends and I know she’s in the best hands possible. I cannot recommend this place enough. Not to mention the wonderful non-profit work they do. I’d give 50 stars if I could!
I just moved to Bushwick 3 weeks ago and stumbled upon Pawsability Dog Club while walking my 2 year old Frenchie. Decided to give them a try and met them for an assessment with my dog Potato. The staff are the friendliest and I could just tell that they prioritize their dogs and owners! But that's not all, I called them last minute to book a dog bath and they squeezed me in the same day! The staff greeted and welcomed us like we've been a regular customer and took care of Potato. The cherry on top was was when Potato came out with a cute bandana they put on for him after his bath!!! Thank you and I am so glad to find this amazing place!!!
I’ve been bringing my dog, Gus, here for years and he loves it. He’s an anxious dog, and all the exercise and play helps him relax at home. Danielle, the owner, has gone above and beyond a few times to help us out. She makes it feel more like a community than just a business.
I love pet super nanny! The owner clearly loves dogs and goes above and beyond all of the time (case in point, my dog got into a mess and she gave him a bath free of charge the other day)! Also puts together very fun events such as the annual Halloween party, summer party, and more. Altogether my dog pulls me in every time we go and is exhausted from play when we get back. Five stars!
Danielle and her facility is Superb. I’ve been taking my dog here for the past three years, he needed to be socialized as his breed is known to be Aggressive to other dogs if not socialized. Not only did the Pet Nanny socialize my dog, he completely loves all dogs. Apparently he’s the mayor of the Pet Nanny doggies. I’ve had my dog go to her daycare every day for at least eight months, while I was going back to work after the pandemic. He was never happier. Now that Kobe has a brother, I will be taking the both there. Danielle is great. I’ve boarded my pup there several times as well. I know live in Manhattan and still will drive to brooklyn, theres no there place better than the pet nanny!
This place is lovely! It is run by an owner and employees who adore animals, and you can feel it. When I first brought my puppy, Moush, to doggy daycare, she was shaking and crying. The owner Danielle, told me not to worry, that eventually she would be jumping for joy to come play at Pet Super Nanny. I did not believe her. I thought I might have to give up the idea of doggy day care altogether. But she was right. A month later and Moush barely gives me a second glance when I drop her off. She loves the big, clean space to run and play and above all, she loves Danielle and all of the staff. Thank you!
Danielle and her staff are so good with the dogs! My pup is always excited to go and I trust the staff to keep her safe and entertained. Danielle keeps you updated on any potential issues with your pup (health, behavior changes) which really assured me that she was looking after all the pets in her care closely and with love!

This is the only place I trust with my dog (and even, at times, my cats). I cannot say enough good things about Danielle and don’t know where to start! Brass tacks: she has a wealth of knowledge regarding ALL pet care, provides first rate services (from daycare to boarding to grooming), maintains high standards (vaccine requirements, facility cleaning, safety) and has great pricing and packages to fit your needs. On top of all that, she truly cares about each dog and their family. Danielle really gets to know your dog and she passes this knowledge on to the rest of her staff. My dog had been extremely anxious (especially after abuse and shelter life) and with Danielle and regular daycare his physical and emotional energy became much more settled. It’s an incredible relief to have someone who I know will be able to take good care of my pet - especially now, when our new quarantine lifestyle has driven our dog’s separation anxiety to an all time high. Additionally, the location itself is awesome. It’s massive, modern, clean and dynamic - so I know that it’s able to handle any kind of dog group and that my dog will always have a good area and dog group to run and play in. The instagram regularly uploads play photos throughout the day which are delightful. Outside of the vet (although Danielle also has vet tech experience!), I’ve never felt the need to go elsewhere for anything pet related. In short: When it came time for me to find a new apartment last year, I deliberately searched in an area that was close to Danielle. We can’t live without her!
My dog Sam loves it here. He runs on in every time we come here and clearly likes the staff a lot. He wags his tail, runs to greet them, and even sometimes makes a little happy noise he only does for me and my partner. Clearly they treat him well and give him a lot of attention. The prices are also fair and they have great packages. This is also the best smelling dog daycare we’ve been to. He doesn’t come home stinky like can sometimes (understandably) happen elsewhere. Don’t be scared by the one star reviews. Most of them seem to have come from the same person or two.
Danielle and her team have gone above and beyond to make Walter (and this new paw-rent) feel safe. He obtained a serious injury at another doggy daycare and I have been skeptical ever since. I appreciate Danielle's thoroughness and the process in place to ensure all dogs are up to date with their vaccines before stepping in the door. I've also noted their patience to introduce new dogs to their new environments (not a one-size-fits-all setup but separated by size and temperament), not to mention the showering of love from the staff! I primarily use their daycare service and boarding services. Walter is slowly but surely gaining his confidence here. Overall I highly recommend! Can't wait for the outdoor area to be in full swing come summer!
My pup has such a great time at Pet Super Nanny! He’s been going for over a year, and he loves coming every week! He’s always wagging his tail when we walk up and gets so excited to see everyone who works there. My pup can be a bit anxious, but the folks at Pet Super Nanny make him feel comfortable.
I wouldn’t trust anyone in the world with my precious pug aside from Strutting Mutts. The owners are the most kind and professional to work with, the staff takes such dedicated care of every pooch, and my babygirl always bolts to daycare wagging to play with her friends! Highly recommend.

