James' crew of critters were delightful to be with. They were all quite easy to care for. We spent lots of fun time exploring the beach, trails, and more with Daisy-what a well behaved and affectionate dog! We were sad to say goodbye. The location of the home is gorgeous, with the beach only a five minute stroll away. The back yard was our favorite place to start the day, relaxing in the morning sun. The rooftop deck was amazing for viewing the stars. Our only issue was that the house could have been a bit cleaner. I have an allergy to mold and there was some in the master bedroom. We ended up improvising and sleeping on mattresses from the kids room out in the living room. There was a fabulous hepa filter that really helped. Some updates need to beaded to the listing, such as no longer having a TV. James is on it and will update. We had a couple of times we needed to reach out and James was super responsive and so kind in offering helpful advice. It is clear how loved the pets are. We would sit for James again!
We had a lovely time house sitting over Christmas. Marion and Mark are great hosts and took the time to lead us through an unhurried handover. Communication before, during and after was perfect, and Rum and the chickens were a delight, as was the house and pool. We'd be very happy to house sit again for Marion and Mark and their menagerie!
Susie & Geoff were amazing HOs! They invited us one day before they would leave and welcomed us with a nice dinner and a few drinks and we heard the coolest stories about their life. It was an absolutely pleasure to meet them and even during their vacation we stayed in contact all the time . They are absolutely lovely and on our last night it felt a bit like leaving home . I hope we can sit for them once again ❤️I will always keep their little gift that they brought me from their vacation, just so sweet 🥰 Giorgio is an absolutely lovebug with a really affectionate personality. He always wants to be with you and just wants to please you 🥰 He can be strong on the leash , but we pretty fast figured out how to get him to calm down and we think he is super smart and we really enjoyed spending time with him at the beach . He comes along with ALL dogs and is always absolutely adorable. Squeakey is a cute little sweetheart that loves spending time with you when you’re upstairs and cuddle with you in bed . Zorro was a bit suspicious in the beginning with Tim but really quick opened up and from then on he was the absolutely cutest , always up for a cuddle some dreamies or a little play ☺️ The house is a beautiful older townhouse . There is a bit more stuff then you see on the pictures and we definitely had everything we needed especially in the kitchen.Also important to know : except the ground floor all floors has carpets and you definitely need to take care of the groundfloor because of Giorgios hairs and sand .but they have a broom and a hover and all cleaning supplies you’ll need during your stay . We really felt comfortable in Susies and George’s home and after a few days it just felt like being at home 🩷
Karma is such a cool dog! She marches to the beat of her own drum, is such a sweetie, and a great listener with a big bag-o-tricks. Jan and Jax are lovely, were very inviting and generous with their amazing home, and it was a delight to sit for them!
I had a wonderful time spending a week with two adorable and loving golden retrievers, Abbey and Cooper. Kim's home is beautiful, with sweeping views of Puget Sound, Blake Island and Seattle. Kim was super easy to work with and very responsive when I had questions. Abbey and Cooper are so loving and easy going. I would happily sit here again anytime.
The house is very comfortable and warm, nice space for working from home, very peaceful surroundings, close to shops cafés and restaurants and well connected to central London with the Victoria line. The boys are the cutest cats ever. So cuddly and independent clean and joyful. I had such a lovely time with Stanley and small Steve! Thank you so much Imogen and Matt for having me!

Lady Di doggy daycare and boarding is fantastic. Our dog, Pippi is actually pretty shy and was very nervous with our previous doggy day care. Now she runs up the stairs to see her friends! Pippi clearly adores everyone who is at Lady Di. We feel totally comfortable boarding her there too. One less thing to worry about when we have to travel. We have also used Lady Di's for in home pet care for our cat, Sophie. We were totally confident that she would get great care while we were gone and we were right. Great place for small dogs. They take care of your pets like they are their own in an open environment. My dogs had a great vacation there! Staff is amazing. Will definitely be bringing my kids back.
It's tough to let someone into your home when you're traveling, so finding someone like Sarah - kind, trustworthy, reliable... and a true animal lover is wonderful. Sarah is simply amazing. We've taken a couple of trips to care for ailing family members and she's provided home visit care for our shy cat, Tucker. Not only does she do the basics - feeding, cleaning the box, giving pets (if he lets her get close enough) - she also reports on anything unusual that she happens to see. Knowing she's here to care for Tucker has helped us focus on family matters without worrying about how our kitty is doing in our absence. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend Sarah and her team. My active goldendoodle loved going to daycare sessions ahead of my 12-day trip overseas. I felt totally relaxed leaving her there. It's obvious they take care. I would totally use them again!
We are so grateful to Lady Di Pet Chaperone and staff for taking such wonderful care of our 5 month old puppy. I was forced to find a daycare after getting a not so nice note from a neighbor. I had seen this place close to where I live so I decided to check them out after doing research and reading reviews. After completing the application and sending an e-mail, I was contacted immediately. He has been going there almost two months and he is a very happy dog. He is excited to go and gets home exhausted from playing with his friends all day. Because of his positive interactions and the great care from the staff, he is friendly around people and other dogs. As for me, I am able to go to work without feeling guilty because I know he is in good hands. It is evident that Sarah and her staff really love and care about what they do.
