David and Joy are lovely, kind and warm people and we would highly recommend them as sitters. From the start, communication was excellent, always replying to messages quickly which is very reassuring. They stayed with us the night before we left which was great as it gave them a chance to really get to know Lulu and to understand her routines and quirks as well as coming on a walk with us. They sent updates throughout the sit, including photos, and it’s clear that they put Lulu’s needs first. When we came back to a very clean and tidy house, it was obvious that Lulu adored both of them (we tried not to feel too jealous!), another testament to how good their care had been. You and your dogs/cats/other animals would be very lucky to have Joy and David sit, we certainly felt we were.
Anaïs was a godsend! If you select her, you win the jackpot! We have had multiple house and dog sitters in the past and had a really scary situation happen, so we were hesitant to leave our dogs again. Anaïs and Steve have helped us get over our fears! They are SIMPLY THE BEST. Our dogs were not only in the best of hands but were even better behaved after our trip! Anaïs was super easy to communicate with, to plan, and she kept us up to date with lovely updates of the adventures they took the dogs on. We are so so sad they don't live near us because no one will care for our dogs like Anaïs and Steve. Also they kept our house intact, clean, and organized; and our plants better than when we left.