We love Strutting Mutts and highly recommend them! Their staff is kind, personable, and attentive to both owners and their pets. Paul, the owner, is especially communicative and lovely. They’ve been flexible through some flight delays that resulted in a later pick up time - which just saves additional stress when travels don’t go as planned. We’ve moved away from Williamsburg and still commute to bring P to see her pals at Strutting Mutts- she loves it that much.
Gabby did such a great job with her wash and cut. She was able to schedule me in the next day and made my pup feel comfortable. Definitely going here again! They also have boarding, daycare, and home sitting, which I'll try another time. Note for the cut, when I went they were cash only
So happy with these guys. As close to feeling like a friend or family member is walking Matilda (but with way more professionalism)! After a less than ideal experience with another dog walking company that shall go unnamed, can't express enough how much better I feel with this team. Their communication is prompt and honest and hilarious. Great folks who really love all their pooch charges - you can tell, and it makes all the difference. Tens tens tens across the board!
They have been great. I bring my dog here for daycare when I work, 2-3x a week. Very affordable!!! I also live close enough that they walk him home for just an extra 5$, for days I may work past 5-6. So helpful!!! I only wish they gave discounts after coming so much, like a punch card because I never can afford or have the mind to order a package prior, I freelance so I don't always know when I will work or stop working. I also just wish they had a camera or some sort of way to check up on him when I'm at work, but still a great place, with no real complaints just suggestions! I also love watching their Instagram as well with all the events they promote and doggie pics, of course.
My dog needed social skills and get used to being around different dogs, as she is too attached to me. I started to drop her here about once a week to help her get socially comfortable, and it worked. She likes this place so much that each time we walk by, she pulls me to the door as she wants to get in. It really helped her to be more friendly and play with so many super cute dogs. I absolutely love this place.
We love strutting mutts. The staff is extremely friendly and are great with the dogs. They are also quick to respond. They have taken great care of our dog when we had to board her over long weekends. Definitely recommend.

Mende is reliable, loving, and understanding. She has been walking my dog Max for about a year now and I can always trust her to be communicative, show up consistently, make sure that Max is safe, and show him love as if he is her own. I love receiving pictures and updates from her on their walks, and she’s flexible if timing needs to be changed or if there’s a special request (like to feed him after his walk). I love that I have someone I can trust to care for Max when I’m at work during the day so I don’t have to worry. Mende has also watched Max overnight once as well, which was great experience.

I always get a little nervous when leaving my fuzzy buddy behind, as I'm sure anyone does. Mendé really helped ease that anxiety by keeping up regular communication and even videos and pictures! Mende is great! She has taken care of our dog, Wrigley, several times; she is communicative and easy to get in touch with. As hard evidence: My wife and I got married in Prospect Park, and entrusted Mende to bring Wrigley over for post-wedding photos.
